    It was a Sunday afternoon and my tub wouldn’t drain. I called Jersey Drains and was told someone would be there Monday afternoon, between 12-4 pm. No worries…it was a Sunday. I had read all wonderful reviews about Jersey Drains and decided to give them a call. So it’s Monday, and Gavin & Sean arrived early! AWESOME! Both were so professional, courteous and friendly! They cleared the tub drain quickly & efficiently….in addition, both were very neat and cleared the slightest mess that may have remained in the tub. And finally, the price was fair; not over the top!I would highly recommend Jersey Drains! Thanks, guys!

    I recently had the pleasure of working with Jersey Drains, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I got off the phone with them, I felt completely at ease. They were incredibly responsive, assuring me that they would identify and resolve any drain issues my house had.True to their word, they promptly scheduled an appointment, and within a few days, the team was on-site. Rob, the manager, conducted a thorough inspection and pinpointed the problem. He and the owner, Craig, returned shortly after to walk me through the entire process, ensuring I was comfortable and informed every step of the way.The professionalism, honesty, and kindness displayed by Rob, Craig, and their team were truly remarkable.     We had a bad kitchen sink backup. I spoke to owner Craig directly and he gave some options before he sent his team to take care of it. Once I couldn’t clear myself, he had someone over the next day.Extremely professional and one of the best in the game. I used Jersey Drains for the past 12 years whenever we have had a plumbing issue. 5 star service everytime.Thanks Craig for the constant amazing response and A++++ service.

    I highly recommend Jersey Drains! I had called them to clear up a backup on storm sewer line in my backyard and also for some water backup in my basement shower. They showed up on time and addressed the issue. A week later, I noticed the same shower was backed up again and there was some water buildup at the lowest point in my backyard. I called on Monday and they were able to send someone out on the same day within hours. Gavin and team troubleshoot the issue, identified the problem and fixed it. They took the time to explain the problem to me and was very patient in answering my questions to make sure I understood. Apparently it was backed up to the main sewer line so they snaked it for me and that cleared up both the backyard water buildup and shower, which apparently was connected to the same line.They did the job professionally without complaints (other companies complain and moan while doing the job) and was light hearted throughout the process. I will definitely be making them my primary go-to for any plumbing/drain needs. Thanks again!

    It was a pleasure to speak to the owner who took the time to personally explain sewer line replacement options to me and while I like to think that I am fairly well informed about home maintenance issues, I definitely learned a lot just by speaking to Jersey Drains regarding the possibilities that are available, including those that can offer some money and time savers.     Craigs team at Jer-Z Drainz saved us with their snake and with the high pressure water jet. They quickly recognized and removed a huge amount of tree roots from our sewer line, and gave us a fair price without any unnecessary service charges. Cant recommend them enough!

    Needed a semi emergency drain clearing. Called these guys during the weekend when the clog occurred. They were here promptly, identified the issue immediately And cleared it within an hour.They were professional and courteous. Price was fair and below what I imagined the service would cost for a Sunday.I would definitely recommend and call again if needed.     I highly recommend Jersey Drains. As always, Craig and his team are very professional and provide excellent service. The office manager (Sondra) was extremely helpful and kept me informed every step of the way. We had quite a bit done with a shower install, a faucet replacement and some tile work too.     I had a cracked sewer pipe/ lead water pipe combo that needed a full replacement. I cannot recommend Jersey Drains enough, as it was an extremely difficult job, but to a person everyone on the team was quick, professional, clean, respectful, helpful, and informative. Even my dogs loved them. Though the methods and effort changed to deal with unforeseen issues, they got the job done as soon as physically possible and was the exact price quoted at job start.

    I can’t say enough about this company, as earlier in the day I had roto-rooter snake our sewer only to have the tech deliver me the news, that I needed a major repair costing thousands. I told my friend and he said call Jersey Drains they came in under an hour an used sophisticated equipment to clean out my sewer he ran a camera through the pipe and lo and behold. No major issues with my sewer pipe. Had I not been told about Jersey Drains I would have to refinance to repair a perfectly fine sewer pipe. Honest - Reliable and Professional Service provider.

