Initially B & D Supply came to my newly purchased home on a freezing cold weekend because the heater was not working... they responded immediately, got the furnace functioning. We then called them to install a new furnace/air conditioning unit and they did the new install. To top it all off, when the season changed from cold to warm, they called and came out to check to ensure the air conditioning was working properly and had the proper freon level, as they were finding new from the distributor, some units had inadequate levels, some were found to be empty even. Very professional, responsive, and caring business. They have earned our business, and I have no need to ever go anywhere else!! Thank you so much, Jerry and Brad and team!!! The Sperlings

Jerry (my service plumber/heating) rep. did an absolutely, phenomenal, beautiful job installing of the flew and gas line for my garage heater. B & D management team was thoughtful and easy to talk with as a lay person. GREAT JOB EVERYONE!!!!!! I have no problem referring this company.

We needed our A/C repaired and called B&D and they did phenomenal work! We have cold air all throughout the house and the unit is quiet. They got there first thing at 8am and got the job done before noon. They dont charge a fee to come out, look at the issue, and write you up an estiamte either! Highly recommend working with B&D especially Jerry!
