    Guys were very professional. On time bothe days they were here my house is on a slab and I had a leak they ended up having to cut a trench all the way across my living room hardwood floors.It was messy but they got it repaired in two days.They kept the dust down as much as you possibly can.I would definitely hire them again if needed.The price they charged was very reasonable for what they did.

    Vasiliy was fantastic! He came out ot fix a busted water line and repair an outside faucet, and I couldnt be more impressed. He was punctual, communicated clearly throughout the process, and took the time to educate me on both the issue and the solution. I went to their website and shared my availability with the scheduler.     Stephan replaced water heater..had to check out the old one, then he measured and went out to obtain new unit which was perfectly installed and running perfectly…he also replaced water line for washer which was leaking…all for move into newly purchased home.     Replaced a water heater.Our experience with Pipedex Pluming has been nothing but great. We had them here to fix a shower head, then a leak in the bathroom and whiles they were at it, we realized our water heater was leaking which they came to install a new one the next business day. They have a quick turnaround; they are very prompt. Stephan was the guy, and we absolutely love working with him. He usually comes in with another guy. Both of them are extremely knowledgeable, always on time, and they update you every step of the way. I highly recommend them.

    I had an outside water leak last month and my water bill was 1200 more gals than the prior month. I have a Skid Steer but could not locate the line. The house was built in 1984 and the water leak was found closer to the house. Myself and a friend dug down about waist deep not finding the line but running water when it was turned on from the meter. I googled for outside water line repair around my area code and their company was 5 star with 185 ratings. Their service was excellent and their expert knowledge help cut the estimated time to do the repair. I called them on 4-01 and had an appointment for the next day. However on the day of the appointment I had a family death unexpectedly. Visiliy was very understanding and when conversing with them they changed appointment times to help me with my situation. I would definitely use their services again.

    The guys were amazing at communication and helping me. Started with a simple install of my gad dryer gas line and hook up. Then upgraded to replacing new gas line in the crawl space because the line that was there was incorrect and Oleg pointed out to me and now my gas appliances are up to code and properly working!!Thank you for all the help Pipedex crew

    I was extremely impressed how quickly they responded and they gave me my options to make a choice on the new gas line. Very professional! I had an issue with a vent I had not cut out yet and had to have them come back out and move the line. They were here the next day and did an amazing job.     I dont think I could say enough good things about Pipedex. Id just had major surgery and came home for recovery, then my bathroom started having issues. When I turned on the shower or bathroom sink, there would be this loud gurgling noise and my toilet would bubble. Then, the toilet clogged wouldnt go down. I was charged almost $100 just for an assessment, and quoted $800 to have the issue fixed by a competitor plumbing company. The guy hadnt even done a very thorough check of things.I decided to look for another quote. I found Pipedex online because of their awesome reviews and they did not disappoint. We had Stephan, sooooo extremely knowledgeable of what hes doing. Very thorough, very efficient, very professional. He was great, my pipes were extremely difficult to find, he was very patient and very kind through the whole process of having to dig for pipes for two days in the freezing cold. Give that man a raise! So appreciative of everything, I couldnt have asked for better service! Thank you Pipedex!

    I discovered a leak the evening of April 9th, and sent a text to the company the following morning at 7:20 am. By 8:00 am, they had already contacted me and said they would be here by 10:00 am. They were about an hour early which was great. Stephan was extremely knowledgeable and figured out the issue within minutes, and he and Oleg fixed the issue in under an hour. He also put me in touch with a company that repairs water damage. I cant recommend Pipedex enough. Fast, friendly, efficient.

    Stephan and Oleg really came to the rescue. My pipes started leaking after Christmas weekend and I figured it was just the shower and a few things in the laundry room but there was way more that I couldnt see. They took detailed photos of the plumbing in my crawl space and showed me where exactly my pipes had failed. I opted to replace all of my pipes for an upgrade. Stephan and Oleg are an extremely efficient team, they made quick work of removing the old pipes and replacing with new. I figured it would take more than a days work to complete but not so. I would highly recommend Pipedex plumbing to anyone and everyone. Awesome experience overall and, God forbid, if I have anymore plumbing issues I will be contacting Pipedex.Thank you.

    The plumber came to repair 2 leaking water spickets on the outside of the house. He came and assessed the situation. He immediately let me know what was needed. In order to do the job the right way, he needed to know where the water meter was. I told him i didnt know. Rather then put it on me to get in touch with the city and have them come out on my time , he was extremely proactive and he went above and beyond and called the city himself and had them navigate him to the water meter. when that didnt work he then had them come out to show him where the meter was. He stood there and waited until they came out and showed him where the meter was. After that he then started the job and was very informative from start to finish.He then cleaned up the mess and left it looking nice and clean.Then he went to the store and came back to install another part to do the install the right way. I then felt happy to pay him for all his hard work!! I kept his information so i can use him again in the future.I would definitely recommend this guy to anyone that needs plumber service.     Serge is amazing!!! He explained everything to me. Even when I didn’t understand he would explain things in a different way. He was clear and exact about everything that he was going to do. He responded to my calls and texts quickly. He arrived on time or early every time he came over. He wore shoe covers that he brought, which was helpful as I do not allow shoes in my home. Serge and Dimitry brought their own broom and dustpan and cleaned up everything before they left, so I did not have to clean after them at all. It took me over a year to find this company and I am going to make sure I refer them to everyone I know that needs a plumber

    Our gas combi boiler broke right before Christmas week. Ive called Pipdex and Oleg was able to arrange an emergency service call on the same day. When Serge arrived he was very professional and transparent about every step that he was doing to fix my boiler. It was needed to disassemble the 3-way valve but because the boiler was leaking water for a while all screws were rusted. He called Navien, the boiler company customer support, and described the problem with details, they even did a video call. The tech confirmed that its not fixable and Navien will give us the new boiler for free! I couldnt be happier, thank you so much Pipdex for advocating on the clients behalf. The new boiler was installed at next day. Thank you Oleg and Serge for bringing back hot water and heat to my home. I would recommend this company, certified and professional.
