I had a plumbing issue in one of my apartments late at night. I called MJS and they were there within 15 minutes to look at the problem. They did a thorough job, cleaned up after themselves(which I cant say for other contractors Ive hired) and fixed the problem right away. Glad to say I have no more issues. I have a lot of work to get done in my apartment this spring and I will be hiring them again. I highly recommend them for any work you need to have done!!.

Weve been using MJS for repairs, and later, managing our property and we couldnt be any happier. They have kept our property rented and have quickly communicated issues to us. If you need quality management or a company that does quality repairs, definitely give them a call.
