Jason and his crew from John Barnes Electric did a marvelous job on our churchs electrical work!! They also, know a few things about working on technology as well, as they did a few touch ups on our sound board and monitors as well. Highly recommended!! These guys are fast responders and on time! They beat me to the church!! I would give them 10 Stars, but the rating only goes to 5 Stars. Well definitely be using them again for future references.

The two guys that came here quickly showed me how to reset the outlet so the garage receptacles all worked again. They checked them all. They were friendly, polite and very professional. Ive had to contact Barnes Electric on two different occasions. Both times they responded promptly and were extremely professional. They were able to diagnostic and the repair the problem pretty quickly.I delt with another electrician previous to Barnes, but turned into a absolute mess. I needed 2 outlets installed in 2 of my dental surgery rooms. They installed 2 outlets and we had 2 large flat screen tvs mounted and a line run to hook up to the computer and laptop. They also replaced another outlet that kept tripping in another area.They were very professional and I had no concerns at all with the guys working here while the office was closed.His pricing was very reasonable. I will defiantly call them again for electrical fixes at my place of business or my home.

I had a problem with all my lights flickering in the house and some of the appliances not working like they should so I called and talked to Travis and he told me that I needed to call Duke Energy because it sounded like a problem on there end. After calling Duke and getting them out here it ended up being a problem on there end.Most electricans would come out and charge you hundreds of dollars to tell you that there is no problem but Travis was kind enough to tell me to do this and it saved me a lot of money that he could have pocketed.

Around 11 oclock on a Friday morning, a trash truck hit a low hanging power line in front of my house.. the city power line workers told me that I should go down to the city and apply for a permit to have it fixed and I told them its 11:30 on Friday morning Im not going to be 3 days without power. Call John Barnes Electric and John Barnes himself was here in about 20 minutes he got on his cell phone and call the city inspectors and told them this was an emergency situation and he was going to take charge of it and John got my house rewired and I was back in business before 4.30 same day..John grew up in the electrical business and in my opinion is the most knowledgeable electrician around.. fast courteous service you can depend on and affordable prices tooRobbie JoynerRocky Mount nc
