Nate Blanton gave great customer service. He explained very carefully what he was going to do and what were my options and he answered my many questions. I felt very comfortable going forward with this process. Chris the head installer was excellent. He and his colleague rook diligently and got the job done in a day. Both were polite and professional and explained the different steps they were doing.This has been an excellent experience and I highly recommend their programs.

My appointment on 9/4/24 was with Tyler. He arrived on time and our discussion was pertinent to my interest in he looking at my home and answering questions regarding the windows and roof..We arrived at the conclusion that the roof was in good condition for being 27 years old and I have had good experience with my electrical and gas uses for cooling and warming. Tyer noted a minor repair needed to be done on the edge of the roof where a limb had come down and a piece of flashing had been scraped off. I plan on having that repaired.My Home Has no leaks from the windows. The windows are secure and appear to be in good shape.We concluded that the roof was sufficient possibly in good enough condition for another 2 to 4 years And that I should continue to take the steps that I have to ensure that it has ongoing integrity..I was really impressed with how Syaunna And Tyler Took care of my inquiry setting an appointment and Tyler coming out giving me a fair appraisal of my home. I had my windows installed by California Renewable Energy. After seeing them at the home show and setting an appointment they came by for an estimate and measurements. After that they took care of everything from scheduling to applying for permit. The installation went smooth. The guys were clean and respectful. Placed plastic to protect desk and floors. They are a great team and I recommend them services you won’t be disappointed.

I chose to go with this company because of the level of service that I received from the first time that I had a home inspection. I was paying almost $900 a month back in 2019 for my PG&E bill. Angelica stressed to me the importance of getting updated with Solar because the rates were only going to continue to go up.I live in Lincoln, California and boy was she right!!!! I decided to go with her company and started paying an installment loan to be able to have the solar put on my home. And now my PG&E bill is zero dollars for electricity in the Summer and of course I’m paying for gas, but had I not gone Solar in 2019 my electricity would be almost what my mortgage currently is!!!!!Additionally, they included emphase tracking of my watts and what they’re producing. Jasmine and Angelica have really made sure that I understand how to utilize this program to optimize my solar efficiency. I can track my usage right from my phone.I had many questions along the way to make the decision to go Solar. I had lived in my home since 2008 before I decided to go solar in 2019 and I had many companies come out. But because of Angelica‘s level of professionalism and enthusiasm and passion for, helping me that’s why I decided to go Solar with her company.There’s a lot of companies out there, but here we are five years later and anytime I have a question she’s always readily available or her office staff. If I could give 100 stars I would.

My experience with this company was over-the-top it started off with Brent Cassidy project manager Who came to my home to explain in detail what we talked about on the phone and made wanting to be a part of the California renewable energy family encouraging. I wasn’t sure at first until he explained in detail the benefits and I was sold. He followed up every step of the way, sending an amazing guy that did the installation who was extremely professional, very considerate with my space. and the continual calls and then showing up making sure that the install was going great and the final installation was done satisfactory and it was. I had a very old system and they worked miracles to make things happen for me. I highly appreciate the whole process. Thank you so much I now have heat real heat and not I have to wait 30 to an hour to warm up Thank you Brent thank you Nate and thank you to The installation guy gosh I believe his name was Dave he was incredible. The best part all that was done was very affordable. I highly recommend this company for anyone that needs to update their old system or have a better system than what they probably have. I will be recommending this company to my friends.

The roofers were top notch and professional! Cleaned up all debris and very respectful! My roof is beautiful! Nate Blanton was the most knowledgeable guy I’ve talked to! They had excellent financing and like I said Nate was honest and good at what he does. He’s made numerous trips to my home to help me get through this process. The new roof was put on in less than a week including necessary repairs. The gentlemen doing the work were conscientious, clean and friendly. They were able to answer any questions asked and knew how to explain it clearly and precisely. Nate Blanton our company representative is with us every step of the way and is very responsive when we need to reach him. The personnel who coordinate the different aspects of the company are friendly, competant and make you feel safe that any issues you have will be handled well and in a timely manner. THANK YOU Dougie Fresh (LOL) youre the bomb! 4 weeks later my windows have arrived and in the timeframe I was told. Jasmyn called more than once to keep me updated and also to schedule the installation, THANK YOU Jasmyn! that was so appreciated! The day on installation BJ (owner) @ Golden Valley Windows & Doors, Keith (Sweat) LOL and Ray (Charles) (LOL) were at our house @7:50am (appt. for 8am). They made the installation of 11 windows so professional, smooth and comfortable for my dad! Who even said daughter they did a good job . As a California and Texas homeowner for more than 20 years, I can tell you that this was my first time looking at Solar options. It was long overdue! I conducted my research and analyses on four top California companies by holding in-home interviews with each one of them. Of course, they all say “we’re number one” over their competitors. However, we all know that there could only be ONE number one. These four Solar company representatives had their own right to claim a particular featured “edge” against the competition. The lowest bid I received from company “D” was $13,170; the highest bid from company “C” was $27,772; the other two, company “A” and company “B” fell in between those estimates. Company “A” really stood out, not in cheapest cost, but in their professional salesmanship and presentation of their products inclusive of their warranties.They precisely answered my multitude of questions about products, workmanship, warranties, and service after the sale. Moreover, he provided a tangible sample of his company’s panels and the competitor’s, to my surprise the panels were flexible and very well made in comparison to its competition. California Renewable Energy is the company I selected to build/install my Solar Energy system. I am truly appreciative of their knowledge and service throughout this installation, and look forward to developing a long-term business relationshipThank you so much.
