Albritton is amazing!!! My husband smelled smoke in our home one week ago and half of our lights went out and the other half stayed on. We had another company come out and they said that they had never seen anything like this. That for sure we would be rewiring half of our house and maybe taking out a wall to find a solution. After telling us all of this that company never called us back and we never heard back from them. I called Albrittons Friday and they came out and made sure everything was fine and safe for us to stay in our home. They kept constant communication with my husband and I and explained everything to us. They came out again Tuesday and finished the job this morning. Justin at Albrittons was who came out all 3 days and I am so appreciative of him! He was so kind, and explained everything to me even though most of it was over my head. Then he’d call my husband and also updated him. Thank you so much to everyone at Albrittons but especially Justin! All our lights are back working 🎉

Our home was hit by a tornado April 25, 2019 we hired a local electrician to come out and help us but he could never seem to finish the job he kept stringing us along for months and months and months finally we had had enough.So we call the gold standard Albritton Service Co they are electrical work is excellent my father use them for years I was trying to use a friend and you know what they say sometimes friends and business don’t mix and I guess it didn’tBut ALBRITTON‘s came through and it was a pleasure working with Shane Bell, he worked with our insurance company and took care of everything and got the job completed once and for all! Today, 2/1.17, Robbie R. from Albritton Service Company came to repair a motion light on the back of my house. Robbie R. was here in less than an hour after I called Albritton to ask for help. He determined that the motion light needed to be replaced which he did quickly and well. He also reinstalled a carbon monoxide detector that had fallen off the ceiling in my hallway. He did a great job with that as well as he used longer screws so the device could be secured better.Ronnie R. has done several repairs for me over the years. He is always kind, considerate, and helpful. He always does a great job. I recommend him highly and am extremely appreciative for his help.

Once I called Albrittons they were out the same day, sent an email of who my technician was and a profile on him (which I loved since I was home alone with my kids), he was here when they said and he was very thorough!!! Explained everything to me so well! They will be coming back in a couple of weeks to follow up and see if the leak is found from the steps they took. 🤞🏻 That they find it!!!

Mr. Jay was an actual life saver for me today. I went through 3 different technicians today (yes, THREE!!!) 2 of which were incapable of fixing my heater. It was 40 degrees inside my house with 19 degree weather on the forecast for the evening…on a Saturday. Things were looking pretty grim. Boy am I lucky that Mr. Jay was able to come out because he got my heater back up and running even better than before. Even though the after hours cost was pretty steep, it was worth every penny knowing that me, my animals, and my pipes are gonna make it through the night. I also think it will reflect on my electric bill because apparently my heater was only working at 1/3 capacity before.Now I just wish I could get my money back from the other two losers that came before him…c’est la vie.Save yourself a hell of a hassle and call Albritton’s first!!! They have my business from now on.
