    Mr.Pace was knowledgeable and efficient. More importantly he was straight up and set me up with what was absolutely necessary in a very timely manner. I called the office @1:30pm...Mr. Pace was there for about 3ish and done by 3:45pm. I highly recommend 👌

    I called early morning for an AC repair. A technician came out by lunch time. The technician, Dylan, had the needed part and replaced it efficiently. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional.

    After the hurricane my parents electrical service was hit by a tree. This pulled the wires out of the weather head. We had widespread power outages in the area. I knew the city was not going to hook up my parents power until this was fixed. My mom called Hot 2 Cold, they had someone there within the hour to repair the weather head. They emailed the electrical permit to the city to speed up the process. Their quick response and professionalism allowed my parent to get their power back on as soon as it was available. Highly recommend.
