Jordan came out the very day I called fixed the clog and because we live in our grandmothers home and remodeling the water pipes are 60 + years old Jordan gave us a estimate on replacing the old pipes the price was going to be significant because of the age of the pipes and was based on hours and damage and it didn’t take him as long as he thought and replaced water pipes and fixed a hidden leak and it cost me $1500 less than originally estimated! I couldn’t be more pleased with the company and our plumber Jordan he was very pleasant and explained everything! No more guessing who to call for my plumbing needs it’s Roto-Rooter from here on out and I received a year warranty on the work! Thank you Jordan and Roto Rooter for solving my headache!

Update service on 4/23/24: Called Roto Rooter, Rocky Mount NC spoke to very nice professional gentleman, advised needservice stopped up laundry machine line & valve replaced in bathroom. Received same day service, Derek once again was technician, and he did an awesome job and went above and beyond the service with the repairs and by tweaking and helping with other things. Very courteous and professional and knowledgeable. Best service, definitely better than others encountered. Thank you for everything!I called RR first thing on a Monday morning because our washing machine drain was clogged and backing up. They said they would send someone. Within 2 hours or less Derek called and came over. He was very nice, professional, respectful, and got the job done with no problem. Thank you Derek for your great help! I really appreciate it.

Our pipes were metal and they had lots of rust build up , slush, hair, well you get the point! The house had set empty awhile before we bought it! They worked for two days cleaning out my pipes as bad finally got it unclogged saving us lots of money by not having to replace those pipes!!! Thank you guys so much we appreciate the hard work and know who to call or recommend for clogged pipes!!!

I contacted them around 5:30 this morning about a toilet leak and overflow problem as soon as I noticed it. I set an appointment for the same day service. Its now 9:30 am and my toilet is fixed and Im off to enjoy the rest of my day instead of waiting on the plumber. Lewis the technician was fantastic. He was on time, polite, and very knowledgeable. The appointment was set for 830-930am, price was not bad either. I have no complaints with Lewis or Roto-Rooter and I will gladly recommend them to anyone. Btw this was the Rocky Mount location in North Carolina.

Lewis out of the Rocky Mount office is a rockstar! Nice, friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. I needed some drains unclogged that had closed due to corrosion in a house that had been vacant for almost 2 years. He refused to quit until everything was working like new! I was extremely pleased with the cost as well (which he quoted up front, so no surprises at the end). Hes gonna be my new go-to guy for all my plumbing needs.
