    When you take estimates from other companies ask about the materials they use. Sean uses higher quality materials and goes an extra step to insure that your project is correct. The other companies wanted to install our sewer line in the same way it was without addressing the problem. Sean found the problem, raised the pipe and corrected the back pitch.SP&D replaced a sewer line at my home. It required interior and exterior excavation. A big complex job that ran into uncontrollable problems-unmarked lines and excavator damage. Sean and his team reacted with the utmost professionalism and integrity. The end result is a sewer line with perfect pitch and a possibility of some insurance reimbursement for the interior work.Sean is exceptional.My family is very grateful to Sean and his team for their knowledge, dedication and professionalism.I recommend SP&D 100%

    I had an amazing experience with Sean from SP&D. I had a septic tank that we thought might have been buried under the travertine around the pool. With his high-tech equipment he located the exact location and depth of the tank in about 10 minutes. He quoted a firm, fixed price up front and was incredibly easy to work with. If you have any issues with underground plumbing of any type, SP&D is the only company you need to call.

    We had these guys replace our water supply line from the street to the house. Although nobody wants to have their water line replaced, if you have to do it, call Specialty Plumbing and Drain. They came out to estimate the job quickly (days faster than their competitors) and did a great job of explaining how they would do the job. I watched them do the work with a horizontal boring machine. If youre a geek like me, youll love that machine. It precisely bores a path from the street to the house at the depth and location they want. And it does it fast. When the job was done, everything was cleaned up just like it was before they arrived. If I didnt know they did this work, I wouldnt be able to tell. I highly recommend them!

    I was experiencing water in my garage that appeared to be coming from my homeā€™s concrete slab. I thought it was the result of a drain issue so I contacted Sean from Specialty Plumbing and Drain. Sean arrived, looked over my situation and thought it to be not a drain issue but a water leak. He verified this by checking the water meter near the street and seeing the gauge moving even though there was no water turned on in my home. He turned off the water at the In ground pressure regulator near my porch and the water meter gauge stopped moving.Sean took the time to present me with the two options available to me:1. Hire a leak detection company to come out and attempt to locate the leak in my slab. Dig through my floor and, if found, repair the leak. Iā€™d have to have my floor repaired and Iā€™m left with the potential foradditional leaks over time.2. Repipe the first floor pipping using pex which would isolate my water supply from the slab. He recommended Marine Plumbing to come out and provide an estimate. He did suggest that I contact at least two other companies but I opted to go with Nick at Marine Plumbing. Nick and his crew did a wonderful job and Iā€™m extremely happy.Once Nick was done, Sean returned to replace my water service coming into my home, installed a new pressure regulator and ball valve.Iā€™m very pleased with the result of the work done by both Sean and Nick. They are very professional, did a great job and I would recommend them for any plumbing/ drain issues you might have.

    Ok so We had a main valve break at 5:30pm, but I called SPD at 545, and they responded immediately! Jamie let me know that Sean was available and very nearby. What amazing service! Sean texted and was here within 30 min and took extra time to examine my situation and explain the process to resolve it. This was not a super easy process, we had very old valves in the ground as well as inside that needed to be changed. It turns out Sean is the owner/founder and takes much pride in his work! He is a total go-getter , very thorough and in addition, has very competitive pricing. I would highly recommend him, and am thrilled to have now have him in my ā€œplaylistā€ of highly skilled to call on! Call these guysā€¦You will not regret it:)

    Sean did a great job replacing our outdoor hydrant. Very professional, came right at the time set and explained everything. Top quality work for a good price and cleaned everything up like he was never here. Before he left I asked him about repairing some of my concrete sidewalk in the front yard.     Sean saved the day when we had a sewer backup issue in our house. I had called another plumber and got a very high quote. When they were delayed a bit, it gave me the opportunity to find Specialty Drain on Nextdoor and talk to Sean. He came out on a Saturday afternoon to go through everything and give a quote.     I canā€™t say enough about Sean and Specialty Drain. We had been dealing with a sewer line back-up for weeks and after 3 prior plumbers I was finally referred to Specialty Drain. We had another back-up Friday afternoon before Memorial Day weekend. I called the office at 2pm and Sean was at my house by 5pm. He quickly identified the issue and came back the next day (Holiday weekend) to repair everything. He did not leave until he was certain the issue was 100% fixed and I was completely satisfied.The Specialty Drain prices are very reasonable, they did not push any extra sales/services and clearly explained my options. The repairs were more complicated than originally thought. Sean stayed longer and did not charge extra. He also took the time to help answer additional plumbing questions I had and referred me to other qualified plumbers/contractors.I cannot recommend Sean and Specialty Drain enough! Knowledgeable, professional, extremely responsive and honest.

    I want to start by stating that I could not find a nicer, kinder, and more professional person/plumber than what I encountered with Sean at SPECIALTY PLUMBING & DRAIN. We had a PVC sewer clean out that we needed lowered on our front yard. After seeing numerous reviews both on Google and on our Next Door app, I sought out Sean and his company. Sean indicated that his specialty was more excavation related for larger outside jobs and that he didnt normally do these type of jobs routinely. I made a couple of calls and reverted back to Sean for some additional advise. He called me back asking me for my address, and indicated he was going to stop over between jobs and take a look. Well, let me tell you, he came yesterday with two gentlemen from Abreeze Plumbing and Drain who he works closely with for plumbing requests that he normally does not do. In a matter of 30 minutes, they lowered and capped my PCV, neatly but my grass back and were as pleasant as they could be. It was the most unbelievable experience and speaks volumes for what kind of person Sean is, and also, that he has such a wonderful relationship with Abreeze Plumbing as well. I cannot recommend Sean and Specialty Plumbing & Drain enough and I was truly moved by his outstanding customer servivce, passion for his work and just an all around kind and caring individual.

