Very responsive. Brent Browning contacted me the same day I left my contact information on the Generac website, and a meeting was set up within days. Brent carefully inspected my current electrical system and appliances before determining the size generator required and the recommended electrical upgrades. He even walked me through the process to b=get Consumers Power to upgrade my gas meter. In less than a month, my new generator was installed in one day. The installation crew was very courteous and respectful of my property, and I was given a full explanation of what was done and what to expect. Highly recommend Browning Power Systems.

If you want a generator for your home, I highly recommend Browning Power Systems. I contacted Browning Power Systems for a whole home generator quote on the recommendation of a friend. Within 1 business day a quote visit was scheduled. Within 2 business days we had a quote, accepted the bid (the price was what was expected based on other installations we had knowledge of even from other businesses), and were instructed on how to proceed with customer required actions. Within 1 month, which included a holiday weekend, we have a whole home generator installed and functional. Brent answered all our questions, kept us appraised of next steps, etc. and was present with his crew and subcontractors the morning of the installation. His crew and subcontractors got right to work and took care of everything associated with their side of the installation, including all necessary inspections and generator setup for remote monitoring.

I contacted seven Generac authorized companies about getting an estimate to install a Generac at my home. Brent Browning, of Browning Power Systems, LLC was the only one of three to answer my phone call directly. I ended up having four of the companies give me estimates.Mr. Browning’s estimate was competitive, but much more importantly I was impressed by his professionalism, knowledge, and demeanor. Over the course of a couple of months Brent always either directly answered my calls or returned them promptly. He helped walk me through the process of getting my gas meter upgraded for the Generac install, and what to expect from Consumers Energy’s requirements for the installation, etc.The day of the installation Brent and his crew were at the house promptly at the agreed upon date, and time and the installation went smoothly, and efficiently. Browning Power System, LLC’s entire installation crew were friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, and professional.Having a Generac install is not just about the installation, but also the reliability, and competency of the maintenance of the Generac, and I am highly confident that Browning Power Systems LLC was, and is the right choice for this product, and service.I could not be more satisfied with Brent, his crew, and his company.

Brent and his team installed our whole-house generator today. From the initial quotation process to the actual installation and testing, Browning Power Systems has been thoroughly professional and workmanlike. Brent is extremely prompt in responding to communications and a couple of times even responded via email after-hours, which I did not expect but greatly appreciated.On installation day, the team arrived right on time and got immediately to work. All the work that they did - from the initial routing of the generator cable to the transfer switch site, to the rewiring of the main circuit breaker panel, to the final cleanup after the job - was thorough and satisfactory.My only nitpick was that they did not fill the inside of the rather large hole left by the previous utility wiring coming in to the main breaker panel, but they DID seal the outside with some putty-type stuff which they say is tried and tested. Their foreman explained that they did not have a drywall kit with them but that I could use spray foam to fill that hole, so that is what I shall do.Overall, I am quite satisfied with their work and would definitely do business with Browning Power Systems again.

I am very pleased with the attention I received from Browning Power Systems LLC. They installed a Generac generator for the whole house a few days ago.Brent was very prompt in responding to my inquiry. He looked over the basement, wiring, premises, etc. He located the best place for the generator which is also, thankfully, away from the bedrooms. He walked me through the process as to what to expect from Consumers Energy. He gathered all the information that I would need to provide. When Consumers called and sent their form, I was able to complete it. I appreciate that he had it all ready for me!The workers and Manny were very friendly and was able to finish the job in the very amount of time Brent initially told me would be involved. They explained the system well and informed me of what to expect and do now that it is installed. They ensured that I was properly connected with Wi-Fi to the generator and Mobile Link so I will be notified of the generator’s operation status.Also, I expected to see lots of dust and debris from drilling in my basement wall to connect the generator, but they cleaned it up! So happy about that! Heck, they even took off their shoes when walking across my light colored carpet, without me having to ask.I appreciate the promptness. I know everyone is busy, but sometimes the customer would like to be acknowledged even if it is to say, we will get back with you!Most of all, I appreciate that the entire process was handled with a no nonsense, don’t oversell approach. Yes, I trust this company for generator installation and maintenance!

We had Browning Power Systems, LLC install a Generac generator at our home yesterday. Fantastic service! The entire crew are hard working, polite, friendly and efficient. They arrived at 8 am, had our unit installed by 1:30, had to wait for City Inspector who was running late before Consumers Energy could re-set our electric meter. During the delay, Mr Browning started our new Generac and we ran 3 hours on it while we waited for inspector. We were warm and cozy during the wait time. My wife and I highly recommend Browning Power Systems if your in the market for a whole house generator.
