The guys at Good Mechanical are great! Scott, who I later found out was the Owner, and his guy Ty, were out to our house last night (4- 6 pm) to route out a sewer line that came up during a home inspection for a sale. They checked things out from inside, found the exterior clean-out, got into the line and routed out the roots and were done, cleaned up and all set in 2 hours, and that was based on a request made just a couple hours before that! Scott and Ty were as nice, clean and honest as can be! Im in construction for 38 years and not often I come across guys as hardworking and down to earth as these two! I believe they do plumbing and HVAC work, so if you need something give them a call!! Highly revommend!!

I was a bit panicked when my drain clogged and water got everywhere (including my AC return). So, Ive got a clogged pipe and my AC wouldnt come on. When I called, Jennifer was really kind and helpful to get me on the schedule as soon as possible. The two guys from Good Mechanical Service were friendly and timely. They cleared my pipe and found the issue with my AC (not related to the water, but they were knowledgeable enough to find the problem quickly). The price was very fair and Paul and Tyler are great guys with good personalities. I will definitely be keeping them in my phone for any future Plumbing and HVAC needs.

Communication was excellent, they know what they’re doing. The first plumber showed up (from a different company) and tightened the bolt to the toilet; it still leaked. Scott showed up and looked inside the toilet and fixed the problem straight away. He also explained the problem to me. Highly recommend and will use them again!

Wow....what an awesome experience. Called Good Mechanical Services for several plumbing issues, Paul showed up on time prepared to repair all the issues in a timely matter. The job site was left clean and Paul was extremely courteous. It was a great pleasure doing business with Good Mechanical Services.

Good Mechanical Service AKA The Good Plumber, should be given 10 stars! Scott and Paul showed up the same day for a really bad septic backup. They were professional, knowledgeable and down right nice. They asked some questions, reviewed the issue and gave me the price. I feel it was a very reasonable price, considering what they ended up doing.. After I accepted the quote, they worked until I had a running toilet and the area was cleaned up. No hidden fees, no run around. Thank you to both Scott and Paul! I will be speaking your name to anyone who needs a good, honest plumber!!

Called with basement flooding at 10pm. Scott answered promptly and came out the same night even though it was late in the evening. He was able to quickly diagnose and fix my problem. Couldnt be happier with the quick and professional service. Will give him all my business in the future. I highly recommend.UPDATE - 9/8/2020: I called Good Mechanical on a Tuesday morning at 8:00AM after a 3-day holiday weekend to look at my mothers sump-pump. Scott was AGAIN able to come out to my mothers house right away and repair the problem for her for just their minimum service charge and in less than 90-minutes from my original call. They then called and followed up with me since I had called and made thew appointment for her. I cannot say enough about the service from this company! Save yourself lots of time and $ and call Scott and Good Mechanical before anyone else!

We had our tenants call with less than exciting news about the A/C unit in the house. I called Good Mechanical Services and someone picked up on the second ring and I was transferred to Scott who talked me through some diagnostics to see if it was something simple. It wasn’t a simple fix and Scott came out no questions asked! He got it up and running quickly and i had happy tenants. I love this guy he’s my man for sure ;0)

Awesome experience. We had a clogged kitchen drain. They came out next day and were able to clear the clog and show me with a camera that the pipe was cleared. While here, I asked them to also remove an old water filtration system. Before starting that work, they discovered that the previous owner had this installed illegally by punching a hole into the water line instead of installing a valve shut off. They walked me through the work that would be involved and gave me two options. Very professional and explained pricing before doing any work. I will be hiring them again for any future plumbing issues. Wonderful job!

Had these guys come out to fix a leaky toilet. About an hour before they showed up (on time) we realized we had a second leak. Then remembered we had a tub faucet to install as well. They took care of everything at a reasonable price, and they were super honest about what we needed. We really appreciate the communication, attitude, and honesty with this team and will definitely be calling them in the future.

Great experience with this company. Was without heat during the great polar vortex of 2019. Scott came and got the furnace working minimally to pump some warm air into the house. I was told that I needed a new furnace. That being said. He and his crew were there a few hours later with new furnace and coil. They definitely came through during crunch time. All with a reasonable price. Thanks Good mechanical services! You made this ordeal much less stressful than I thought it would be! Absolutely recommend!!!!

Plumbing, furnace, hot water heater issues it doesn’t matter Scott and his techs are reliable, helpful and friendly. It also doesn’t matter what day or time, Scott came out this Saturday with just hours notice to fix a defective part on our hot water heater.
