We loved working with Danny and David at Experts Remodel to renovate our three bathrooms and entryway, and Beto, our general contractor, is the best in the business. Danny and David were very friendly, helpful, and responsive to all of our questions and requests. They were transparent about the construction process and were flexible when we had late changes and additions to the design (for example, we decided to wall up a door and then install two pocket doors after work had already started - they were able to accommodate our requests easily). We had initially reached out to a design firm that quoted us over double what ER quoted us: an easy choice, plus, it was a lot of fun to design our own spaces exactly how we wanted them! We also felt comfortable with the payment process, not handing over all our money at the beginning but in steps throughout the process to demonstrate their commitment to finishing the job. Beto was the BEST contractor ever - he was thoughtful and thorough in his work, communicative about issues and timelines, and just in general the friendliest, most professional and respectful guy ever! We are thrilled with how each room turned out and would love to work with this team again on future home projects.

Experts Remodel was referred to us to do drywall repair when we had mold remediation in our master bath. We were in the market for a new kitchen and first floor bath and after reviewing their reviews and portfolio, we were quite impressed. After corresponding with the project manager a few times we decided to do what essentially was a first floor renovation. The project manager and his team were promptly responsive with their quote and 3D model and were confident that they could complete the project within our time constraints. We decided to proceed and the process was nearly seemless. Our concerns and questions were always answered in a timely manner and the team was responsive to any additions or edits we had for the project. Everything was completed according to our timeline and we are more than pleased with the end result!

Absolutely the BEST!!!!!!!But let me tell you why. In a time we are used to poor customer service, disappointment, no follow through and poor outcome, Lakeisha and the contractor Vito cannot compare to anyone else when it comes to customer service and quality of work. THEY ARE THE BEST!!! A few of my retired contractors friends who saw the work and heard about how everything was handled told me that that’s the best they’ve ever seen and heard of. Lakeisha went to bat with the insurance company and got done what I needed to get done. I did not need to handle talking to the insurance company once I filed a claim she handled EVERYTHING!!! Vito is an artist and his attention to detail is simply astounding. He left absolutely nothing undone. Not one detail was overlooked. I am so grateful to have found them after having several consultations from other contractors that left me deflated and disappointed. They are a dream team. I have even recommended them to others, including a retired contractor who like I said, saw their work and didnt think twice about hiring them. By the way, I waited almost a year to do the review And I am still in love with my bathroom. And now they are doing work on my father-in-law’s house as well.

We contracted with Experts Remodel to completely remodel our bathroom, and we could not be happier with the result. They did a fantastic job for us. This was a major remodel, requiring a complete demo down to studs and subfloor, repairing water damaged to the existing structure, re-routing sewer and plumbing to accommodate relocation of vanity, shower and toilette, then reframing to remove a closet, moving/adding doors, and a completely new shower.Eli, the Project Manager, was with us every step of the way, stopping by almost daily to coordinate the work, inspect progress, answer questions, and help with fixture and tile selections. The result was even better than we had hoped for. Ive dealt with many contractors over the years, and Ive never had an experience as positive as this. I asked Experts Remodel to construct a new bathroom. It was a challenging job because there were no existing plumbings (water and waste lines) and the space is small. I have an idea of the layout and Experts Remodel helped with design ideas. The project Manager, David Levy, is very responsive. The foreman (Beto) is simply the best. Incredible skills. I have never met someone before who is all-around with expertise in carpentry, masonry, electricity, plumbing, painting, and design. Although it took 6 weeks to complete the job, every detail is executed carefully and precisely. The bathroom still needs completion of the glass door and lock for the pocket door, but as early as now, Experts Remodel has already earned my cinco estrellas.