    Why I chose Specialty Drain, LLCI have had continual issues with toilets backing up and overflowing. The issue continued even after have our septic tank pumped with another company. I looked for a pluming company online that does hydro jetting because that is the best option if you have a drain line issue. I also looked for a company that is licensed, and certified and serviced my area. Specialty Drain, LLC met all my needs. Master Plumber, Sean Fagan came out and listened to our issues. He looked at the drain line with a camera first to see if we really needed hydro jetting and he looked at our toilets. After problem solving our plumbing issues, he was able to help us plan to fix them. He gave us awesome information, education and recommendations based upon his experience and education. Iā€™m very grateful for trustworthy honest people and companies. If you need a quality company to choose for hydro jetting and big repairs, I would only trust them to do it and do it right.

Their team is always so responsive, and was one of the only companies who were able to come out the day after New Years, and with a confident and positive attitude (which was a plus).     Outstanding service!Sean and his partner came out to my emergency very fast and where super knowledgeable. They where actually my second call my first call was Roto Rooter and they where very untrustworthy and couldnt find a solution but Sean got to work quickly and solved the problem before Roto Rooter found their truck keys. Specialty Drain was very reasonably priced, several thousands less than the competition. I highly recommend them if youve got sewer/drain issues.If I could give you all more stars I would.     LOVE this company. My shower was slow to drain and my toilets were not flushing. Prior to Sean coming out, the issue resolved itself. Sean came out, used a camera to check the line to the street. It may have been a clog that resolved. He did not see a problem and did not charge me at all for the call. EVEN ON A SUNDAY!If the problem occurs again he told me he would try to come while it was actually happening. I would definitely recommend them. He is honest and professional.

    Sean and his guys helped me out when we were trying to install the bidet we got for Christmas (highly recommend, btw, haha) and discovered a leak, which lead to discovering some bad piping, which led to, etc etc...     Sean fixed a leaking shower pipe behind a wall. He did a very neat job cutting through the sheet rock. He didnā€™t do a rush job, but took the time he needed to do the job the right way. He took pictures and explained everything in detail so I would know what he was doing. He also replaced the shower and bathroom sink fixtures and valves. As well as doing a professional job, he was polite, friendly and respectful of my home. After this experience I now consider Sean my ā€œforeverā€ plumber and highly recommend him.

    Sean came out the same day I called in. He worked with me until 9 PM digging to find the water inlet pipe that was leaking underground. He explained the repair, replacing the galvanized pipe that was over 50 years old and had corroded. He gave me time to research and even call another plumber for a second opinion. He did not charge me for the initial service call, even if I picked someone else to do the work. That alone, shows a levelof trust not often seen in the service industry. The repair was done the next day, and everything was explained an an easy to understand manner. The 50 trench was covered up and the yard was put back into serviceable condition, ready to be reseeded.     We had a main line blockage on a Saturday night. On Sunday about 7:30am I called and they called back in about 20 minutes. Sean, the owner, was at the house by 10am.     I cannot say enough good things about Specialty Drain and Sean Fagan.I had a leak coming from a sewer pipe in the ceiling of the basement where it goes to the front yard. I greatly appreciated that Sean made mine a priority service call because it was sewer water leaking inside the house.He found the clog by using a camera in the pipe, used an excavator and shovels to dig 8 feet down to the pipe through my entire front yard and to the house under a newly-poured sidewalk and graded/irrigation system/sodded front yard to replace the entire sewer line and get it at the proper pitch. He was extremely careful to move and protect the new sod where needed and not get any equipment on the new sidewalk or damage the irrigation system. Oh, and the sewer line was between the gas and power lines! Scary! He and his crew worked until after 10:00 at night getting it to the point where I could have water again, and all they would have to do the next day was fill it in. They were back at 8:30 in the morning and left the area in great shape.Sean gave me a couple of different options, but as the house was built in the early 70ā€™s and apparently had a few patch jobs poorly done, I elected to replace the entire line and do it right. I was impressed with all the equipment he had on hand, and he is incredibly knowledgeable and personable. If there was any way this could be a pleasurable experience, he made it one! Oh, they also replaced the ā€œantiqueā€ regulator in the house (after testing pressure) which greatly helped water flow throughout the house.By the way, the cost of all of this was extremely reasonable.     Sean was one of the few people to respond and get us on the schedule for an emergency repair after the cold snap. He initially came out for what we thought the problem was and spent half the night trying to fix it and discovered the real problem. Seeing that we were in real bind he rearranged his schedule to get us taking care of within 36 hours. He was honest and up front about the work, and stuck to the original quote even though he fixed a couple of other issues. Hopefully I donā€™t ever have this type of issue again, but if I do my first call will be to Specialty Drain!

    Spectacular! Sean went above and beyond. Came over after another job in the evening. This was to a rental house we have that had severe clogged drains. He checked everything-unclogged all drains, checked showers, toilets, main drain. Unclogged main drain all way to street, sent camera video of the drain when he finished.. terrific work and very reasonable pricing.

    I found this company through some incredibly positive reviews in the Nextdoor app. I initially used them for a small repair to a leaking water spicket and was really impressed by their professionalism. Two months later, my water heater burst and I needed it and a second one replaced. Unbelievable great job! Never seen such a good looking parallel water heater system install as what he did at my house. Iā€™ve been a homeowner for over 25 years and have run into my share of plumbers. Sean is absolutely the best Iā€™ve ever seen. Highly highly recommend this company!
