    Sam and her team helped me repair all of the damage from the storm back in March. Stuff like this usually stresses me out, but Sam made it so easy to get through everything, helping coordinate everything and even helping with the insurance claim. All the work was done quickly and efficiently. After my roof was replaced, everything was clean with no debris left behind. Everyone was nice, respectful and professional.     Palafox did a great job on a difficult concrete job! Due to extreme summers, my concrete patio in the backyard began cracking badly and sinking into the soil badly. The cracking was especially bad around pool skimmers. Caleb was amazing in determining the best approach to the project and the outcome was exactly what we were looking for. Palafox is extremely professional and flexible. I’d highly recommend working with them on any home improvement projects you may have.

    I am a Trophy Club, TX resident and hired Palafox Construction Group to assess the damage and subsequently replace my roof after Junes hail storm.Their entire team, especially Jair and David, were very professional and responsive. They guided me from start to the endof the entire process of dealing with insurance from filing claim to final submission of proof of the repair work.The prices were competitive and provided me Trophy Club discount which help reduce my out of pocket deductible.They used good roofing material and their workmanship seemed to be good.I would highly recommend them for your roofing and other home construction/repair needs.

    Jair and everyone at Palafox were wonderful to work with. Jair was at our home in under 2 hours from the time we called. He spent hours working with our family insurance company on our behalf and took care of all the paper work. We were given several options and never felt pressured.     Palafox did an amazing job on my home remodeling after my house flooded. They redid the floors, walls, and painted. They were very attentive to all my needs and always available no matter what time of day it was. They made me feel as if I was their only client.     I hired Palafox as our contractor to help reconstruct our kitchen cabinets and replace flooring throughout the house due to water damage from a leaking appliance. Their staffs professionalism, work crew friendliness and project completion timeline were all spot on. Because of their superior workmanship and reasonable pricing we also used Palafox to knock down exterior facing walls and install a mudroom door and kitchen window, all resulting in phenomenal result. We have referred multiple friends and neighbors to Palafox to complete their construction and remodel projects and they are just as pleased with this contractor as we are!I highly recommend Palafox for any construction or remodel project, big or small!

    Our driveway was caving in and needed to be completely reconstructed and new concrete poured, as well as a retaining wall added and drainage installed. They are my “go-to” team for having any work done at my home. So far, they have done painting of cabinets and stairs, built a wall that looks like it was always there, and have poured concrete out back as the foundation for the Gazebo they’re about to build!

    I was introduced to Palafox in 2019 on a friends recommendation. I had them inspect my roof for damage after the storms that hit the Dallas area in October. They answered questions, provided estimates, tarped damaged areas and assisted me with trying to get my insurance to understand why the repairs my insurance wanted me to complete on my concrete tile roof wouldn’t work. I ended up using the lawyer they recommended to get my insurance company to meet the terms of my contract. Then after over two years of litigation Palafox was still willing to come after hours to cleanup and cover an area where part of my ceiling impacted by a leak created by the storm had fallen into my living room. Once the insurance settled Palafox removed the old concrete tile roof and cedar shingles under them and began laying down decking. They complete all of this in one day and then comeback and completed the rest of the roof. They did an amazing job. Everyone on the team was polite and knowledgeable. The roof replacement went so well that I hired them to comeback and replace damaged woodwork of soffits, fascia, wooden support beams and railings on porches then paint all of the wood work on the house. My house looks brand new and the price was good given how much work had to be done. The crews were very polite and extremely knowledgeable. The foreman and or project manager communicated with me daily during each of the projects answered all questions and made sure I was happy with the results of each project. The project manager was so focused on me as a client that he was willing to go line by line through the contract and even wrote elements in plain language at my request. The team was so concerned with me being satisfied with the outcome that even details like helping me pick the right shade of color for the paint weren’t too small. I am definitely using them again.

    After a horrible windstorm, we had extreme roof damage over 75% of our shingles were gone off the roof. We had leaks in the house leaks in the garage and our attic door had much water damage. All I had to do was make one call to David Palafox at Palafox Roofing And within the next day 10 AM they were here making sure to cover the roof making sure to look at all the damage and getting the process started in order to file a home insurance claim to get this roof covered and they did an awesome job on showing up when they were supposed to answering questions that normally you have during this whole process. They were here the day scheduled to meet the adjuster for the insurance and talk him through the entire process and all the damages that were up on the roof for us so that we didn’t have to fight with any insurance to make sure coverage was there. And no matter when I had questions , they were always available to assist me. It made this entire process so much easier. Five star rating for sure. Brandee S

The second time we had to deal with them because of a storm my husband was out of town for work and that left me having to deal with everything the storm had left behind.     I had a leak in my roof that I noticed during a rainstorm recently. It was a small, steady drip leaking into my bedroom so I reached out to Palafox. David was immediately responsive and made an appointment to come over within hours. He quickly found the issue with my roof that was due to an error made by the previous roof installers (completed before we moved into the home). He created a quick and easy repair plan and scheduled it for the next day. If/When we have hail storms and a new roof is required, I will be going back to Palafox for the replacement!

Come to find out we had multiple sources of leakage all around our chimney from the previous company. As if the storm damage was not scary enough, the insurance company looking to be done with the quick claim and small amount made the roof job seem insurmountable.     They installed my roof 2 years ago and made sure I was very happy.Not everything is ever perfect though. I lost a shingle the other day, and theres no way to know how. They couldve just said, its wind damage, and your warranty doesnt cover that, but they didnt.They stood by their warranty and fixed my lack of a single shingle. Rather than seeing a way to make another dollar.Thank you.A happy customer.
