Jeff and his team did excellent work on our bathroom. It was not merely a remodel but was taken down to the studs and required extensive plumbing and tile work. The look of the finished bathroom was a night and day difference. The foreman of the job, Tyler, did great work in making sure the project met our expectations. The tiler, Armando, was a true craftsman. We are pleased with the outcome.

Jeff and team at Lyons 5 remodeled one of our bathrooms in our 1952 home in East Grand Rapids and we couldnt be happier with the result. We love the quality of workmanship and how the bathroom came out. The price was fair (far lower than other quotes we received) and hes just a good, honest guy to work with. Love our new bathroom! My wife and I hired Lyons 5 to remodel our garage. Our garage side walls were unfinished and the floor was just concrete. Jeff worked with us to give us a vision on what it would look like and then his team executed on that vision. The results were spectacular. We have the best looking garage on the block and for a very fair price. We will be using Lyons 5 for our next major project.

Jeff and his team were great to work with. They did a deck remodel and bathroom remodel for us. We are very pleased with the project management and the quality of work from Jeff and his team. While there were some delays in the project, we had a specific deadline/date that they still met! We were kept updated throughout the project and any questions we had were answered professionally and promptly. We would definitely use Lyons 5 Remodeling again and would highly recommend them.

We recently had to fix our bathroom: our tile shower leaked everywhere from the walls to the floor and so did the old window in the shower (in fact, the window leaked so bad, when someone was taking a shower, you could see water dripping down the outside of our house!). We knew we had to have these repairs done but had to maintain a budget. Jeff was able to come up with a few solutions for us so we could choose how we wanted the new design to look while still working within our budget. Work started right away with trustworthy contractors I felt comfortable having in my home. They were clean and respectful. Partway through the project, I made a design change (because I didnt want to lose my window/natural daylight and they adapted their work to include basically cutting a brand new window at a height above the shower that it wouldnt get water damaged and demoing a bulk head. This also required extra work outside of the house that involved siding replacement). Again, Jeff offered us an affordable quote so it could be done and the work moved forward right away. Im so thrilled with the finished project. The new shower enclosure, window, hardware, drywall, paint makes our bathroom look like an entirely new space that I cant stop staring at - its beautiful! This is our second project with Lyons 5 and we couldnt be happier! They will always be the first place we call.

Jeff, Jon, and the team were wonderful to work with when they remodeled our 1950s cottage. Our project involved removing a non-functional fireplace, adding a new half bath, replacing the kitchen cabinets, moving a wall and closets, replacing windows and adding windows, replacing the ceilings and carpeting, moving and adding overhead lights, patching knotty pine walls, and adding new siding and gutters. Their work has given us much more functionality and convenience in our small space. We experienced some delays with things like windows due to 2021 supply chain issues and Jon did a great job of keeping us updated. We would hire Lyons 5 again for future projects.

We hired Lyons 5 for two remodeling projects for our 103 year old home. Jeff and his team were friendly and easy to work with. We appreciated their attention to detail and flexibility when we decided to make a few changes in the midst of our projects. They were conscientious and clean; aware that we were still living in the home during both projects. We just recently contacted Lyons 5 for another project because we trust them and were thoroughly impressed with their work!

A wonderful company. Jeff and his team were GREAT to work with. They did over 12 projects for us of which 4 were major renovations or additions (4 season porch/room, laminate flooring, installed a gas and stone fireplace, and granite kitchen countertops. We are totally pleased with their work. Jeff saw our vision and really worked with us and listened to us. His team of employees are very courteous, friendly and careful craftsman. Lyons 5 recently completed a remodel on our home and did a fantastic job all around. Jeff was great to work with and handled everything professionally. He responded quickly to every email or phone call and frequently came to the house to check on progress. Every request or change we wanted his team made it happen. We redid/expanded our whole living room removing walls, tons of drywall work, new flooring, painted everything, new ceiling lights, HVAC, a new gas fireplace, mantle, and tv mount. Jeff’s main guy Tyler was fantastic. He is a very hard worker and gets the job done. He was very friendly and communicative and went above and beyond. He really takes pride in his work. Rocky also did good work and was friendly and courteous. We are loving our new space thanks to Jeff and his team. I would highly recommend them if you are considering getting some work done!
