    I first contacted SVP in early December, I had 2 guys come out to assess a main drain clog. The workers were professional and quick. 1 week later, we are completely clogged again, After 3 phone calls to SVP they finally send out a crew with a camera and find a tree root has smashed the out going sewer line. I called to get an estimate for 2 weeks, finally the owner Tim shows up and his assessment was to replace the line at a cost of $5000. His guys showed up the next morning and started the job. Thank God I dont have elderly people or children next door because of the language used by the crew. Sauk valley plumbing does good work but has very poor communication with their customers. After completion they left my yard a mess piles of dirt and 6 inch around roots sticking up out of the ground. I called Tim who told me that he isnt a land scaper. Again very bad communication!

    Really appreciated Sauk Valley Plumbing coming out so quickly to troubleshoot our well. Our 17 year old deep well pump quit on us in the middle of the night and on the weekend. I called first thing Monday morning and the receptionist was very polite and helpful. SVP sent out technicians who were able to find the problem and solve our issue in just a few hours. Thank you SVP!

    We bought a money pit of a home and Sauk Valley Plumbing has been out twice for different issues. They were courteous, knowledgeable and quick to respond. We had two workers to replace our well pump and one young man replaced our water filter two weeks later when that died. Thank you Sauk Valley Plumbing for making the plumbing part of the money pit house an easy project for us! Highly recommend.

    Edit 2: The project is complete. They were very professional and did really great work. The owner, Tim, stopped by to check on the project. He is a great guy and cares about quality work and is reasonable with cost. I give 4 stars for the professionalism and quality on the job. Docked 1 start just because I had to initiate all communication from the beginning until project completion, 3 months later.*Edit: have talked through the project with multiple people now and it is weather permitting. They are very busy so sometimes its difficult to get ahold of them to line up logistics. Changed my rating to neutral now that things are rolling. Will update with final rating once the project is finished.*Had a plumber out in January. He seemed knowledgeable and did his due diligence to get details for a project I needed help with.Still have not received an estimate for my project. Have called 4 times. Very unresponsive, the secretary was very apologetic and keeps communicating to them to get me an estimate. Would expect much better communication and customer value from a professional organization.

    My experience with Sauk Valley Plumbing was awesome. my water heater started to leak at 8:00 pm and I called their emergency phone number. I was walked through what to do until they came the next day to look at it and fix it. would highly recommend :)

    After having another repair company at my business 4 times and being told I need to replace my cooler, I called Sauk Valley Plumbing and Tim had his guys there the next morning. They found the leak in my system and fixed it as well as cleaned my coils so it will run more efficient! They cleaned up after themselves and were just awesome guys to deal with!! I will definitely use them again and I highly recommend them!

    These guys were awesome! They took care of our plumbing from start to finish. We needed our pipe dug out and replaced. First they came out and gave us a temporary fix just to get my family by. Then, they came back, dug out our collapsed pipe all the way to the street, and replaced it and filled it back in, replaced the sidewalk, jack hammered our basement, added a drain and had us up and running in less than 2 days! We greatly appreciate their speed, quality of work and professionalism! We recommend them highly!

    Contacted this company about replacing a long unused valve on a gas line in the kitchen of the home I just bought to prepare it to be connected to a stove. They got back to me right away and sent someone out the same day even though I said it wasnt urgent. The gentleman that arrived was quick and efficient. It was also very affordable. Would recommend.

    I had plumbing issues for 9 months went through another plumbing outfit and they didn’t prove out so well after receiving a recommendation for Saik Valley Plumbing I called and they issue a very prompt and professional response, the guys were here and in no time my sewer line and plumbing issues are a thing of the past and good riddance. BIG Shoutout to all at SAUK VALLEY PLUMBING !! They’re the REAL DEAL —.FIVE THOUSAND STARS ALL DAY LONG !!! Woot woot !!!

    Our water bypass valve broke and was spraying water everywhere, and our main valve to stop the leak broke, as well, leading to us having the water department perform and emergency water shutoff. We called Sauk Valley Plumbing at 8:00 AM on a Monday, and by 9:30 AM they had fixed the problem and were already gone, and our water was working again perfectly. The office clerk and plumber (Nathan) were both professional, kind, and super helpful. I would call them again in a heartbeat!!

