    We had a boiler from 1983 that was going to cost more to keep alive than to finally replace it. We got a quote from another larger company in the area that was very high and being new home owners we really just thought that must be the cost. However, we smartly sought quotes and found AJMs positive reviews and reached out. Anthony called me back the same day and gave us a quote that ended up being the final price and multiple thousands of dollars less than the big company. Anthony and his team were friendly, honest, and professional, and we are very happy with the work they did.

    Anthony and his team came in and did fantastic work on installing a new gas combi boiler. I appreciated that they treated you with respect, and didn’t mind taking the time to explain everything that they will do, and providing expectations of new system vs old. He went through a lot of detail around the system he recommends, which was great to know.They also went beyond what they needed to do, which is appreciated, all at a reasonable price as well. Everything was installed within 1 day too, which is fantastic. I’d definitely get them for future projects.Edit: I’ve had 2 different electric companies come for service, and both of them said “Wow”, as they took pictures of the system. One of them even calling it the “Monalisa” of installs. I think when other professionals start commenting on your system, you know you are in good hands.

    From start to finish, Anthony was communicative, easy to work with, transparent, and delivered exactly what we asked for. We have had multiple plumbers in to look at our hot water heater over two years- no one else has been able to figure out the problem!     This review is long overdue, but Anthony was hands down the easiest and most communicative contractor to work with.We received quotes for a new combination boiler from other places, but honestly their emails were cryptic, didnt have much information explaining how the systems worked and what our options were, and actually ended up being more expensive. I am not exaggerating when I say I wish all of the contractors were hiring for fixes on our new house were Anthony.Overall, he is extremely professional, organized, knowledgeable, and actually will sit down and answer any questions you have in-depth and in laymans terms if you need.A lot of other contractors I have worked with dont even give me the time of day and make it apparent that they dont want me to ask any questions or go through options with them. With Anthony, I dont feel judged and dont feel like the squeaky wheel. I feel listened to when I talk to him or ask him questions.Anthony also makes himself available if there is any immediate issues that needs fixing with your system. Our heat stopped working today and he came over within 15 minutes to fix it. He emails back incredibly fast too, I usually have to wait a day or two to get a response from other contractors.Best contractor Ive ever worked with hands down.

    I initially found and contacted Anthony through seeing his other positive reviews and he did not disappoint! He came out quickly after I initially called to give me a quote for a tankless hot water installation.     Anthony was great from the very first call made out to him to the end of the project. He installed an energy efficient heating and hot water system, amongst other small projects we threw at him. He walked us through the Mass Save process even and was extremely thorough. He and his guys killed it on the customer service and that goes a long way, especially when youre paying for a large job and are apprehensive of such a change.     It was a joy doing business with AJM Plumbing. They showed up early to assess the job.     We had some issues with the plumbing in our building in Malden, we reached out to Anthony and he was quick to respond and set up a time to come out and see what he could do for us.Leading up the appointment he asked for some photos of the toilet that had been giving us issues and a breakdown of what was going on which we provided.He thanked us and said he would see us at the appointment.     We had an emergency situation with a leaking pipe in our basement. I have been looking for a good Plumbing and Heating company for a couple of years now and just recently saw Anthony’s Van in passing and took down the number for future reference; not knowing I would have to call it within a couple of weeks! I called AJM Plumbing and Heating and Anthony the owner answered. I explained that we had a leak in the basement and my wife had called me and was placing buckets under the leaks. Anthony said he was just leaving a job and would head right over! Within 15 minutes he was there and got right to work on cutting out two previously repaired sections of pipe in the same place. My wife said the job was fixed right away. Anthony was very professional and did a thorough job, checked everything out and made sure all was well! He told her to put a fan on top of the carpet to dry it out to prevent a mold/mildew situation. I’m glad I “stumbled” across the Van that day and took down the number!     I first contacted AJM Plumbing about an issue they werent able to help with, but they responded quickly and provided a list of recommendations for businesses that would be able to handle it. Their recommendations proved excellent, so when I had a toilet in need of replacing, I was happy to reach out to them again.I was able to coordinate the entire process via Facebook Messenger, and as someone who is almost never able to make or receive phone calls, that alone was invaluable. They always responded quickly, provided clear and concise information, outlined several options with the cost, pros and cons of each, and answered questions patiently and informatively. I wasnt able to be present for the actual installation, but they continued to communicate with me every step of the way, including pictures; when it turned out the new toilet had arrived damage, they kept me informed, and were able to return with the replacement the very first thing the next day.The entire process was professional, easy, and stress-free. I will absolutely turn to AJM Plumbing again with any plumbing needs I have in the future.

    We had a MassSave Energy Assessment done of our home and it was identified that our boiler was close to 30 years old. After having a few people come by to give us quotes it quite clear that AJM Plumbing and Heating was the best choice for our family. Anthony is very professional, knowledgable, trustworthy, but most of all prompt. I called Anthony and he was at my house within 20 minutes and I had a written out proposal within an hour with 3 different options. This made me feel like it was never a high pressure sales pitch because we had options. Any time I had a question I had an answer within 5 minutes of texting (and we had lots of questions). Doing a project of this size in our house always give me lots of anxiety but AJM Plumbing and Heating made this experience a whole lot less nerve-racking. We also went through MassSave for a loan and had lots of help from Anthony as he has previous experience with this. The day of the install went seamlessly and without any issues. Work was done timely and promptly and was completed within a day. Most importantly Anthony was extremely trustworthy, everything that was agreed upon was done without having to ask twice. Additionally AJM Plumbing gave us a 5 year guarantee of parts and labor as long as services were maintained by them, which from other quotes we received nobody offered more than a year.     Anthony was very responsive to my initial requests for a quote. The main issue I was looking to remediate was an old copper waterline to my fridge with no apparent shutoff. Anthony arrived promptly, and quickly figured out my houses rather crazy construction plumbing choices, he was able to remediate the issue and install a new in wall water feed for the fridge. In the same morning, repaired my old shower valve, installed 2 new faucets and chisel out an old toilet flange. So really...why are you still reading this?
