    The team did a great job of responding quickly for an emergency with my toilet not flushing. Dan kept me updated with communication on timing of the team on the road and when the team came to fix the problem they found the issue and resolved it quickly while being upfront about the cost before starting any work.

    Fast service 7 days a week. Called on a Sunday morning and by noon a technician arrived to clear my main sewer drain. He immediately went right to the problem are and cleared the stoppage. Options for additional cleaning of the cast iron pie, such as enzymes designed to not harm the cadt iron and to dissolve deposits costing the interior of the pipe were discussed and were conveyed very clearly. The technician and dispatcher were very courteous and profession, as well as accommodating. Prices were very reasonable considering it was a Sunday service. Payment via cash or major credit cards accepted. Will use their services again! From Randy in Baldwin.

    I had a sewer line blockage from my house to the main sewer street links. I found Konny Rooter on Google. The service they gave us was very professional and the response time quite impressive.     Customer service with Dan was fantastic .!Other companies should take lesson from Dan. Outstanding service there is not enough words to describe his perfect action to deal with customers. I definitely will use him again and strongly recommend him!!!(work was done to satisfaction also)

    Called because I had a clog. Guy was at my house within 20 minutes. He was very informative and told us everything that was going on and how he was going to fix it. Mike had the problem fixed in no time and for a great price. I would definitely recommend to use them.

    Worked with Johnny Rooter and our specialist, Jose this evening.Both Jose and the dispatch team providing excellent communication throughout the whole process.We had a septic tank blow after hours and Jose was at our house within an hour, fully equipped for our situation. He was very communicative and helpful throughout the process.Jose took his time, was thorough and very friendly.     Our thanks to Dan and his team of professional plumbers!Two plumbers came to our home to fix a waste line clog that caused a large amount of basement flooding and also caused our washing machine computer to crash. They were polite, ascessed the situation efficiently, honest, and came prepared with equipment available to fix the complete problem.We are really happy to have had their help after having the bad experience with another company, Rotor Rooter who werent honest, messed up ascesseing the problem a week ago, causing the basement to flood and appliance to be ruined.Thank youDan and you plumbers from Johnny Rooter!

    OMG AmazingThe water cartridge in my shower went bad, Andy identified and resolved my issue did not try to upsale me nor tried to get more money out of me.Andy came out to my home fixed my issue .Great company and the manager just called me to ask me how things went. I highly recommend them.

    Johnny Rooter is a professional company. I spoke with Dan over the phone, and he was able to walk me through some steps that allowed us to get through the night with our plumbing emergency. Johnny Rooter came as soon as possible. They were extremely friendly and clean. They wore masks without me even needing to ask. They managed to unclog the drain (my hair) quickly. Great service!     The team is very professional had leak in ceiling plumber came out quickly after hours told me $295 to investigate and find problem he spent 11/2 hrs cutting open ceiling and pinpoint the problem then repaired it and the $295 was included towards the whole repair very knowledgeable and patient to explaindifferent options definitely would recommend 👍👍👍

    Showed up on time and was a great help.. previously used a diff company that claimed they hydro jetted my sewer line to clear roots but it was obvious they did a bad job..     Professional. Arrived about 45 minutes after estimated time due to being at another job. Snaked the drain in the bathroom sink, thought all went well then it stopped draining. Luckily he was still parked in front of the house and came back in and jetted it out instead. Draining like a brand new sink. A bit more than I expected as far as price but aren’t all plumbers expensive? He got the job done and was done in a timely manner.
