    The Stonelink technician, Israel, arrived on time - actually early - and was efficient and quick to solve our drain emergency, without rushing.     Did a great job assessing the problem with my heating and fixing it before the real cold winter temps started! They moved my appointment up a week when they found out that I currently didn’t have heat in the house which I appreciated. They originally said they had a 2 week wait, but then were able to come within the next week. The tech showed up on time, was professional, informative, and got my heating up and running as well as informing me of what I could do to prevent future issues with my gas furnace.

    Isreal came out to help us with a drainage issue and he was excellent. This was the third company we called out to have these issues. Not only was he able to identify problems the others couldn’t, he was efficient and fixed our problem, diagnosed accurately how to rectify future issues honestly & explained everything very well and professionally. I’m an experienced realtor of 1/2 billion sales and have worked with many different companies and trades out of state and this is the kind of guy I would entrust w all my clients and my own homes without any hesitation. 5 stars for the company, 5 stars for Isreal.

    5 star rating for my recent service call. I had an issue with my on demand hot water heater. Victor came out the following day from my initial call, diagnosed the issue, and ordered the replacement parts needed. Follow up appointment to repair was also prompt. Price was reasonable and their communication level is incredible. It’s hard to find reliable service these days, and Im happy Stonelink exceeded those expectations.

    Had a leaking water heater that needed to be replaced ASAP. Called around for some quotes and Tim over at Stonelink gave me the best offer. Better yet, he was able to send his team out same day. Kudos to Castro and Jonathan for showing up on time and providing high quality labor. They were in and out in less than two hours and left the sight spotless.     Making the appt was so easy and it was scheduled for the next morning at 8 am. Plumber, Israel, shows up early, and installed the new kitchen faucet quickly. He was super nice and friendly. This is the 2nd time, I’ve used these guys and they truly have good customer service. The fee was reasonable for plumbing with no surprises. I have no complaints and will use them again.

    I just used stonelink plumping for the first time. I had a sewage leak in my basment and Tim went over how and what he and his crew would do in detail to solve the issues. Tim is a welth of knowledge in his trade and took the time to educate me about the problem at hand and a few other things that I had going on. I couldnt recommend stonelink plumping enough!

Tim responded quickly, explained he would come assess and, if he was unable to fix it, wouldn’t charge me.     Amazing company! They scheduled Israel to come out within a couple days for my slow kitchen drain. He was just great and identified some issues that needed to be corrected from a recent kitchen remodel and improper installation at that time. Russ Wilkinson came today, 3 days after the first visit, as the plumber to do the job and he is amazing. He corrected the pipe lines, explained everything. He was prompt, the communication was wonderful, and I could not be happier. I absolutely recommend Stonelink Plumbing

    A few months ago, I experienced exceptional service from Stonelink Plumbing and Heating when I was facing a boiler issue during an impending snowstorm. Tim and TJ promptly responded to my call and efficiently diagnosed the problem. On Tims day off he went out of his way to go pick up an expansion tank and returned promptly to replace it, ensuring I had heat before the storm hit. Additionally, they took the time to fix the boiler relief valve, thermal couple and provided valuable advice on future plumbing needs. Their professionalism, promptness, and expertise were truly commendable. Tim told me a few times, the last thing we want is our customers to go without heat in a snowstorm, especially with kids. Also, Victor (who was very professional), called to check in a few times to make sure that I had heard from Tim+TJ and helped with the communications throughout the process. Overall, truly cared and wanted to ensure everything was fixed. I highly recommend Stonelink Plumbing and Heating.

They send you a Text, Identifying the Driver so you know whos arriving, and you can ask for their Name, prior to allowing a stranger into your Home (a Brilliant Safety Precaution), they announce the Plumbers Arrival and their Departure, show gratitude for using their services and then send you a Link to review them publicly. Ive never experienced a More Intelligent, Forthright, Skilled, Service Company in this Entire State! The Workmanship, performed by Isreal was Quick, Efficient and Precise. He had my Broken Sink working shortly after arriving and then cleaned up after himself, as well! Their Prices are more reasonable than others, and their Services are Exceptional!!! Compare this to the Verizon Services I recd later in the same day where the Technician arrived Unannounced, reeked of Smoke, was Rude, came in and sat on my Coffee Table, used my bathroom, left the seat up...and Didnt even fix the problem!!!Thats the kind of service Im accustomed to in the State of RI...Pure Ignorance.Not with Stonelink, however!!! I can only surmise that the owner is from out-of-state....😉Thank You, Stonelink for bringing a bit of Professionalism and Class to Lil Rhody!

    My mother had StoneLink repair a broken water pipe in her garage and they were able to stop by quickly and professionally repair the pipe. I called them because I had an old expansion tank that needed replacing. I ended up adding a few other repairs; replace 2 sink drains, replace the exhaust valve on the hot water heater. My service tech Victor did it all in under 2 hours. I was impressed. Overall the price was reasonable and I was able to get more done than expected. Can’t beat the value.

    I had an emergency leak in my refrigerator water supply line that I couldnt shut off. They came right out and fixed it quickly and reasonably. Very pleased and will call them if I need anything in the future.

    Great experience start to finish. Garbage disposal stopped working Friday night before the July 4th holiday weekend.     I had a leaky radiator and Dan did the estimate and also the service. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to answer any questions I had. Despite uncovering several additional problems while performing the service, he was able to resolve the main issue, while remaining very close to the estimate.There was a minor scheduling issue where I had to call on my service date to confirm that it was still going to happen that day. It seemed the appointment I was given didnt make it on the official schedule. However after my call, they were able to send someone out.Minor scheduling issue aside, I am very happy with Stonelinks service.

The ed the water water was rusted and it was determined that the leak was from a broken pipe.
