    Our usual plumber didnt think our septic pump problem was a job for a plumber. No pump, no pumping, so we couldnt use our toilet or our water. Based on reviews online we took a chance on Area Plumbing. Weston and his assistant were very nice, professional people (my husband reports, as I wasnt there when they came). And they came quickly, when most everyone we know was on holiday already for the fourth. They came through for us and gained a new customer. Theyll be our first call next time.

    AP&E was fast to respond to my non-urgent call about a plumbing issue in my shower. He did a great job, was professional and explained what the issue was and what was needed to fix it. Great service, will definitely call again if we have any future plumbing needs!

    Highly recommend! I called them about my leaking water heater and they were at my door 5 minutes after I hung up the phone. I had a new water heater installed and ready to go an hour later and for a very reasonable price! They were super friendly, quick, and professional— can’t ask for much more than these guys. I’ll definitely call them again next time I need a plumber or electrician!

    Great folks -- friendly, quick, professional, and affordable. Weston responded to our inquiry right away, which is worth so much in itself. Other plumbers kept telling us to call back to see if they could work us in, but AP & E put our small but critical fixes right on the calendar. When you need a plumber...you really need a plumber! They did excellent work for a very fair price, and were truly a pleasure to deal with start to finish. I will search no further for plumbers. Highly recommended.

    Words can not express my full gratitude and appreciation for Area Plumbing and Electric. After going round and round with another local plumber to schedule the repair of my kitchen sink, I gave up. I contacted AP&E. They responded, arrived and within 5 minutes had my water running in the sink rather than under the sink. They have a client and advocate forever. They were both professional in attitude and attire! I love the red bow tie and matching mask. As I suspected, my minimal kitchen sink repair was just not a lucrative job for the other company, their loss as I will recommend AP&E to everyone I know big or small work. Thank you! Leslie

    Very professional and did a great job fixing our broken shower on a last minute call. It ended it being a much longer job Because of a few problems, but he stayed until the end. We’re very grateful! Fair pricing too, you will not get ripped off. Highly recommend! Thank you!

    Weston has done work for me three times. In every instance, he has been personable, professional and honest. I have a problematic sump pump. He came over as my basement was taking on water badly. The water heater was in danger. He could have simply replaced the existing unit. Instead, he took the unit over to his shop. He replaced a broken switch. The whole experience cost far less than I expected. The work was perfect. What is not to like? I consider him a rarity these days. A professional who knows his field, does not take advantage of his clients and is also a damn nice guy. If you need a plumber he is the only call youll need to make.

    How do you spell heaven sent?!?! I was dropped like a hot potato by two different plumbers and my builder, with tons of excuses for why they either couldnt come (after agreeing to it) or would be another week....or more till they did. My house was in a shambles, pulled apart with building materials everywhere. Then with one phone call Area Plumbing and Electric came to the rescue. After calmly listening to my predicament, two fine men came over dressed in striped shirts, red bow ties, friendly, capable faces and DID THE WORK needed. No muss, no fuss!! I cant sing their praises enough. Best Ive ever experienced. I felt like Id time traveled to a simpler time, where the personal touch, caring and getting the job done in a timely way are what counts.

    GREAT company! I cannot say enough good things about Weston and Area Plumbing & Electrical! Its the first time Ive used them, but it wont be the last! Its Thursday before a long holiday weekend and suddenly I have no water. I have a well, and was really afraid the well pump had gone. I called the well company that weve used before and then others in the area, and then anyone I could think of. Either no one answered the phone or they were already maxed out. Friday I started preparing to spend the long weekend without water when a neighbor suggested I call Weston. I called the office number and within a couple of hours he had called me back. As busy as he was, he came down that afternoon, diagnosed the problem, had to go and get a part, and even though it was late in the afternoon came back and fixed it right then and there. Very grateful and happy not to have to spend a long weekend without water. He has gained a new customer, and I am happy to recommend him to anyone that needs plumbing or electrical service. Very knowledgeable and fantastic customer service!

    We had a leak emergency and the owner of this company immediately came out, when almost every other company told us they couldn’t get to us until March! He fixed our issue in no time and was so wonderful and professional. I was expecting it to cost so much more but he was super reasonable!

    Very very pleased, I was in desperate need of a plumber because I sprang a leak in my cellar from my shower. I called all around to get a plumber only one available, Area Plumbing.     Called Area Plumbing and Electrical in Rockland based on the Google reviews. True to the reviews, Weston and his co-worker were effective and efficient. They arrived late morning,as promised, after finishing up with another client , quickly diagnosed the plumbing problem, and corrected the problem. We would not hesitate to call Area Plumbing and Electrical again for any plumbing or electrical issues.