Happy Thanksgiving!I’m a bit late with my review but I’m hoping my feedback will reflect my entire process with Experts Remodel - from consultation to 6-months later.Last spring I reached out to multiple contractors to get their quotes and opinions on the two bathrooms I wanted remodeled. I met with one of their project managers, Danielle, who couldn’t have been more helpful in helping me with my design. Unlike other contractors, Danielle was thoughtful of my vision and provided great suggestions on how I could best use my space. Before I had even committed, she introduced me to the team she oversees, helmed by Vito, and the broader management facilitated by David.To Danielle, Vito, and David, Kudos! The last thing that you want with a multi-week renovation is unresponsiveness. All three were constantly in touch during the entire 5 week process. Danielle came by every day to evaluate progress and texted me about my needs. Vito reached out whenever he had a question about certain placements or suggestions of how something would work better. David never missed a chance to swing by to check in and drop off some specialty Cokes.All-in-all I had two full bathrooms remodeled. And they look gorgeous!So, why wait 6 months to write a review?1) Some pipes that were outside of the scope of the project got damaged during the remodel. Danielle, David, and Vito were super responsive in fixing the problem free of charge. They wanted a great bathroom as much as I did.2) I wanted to give everything some time to settle. Old house, changing weather, etc. I wanted to make sure that my assessment of their work wasn’t just aesthetic - how has it held up in the last 6 months? Was it worth it?My answer is, emphatically, yes. I’m super happy with the work that Experts Remodel has done and will likely use them for any other home improvement projects I have in the future.~Christopher

We had trouble finding a contractor in Capitol Hill and had some bad experiences before, but now we are recommending Experts Remodel to all of our friends. The price was competitive (and there were NO surprise costs), the work itself was done well, and the team was extremely detail-oriented, organized and communicative. We appreciated understanding the process and timeline with daily updates. We especially loved working with Jacob who felt like a part of the family and took great care to make sure we were happy with the work every step of the way.

Knowledgeable, personable and worked with us to get our job done as quickly as possible. They really won us over again — I’d trust them next time we have another project and would recommend them to anyone looking for a professional contractor.Original:We hired them for a simple laundry room remodel (put up walls, ceiling, floors, W/D installation) and repaint our deck.It took them nearly 1.5 months to get through the projects — way too long in our experience working with contractors. They also came 4 times before giving us a final estimate and wouldn’t tell us how long it would take once they started.It was fairly sloppy work for what we expected, they had to redo the floors three times, and they were messy after the projects were done. We were so fed up and done with them that I just wanted them out of the house. It’s sad because I enjoy the laundry room now and the project manager/designer did her best with the crew, but it was at the expense of so much added stress and wasted time. Would not recommend them.

David, the project manager and his foreman, Edgar, from Experts Remodel were an answer to prayer. Prior to interacting with David, I reached out to several contractors as I was considering several remodeling projects but was disappointed by all of them. They came in, took a look at what I wanted to do and never followed through. Even trying to get a quotation after their assessment was like pulling teeth. It was a completely different experience with David. When he came in and saw what I wanted done, he immediately sat at the dining room table, discussed my options and wrote up a detailed quotation. He even offered to begin working on the project the very next day and most importantly, promised to have the two bathroom remodeling projects I wanted to do within two weeks--i.e., before my house guest arrived. He and his team not only delivered on this promise, but did it with excellent workmanship. The only reason it took the two weeks was the delay on my part in getting all the requisite materials. Experts Remodel is not the cheapest and one has to pay for ones own materials/hardware. But as I mentioned, the quality of workmanship was excellent and David and Edgar went out of their way to help me get the materials that were needed for the two projects. They even sourced cheaper hardware like the tub I wanted, which saved me money. Their kindness and responsiveness was what made working with them such a positive and enjoyable experience and of course the two bathrooms when completed, were absolutely stunning. I recommend Experts Remodel highly and without reservation. They truly rock!

Experts Remodel did a fantastic job with whatever task we threw at them, largely our brand-new kitchen! She came see real times to explain the processes and helped with my comments on the contract, came with me to chose the floor tiles and picked them up . She was always in time and very responsive to my requests. If I have any new project, I will definitely ask for Danielle and Experts remodel again

Experts Remodel LLC was hired to cover a water stain from a bedroom ceiling. The stain was from a leak that occurred after the installation of a new roof and solar panels. David came one day and assessed the damage. Three days later, when I was available, the stained area of the ceiling was covered with a special paint that will prevent the stain from becoming visible again. Then the entire ceiling was painted. I’m very pleased with the work and the way the situation was handled. Great job!

