My experience with the boardroom accent walls was second to none. I work for California Closets, which is a very high end, reputable brand and the board room exceeded all of my expectations regarding customer service, quality and style. This expectation was set high and for them to meet it and exceed with flying colors, was incredible!My consultation began virtually where I was able to meet “ face-to-face” with the team to talk in depth about what it is I wanted to do, the style I would like to strive for, the colors, and textures along with the execution process! I felt like I was being heard, valued, and supported in my decisions!My installation date was scheduled immediately after I placed my deposit on my project. The pricing was upfront and crystal clear. No gray area or extra fees. I was able to confirm the installation date and pay the deposit using a text link, which made it very easy.As we started getting closer to install, I received a reminder text message of my date and time and a reminder from the actual Installer on his ETA the morning of my install! I never felt like I was in the dark.My door rang at the exact time the installer said it would, and I was greeted with smiles from the team! I knew that it was going to be the best day ever!They quickly got to work, prepping my space, and talking me through the process of what was going to happen that day. It was so cool to be able to watch them do their craft. They took great care to make sure that my end product was nothing short of perfection. There was even some damage to my wall after removing a piece of trim that needed to go for the install to work, and the installer took the time to repair it for me. To me, this is above and beyond world-class customer service.My finished product is nothing short of perfection, and it has completely changed my living room! Boardroom Accent Walls recently completed an accent wall for us and the experience was AMAZING! From start to finish they were professional, responsive, and a pleasure to work with. If you are contemplating on getting a wall done, DO IT! You don’t have to look any further for a company that will do the job right. Can’t recommend them enough. We will be using them again for more treatments in our home.

Can’t say enough good things about Boardroom Accent Walls! My decorator (Lori Rourk Interiors) recommended them to me. We kind of knew already what style wall we wanted and the color. Ashan quickly sent a mock up picture of the wall and an estimate. We also quickly decided on a date for the install. The morning of Ashan texted me with an arrival time. They arrived right on time! These guys were so friendly and kind. They explained the process. They worked fast! And the completed wall couldn’t have been more beautiful. I love it! This is a great company that cares about being prompt, keeping you informed of the process, and doing quality work. Highly recommend their beautiful work!

Jessica and Ashan made our vision come to life and made our new home feel like ours! When we bought our first home, we reached out for a consultation. The turn around time was very quick and Jessica and Ashan were at our home the following week to install the accent walls. They went off the inspiration we gave them for our walls but also gave us great suggestions too. They installed 2 accent walls in one day, were very efficient, personable and kind, helpful, and flexible. We changed our minds on what redesign and colors we wanted many times. They helped us pull some colors that would match our home and gave us great input. We are so happy with how it all turned out and now our new home feels like us! Thank you!

My initial consult was very productive as they had already kicked up some designs for me to review based on some pictures that I shared . This helped for a very productive consultation . I liked that there were previous client installs for me to reference . They were extremely informative in laying out the process and next steps . I gladly scheduled my appointment . The install was perfect . They arrived on time and finished early . It’s better than I imagined . I will definitely recommend anyone wanting to enhance their home to them .
