My hot water heater broke on 4th of July. Steve answered the phone on the 4th of July, while away on vacation! He had me interested because he sounded like he knew his stuff! - But I had to do my research and get quotes from others before committing. After calling about a dozen plumbers for quotes, he not only made me feel the most comfortable with his knowledge, but his price came in lowest by 25% compared to others. His staff was friendly and efficient. They came out on Saturday morning, called to tell me they were on their way and were done in about half an hour! Amazing! One important thing to note: our tech told us to wait about an hour and a half before we could use hot water normally- it took a little longer. We were concerned at first, but 2 months out there are no complaints.

Professionalism, responsive, and quality of work. 3 things you want as a homeowner when faced with an emergency from any type of contractor/service. I was initially impressed with receiving a phone call from the owner who was very professional and walked me through the service expectations. As stated, the service professionals called me the next day with their expected time of arrival--which was met. I was extremely impressed as the service professionals were courteous, effective, proficient and very efficient. They were like 6 Sigma process managers. This job was done with quality and in a timely manner. In addition, they explained what I needed to do today and what should be done in the future if I face another such occurrence. I cannot say enough good things about Pro Water Heaters NJ. Stephen was personable and empathetic while being a consummate professional and precise in his diagnosis. His prices were very competitive. He scheduled his 2 technicians to replace our water heater last week, they were both friendly, fast, and punctual. They had our old heater out in 10 minutes, and had the new Bradford White heater installed within 30 minutes. The whole team is very knowledgeable and I would recommend to anyone who needs a new water heater.

I was referred to these guys from a realtor. They were delayed but did let me know. Once they arrived they were extremely fast. With a two man crew they cleared out the old heater and had the new one installed in under an hour. The guys were efficient and nice. Our Water Heater had started to leak a little at the bottom and we found Pro Water Heaters online with a better deal than our local plumber by a few hundred dollars. After talking with Steve I felt very comfortable with letting them replace as he reassured me that they would remove the old heater and everything was included. He saw from a pick I had sent him that we had proper venting size which was the only possible extra charge. Since we didnt need to have a bigger vent we got a 50 gallon rheem for $900 total out of pocket. Installer was super friendly and showed up on time. I think they were done in about an hour. Def recommend them if you need a water heater.

Nino and his partner showed up right on time. They were very courteous and polite. They worked very quickly and were able to drain the water heater in my apartment even though there was a build up of old calcium and the heater was in a tight space in the bathroom. Everything that they installed works as expected and they spent time helping me to make sure everything works.