I wanna say that I have been looking for a contractor for a while, and couldn’t find one that will fit, and do the job I wanted the way I wanted. I called Experts Remodel, and explained them my situation that I need a complete home remodeling, and a lot of structural work like braking walls and so on. I got a meeting set up with the project manager David, he came over and toke the time to explain me in details what needs to be done, and what are my options as far as the remodeling, and the budget I had. At the end we agreed to go with a 3D designer that was provided by the company and it was amazing experience to see what I will get at the end result. The work has started with a demolition crew of 6-8 people everything was clean and set up to start the big project. The bathrooms, and the kitchen was fantastic the design and the help from David to purchase the materials and choose what’s best and modern to my house, the service was on point and couldn’t ask for any better contractor . I highly recommend his company and professionalism.

Experts remodel was an outstanding choice for my home renovation and I am very happy to have hired them. I had a bathroom added into a room with no plumbing, renovated my kitchen, and renovated the exterior of my house.I interviewed at least 10 contractors and settled on experts remodel for a few reasons:1) I could tell the project manager I worked with was very invested in consumer satisfaction and was very personable and seemed would be pleasant to work with2) price was mid-range3) they could start immediately and promised a high quality product on a reasonable timeline.All in all it was a great experience, and I would have no hesitation hiring experts remodel again. A few highlights of why I enjoyed working with them and am still satisfied that I went with them. A few highlights of why I am glad I chose them:- I always felt my project manager and foreman were invested in giving me what I wanted and a quality product versus just whatever was cheaper and/or faster. For example ,on my porch, my foreman switched out the type of wood a few times when it wasn’t good quality and told me he would rather put quality wood on even if it meant he had to take the wood back to the store and delay the project to find higher quality wood. They were invested in my vision from the beginning and stayed invested in the quality of that outcome.- They people I worked with were always pleasant to work with and had good communication about what was going on with the project- They threw in a few extra small things at no charge, and when bigger unexpected changes arose in the project they were cognizant of my budget and pretty much gave those changes to me at cost to them. I certainly never felt they used changes to milk me but instead were trying to make sure I was still happy with the finished product- As any conflict arose in expectations or differences of how something should be done, they always were fair and good communicators in resolving issues and made sure that I was satisfied. They were flexible with me sometimes and sometimes I was flexible with them. Again, I always felt they were invested in making me happy with each project.All in all, I am very happy that I chose experts remodel for my renovation, love the finished product, and have already recommended them to friends and neighbors.- Amelia and Shema Mbyirukira

Finished 1200 sq ft basement. Daniel was my project manager. She always answered the phone, always on time. It was a big project, and exciting yet also stressful times. Daniel and her teams made it easier with so many workers involved. Price was middle of several quotes I received, so reasonable. There were few details that I didnt like, but once I specified, they made it work, even when it meant they had to do it again. Highly recommended.

I wound up using this service after placing inquiries with a couple different remodeling providers. I decided to go with Experts Remodel because they were super friendly and responsive & gave me a very thorough breakdown of the quote. They did some work on my bathroom which turned out beautifully. I had some additional work I needed done on my walls and floor which I asked them to do as well since they did such a great job in the bathroom. All in all a great service, very punctual, super nice people and they did great work. Definitely recommend

I am very satisfied with the services I received from Experts Remodel. I gave David and his team a tough task of remodeling my kitchen basement and basement bathroom in a month all while I was staying in a other state and they delivered. The work was done professionally and honestly. Letting me know of major electrical issues along the way. They are a bit pricey but you get what you pay for and in this case Im very happy. Also note that some items in your remodel you will have to pay for yourself so the quote is mostly for labor and installation not materials.

I had an amazing experience with this company. I was looking for a beautiful and high-quality kitchen for my new house. They are professionals and know exactly what they are doing. They were with me in the whole process of choosing the materials and details for the kitchen and spent a lot of time to make sure the result will be perfect. They recommended me the lazy susan turntable which gave me extra space and its convenient to use. I have nice recessed lights as well, which they suggested for me and it looks so cozy and nice. I would highly recommend these guys and one friend of mine has started to make a bathroom with them and he is happy with how the process is going. They are almost finished and very satisfied.