    I called them other hottest day of the year to replace my water heater. Although they were booked up for a week they made it out and replaced my water heater in just a few hours.     They set the precedence in who I call from now on. They came out the same day I had a big issue happen. From the initial phone call to the in person service they provided, was great from start to finish. Im not sure what is or isnt pricey, but for me and the need I was in and their response time, I felt what I paid for was fair. They came across as knowledgeable and genuine and also made me aware of other issues that could be improved upon without the pushiness or arrogance. I definitely feel comfortable in trusting them to do any other work for me in the future!

    Had a non emergency leak on Sunday evening, called on Monday morning. Jenna was very kind and professional when I explained we had a immunocompromised child in the house. Nathan came out this morning with a mask and gloves, we had advance notice so our daughter could go to another part of the house. Work was done promptly and professionally, didn’t rate value because they are sending me the bill. Will use them again!

    My wife and I had our sump pump go out last night. We did our best to mitigate the intrusion, and called these guys this Sunday morning.They did take the call and came out right away. My wife and I both appreciate the prompt response in our time of need. We can now continue to dry out our basement.We’d definitely recommend Sauk Valley for any plumbing needs.

    I appreciate this company. I live out of state but own a home in RF for family. From the sewer scope to replacing a water heater, I am treated with respect, my concerns are quickly addressed, and what comes back to me is the genuine interest in quality work and product that the plumbers bring to the table. The knowledge from the front office to the truck makes it easy for me to sleep at night.

    I had to leave a review because out of all of the plumbing services in our area, Sauk Valley Plumbing was the quickest to respond to our inquiry for service. Everyone was so curteous, and they wasted no time in taking care of our needs. I will definitely be a returning customer for any future plumbing issues we may have.

    Two men showed up this morning and got right to work. They had to repair a break in my sewer line that started at the house. Less than five hours to do a job was amazing. Left my basement in great condition, left my yard in good condition and cleared clumps of dirt from the road from the tracks on the digger. Great work - thanks.

    Great experience. I gave my initial request and was given a rough quote. I knew it would cost under $200 to have some gas pipes replaced. After being quoted a much higher cost by Lenhart, I decided to go with Sauk Valley Plumbing. I was given a call when the plumber was available to head directly to my house, and that time worked for me, so I was able to meet the plumber at my house without wondering when he would come. The plumber was knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, and very quick. I do not feel I was overcharged for parts or for labor. It was a relief that a relatively small, but critical, fix was able to be achieved for around $160, and it didnt waste much of my time.

    We needed 2 sumppumps replaced in a rental house. Sauk valley plumbing responded quick and got the job done on a Sunday. Before they moved forward with any repairs they called and let us know how much it was going to be. The prices are more then fair and the treated us with respect.

    Woke up this morning to no hot water Called and the owner answered he answered my questions and gave me the cost and said he wouldn’t leave me with no hot water and would get us in line even though they were busy. As promised they called at 2:30 this afternoon and by 5:00 I had anew water heater, the guys were totally professional and very nice and did a outstanding job, highly recommend these guys and will definitely be calling when ready for the water softener.Thank you very much Sauk Valley Plumbing!!

    Had a clogged underground pipe.. Called them mid-morning and was told they could possibly be here in the late afternoon. They were here before noon and gone in less than 2 hours. The guy that showed up was efficient, polite, knowledgeable and was just a good person in general. I want to say his name was Nathan, but Im not 100% positive. Either way, if I ever need work done again, theyll get my business. Very fair pricing and quick to get the job done right. 👍😁

    These guys should wear a cape. They have saved the day 3 times now with plumbing emergencies. First two awful tub leaks and today our well pump stopped working completely leaving us with out water with a house full of kids and animals. Sauk has a guy out within a half an hour to diagnose the issue and then at 7pm on a Friday night we had a team putting in a new pump!! Excellent company and service!
