We hired Med Tech to build our practice from the ground up. We spoke with a couple of different companies and immediately we were impressed by professionalism of the owner, John Northcutt. We worked very closely with the team and felt like they walked us every step of the process and explained everything well. We are very happy to have worked with our Superintendent Dakota Marshall. He was very responsive and answered his phone the millions of times we had questions. The construction was completed on a timely matter (yes, it really was!) and the work was top notch! As far as construction projects go, we were very happy with the end result. We opened our beautiful new practice in May and we are so proud of it that we literally give office tours everyday to our patients. We receive so many compliments everyday. We highly recommend Med Tech if youre looking to do a full remodel or full build out!

We just finished building our Dream Dental office PLUSH Dentistry in Frisco and we could not have done it without MedTech. From start to finish the process was transparent, smooth and hassle free. We did not run into any unknown expenses and Medtech made sure we were on budget and made suggestions to keep us in budget. They promised 60 days for CO and they delivered inspite of roadblocks and a slightly tricky build as we are located on the second floor.The result is an unbelievable office space which we are proud off. A dental startup project is an extremely tricky and stressful process but we are glad our construction partners helped us in every way possible. John was a great resource and offered great advice on various issues. Every construction phase has some issues but what separates Medtech is the way they handled the issues that came up always making sure we came out ahead. They are still helping us when we ask and are usually just a phone call away when needed.We could not have made a better choice. Thank you Medtech !

My office with Med-tech was a new build and everything went smooth and was able to be completed and be in the space within 1-2 weeks of anticipated CO date. I had no issues with the quality of the build and everything that I thought needed to be corrected was done without any issue. John Northcutt was very thorough in the planning phases and no major change orders were needed and gave me input on my needs as well. They handle all millwork in house so changes were handled efficiently. They also have a designer that helps guide you to select materials but not intended to be comprehensive. My favorite part of the build was to be able to work with Joel Vaughn, my superintendent. He is one of the most positive guys I know in construction and answers all my concerns with a smile. I will miss talking to him on a regular basis. Thanks everyone!

MedTech recently completed my build out on my dental office. They were beyond amazing, and they continue to be. From my first meeting with Mr. Northcutt to my insane number of emails to Sterling Day, I had an excellent experience. My superintendent of construction, Joel Vaughn, was also very responsive to my many, many text messages, and he still is, even after completion of construction. I had change orders, changed my mind frequently, and basically had a design concept that they hadnt really ever put into action, and they made it happen. At one point, they installed my fire alarms as was planned on the original plans I had signed off on, but moved them at no additional cost because it interfered with my design. Theyve been fair and have stood by their work, even coming by to fix the smallest things because Im a perfectionist. I truly got the office I dreamed of (except for coronavirus), and they were incredibly transparent with their pricing as well. I was really happy with their subs, as well, especially DFW Window Film - absolutely fantastic work. One of their subs had made a design (not functional) error with an expensive piece of decorative, overlay wood that was imported internationally. They gave me absolutely zero hassle about fixing it, even though I know they had to source it again internationally. There were times I did get upset and frustrated, and everyone at MedTech maintained their composure and professionalism. If I ever build another office, I would use them again, no hesitation. I have had so many different service people and reps from different companies through here, and all of them ask me who did my build out, and Im really happy about letting them know it was MedTech. They also got me done within 2 weeks of the original quoted time frame, and those extra two weeks was simply waiting on an inspector to have time to come out. Im super happy!

I finished my dental office about two years ago. its been a great pleasure working with Med-Tech. John was very informative at the beginning of the process. whenever, I called he will get me an answer or try to get it for me. Bryan was my project manager and he was also great. He was on top of every step of the way. felt so comfortable during the whole construction period. I strongly recommend them for your future business.

We used MedTech Construction to build our pediatric office in Melissa, TX. They have an excellent team of designer, project managers and superintendents. The project was completed on time and we had great communications throughout the entire process that solved many problems rapidly and effectively without compromising the work quality. We are a happy costumer and will use them again for our next project.

MedTech Construction completed our remodel at Stewart Dental and we are very happy with our new Look. Our office looks new and updated and our staff and patients could not be happier. The quality of the work is great. Nate was here the day we reopened to make sure everything was as it should be. He stayed until the job was done and he knew we were completely happy. We really appreciate his professionalism and dedication to our project.We chose MedTech over other proposals not because of the lower price, but because working with Nate, made us feel secure the job will be supervised and done with details. Indeed Nate is very meticulous and since we were not present to supervise the work on a daily basis, it was important for us to trust him to be there to supervise.The remodeling consisted of new flooring and paint throughout the office as well as new countertops, cabinet handles, and complete remodel of our check-out area. In addition, Nate found us an electrician at a great price and made sure we were completely satisfied with his work.In addition to the great ideas and nice final touch that Nate added to our office, Nate made certain he followed all the requirements and codes needed for our dental office. The city has very strict requirements and Nate did everything right, with no mistakes so all the permits were obtained easily. Nate has a great team and they were very clean and did a great job of transforming this out dated office to a new and modern looking practice.If you are thinking of updating your office we strongly recommend MedTech. Writing this review from my husbands account because of the technical difficulty I had from my own but felt the need to rave about this team. I heard MedTech was the team to go with when planning a dental office remodel or ground up and boy, was everyone right. The planning, the communication, responsiveness, responsibility, professionalism and adherence to timing and a budget. This process could not have been simpler! They allowed me to enjoy the process and were such a joy to work with. The space exceeded my expectations and required little effort on my part. Not to mention every single person I had contact with was enjoyable to spend time with. I highly recommend this company for your construction and architecture needs but also your desires and dreams. It never may seem like the right time to upgrade your existing space but with how quick and easy this was, why would you not?! You deserve what Med-Tech has to offer.