    Craig, Robert and Alex and everyone at Jersey Drains are awesome. Id recommend them anytime for anything plumbing or sewer related. Jersey Drains always has always answered my calls within the hour and are courteous and respectful. They put in 2 sump pumps in my basement and replaced the drain from my house to the street and installed a drain that connects to the sump pump in the rear of the house.     It was a Saturday and I had 2 extra people staying at my home for the weekend. So 5 total. I noticed my slop sink in the basement was filled with water. So I called the Lyndhurst sewer dept. They came and said I needed a plumber.I called Jersey Drains and left a message since they were closed. Craig responded within 30 minutes and told me someone would be at my home shortly.Robert contacted me to discuss the issue and pricing. He arrived within 30 minutes from my call with Craig.Robert was so courteous and explained the process. He worked with me to limit the water that would spill in my basement.Then he brought in his equipment which was well kept and perfect for the job. I was impressed with the quality of the care taken to perform the clean out of my sewer line.He did not mind that I watched his technique and explained what was happening and what I could do to prevent it in the future.He cleaned up the mess. In fact he repaired a small hole in the pipe with epoxy.My family was able to shower and get ready for an evening party for my mothers 94th birthday.Well worth the price to be able to use the facilities in my home again.Thank you Robert and Craug.

    Craig has been our go to plumber when it comes to routine maintenance of our sewer pipes as well as clogged up sinks. He is reliable and affordable and unlike many repair guys he leaves the bathroom, kitchen, or basement cleaner and better than before he and his crew were there! I was ever so pleased. He also sends reminders for when you are do for sewer cleaning or jetting. I highly recommend his company.

    Jersey Drains are pure magicians when it comes to their work. I needed to replace a sewer line from the house to the street. Craig came in and knew exactly what to do. Using the trenches less pipe bursting method they were able to replace the sewer line in couple of hours. Nothing short or amazing. Very professional and reasonable prices, as well.     Jersey Drains has been a LIFE SAVER. In both times of physical and financial struggle, they have pulled through and fixed/rebuilt our plumbing from quite literally the ground up.As new home owners my fiance and I, as most are, were very worried about the older plumbing in our house from both cost and a working perspective as it was poorly maintained (if at all) and really old looking.Robert has especially come through, giving AMAZING advice on how to not only scale our two family home but also with any extra questions as we have chose to do some of the finishing work. He goes WAY above and beyond, taking phone calls anytime, dropping by when we had a leak from the upstairs bathroom. I cannot express his professionalism, skills and most importantly his kindess. I dont think I could ever find better professionals to work on our house.I also want to highlight the rest of the team as well, they are all super courteous, kind and open to me annoyingly picking their brains!Again, I could not have asked for a better group of people to help us out.     Ive had Jersey Drains do two projects so far and they have been phenomenal. First, they changed out the old galvanized steel pipes in the basement into standard modern piping. They did a great job that was certainly difficult (low crawlspace) and were very tidy too. Most recently, they also installed a new vanity, sink, and faucet and removed the old vanity/sink. Nothing but positive experiences so far.

    Jersey Drains is a God send! Craig and his team are very professional, knowledge, punctual, and take pride in their work. I needed to have a waste line replaced and the trenchless technique they use is awesome. My yard does not look like a war zone and anything that had to be opened up was seamlessly replaced. Sondra is amazing and has the patience of a saint. Unfortunately my city has ALOT of stipulations and are not exactly cooperative- Sondra tackled each issue with the utmost professionalism, stayed on top of the situation, and kept me well informed.     Everything about working with Jersey Drains was great. My initial contact was met with a friendly and knowledgeable person answering the phone. They happened to have someone in my area and sent them over within a couple of hours.
