I would recommend this company to anyone in need of electrical repair . They were great from the initial phone call to the completion of the job. Special shout out for Darryl the service technician , he was prompt , professional, kind ,and caring and did a wonderful job in a timely fashion. My service was repaired from AEP line down to the meter and a new disconnect box was installed in a few hours. Just can’t say enough !

Theyve done three jobs over the last six months for me and I would use them again.Lining up scheduling for an estimate normally takes a few days and theyve scheduled out for the work a couple weeks in advance each time. Ive had two different crews come out and both were professional and took the time to ensure that the installations ended up neat and clean.I started with a smaller job for a few new circuits, then had a whole house generator put it, and just finished getting a porch heater and few ceiling fans put in. Ive been very happy with the quality of the work and the ease of working with the company.

Very impressed with Shively Electric. I would recommend to anyone. The electricians were very clean, well dressed, polite, and helped with all of my electrical needs. I live in the middle of nowhere and they were very prompt and took the time to make sure they could find our house. They will definitely get my future business.

When our community well collapsed and we scrambled to get a private well installed, we needed additional work done to get electrical service for the pump over to the part of our home where the service entered our home. Originally they were not going be able to get us worked in for couple weeks, but once they understood the gravity of our situation they adjusted their schedule, put two guys on the job and got it done in one day. The guys on the job were very courteous young men and they did a fantastic job cleaning up after themselves.

We had Shively Electric do the electrical work for our pavilion. They were very professional and knowledgeable. They arrived on time, the wiring looks great, and they cleaned up after they were finished. Would definitely recommend and use them again.

Spike and Tonya are amazing to work with. Tonya gave me her personal cell phone number for any issues. Spike is very knowledgeable and honest . Try to price match them as well, you will not get a better price or service !

The compressor at my dental office which allows the water and handpieces to work kept tripping the circuit breaker and shutting off. So I effectively could not work. Donnie from Shively squeezed in time during his full schedule, identified the burnt out capacitor, spent 30 minutes tracking down the obscure model of capacitor that would work with my dental equipment, and fixed the problem. All in same day. Unbelievable. I was screwed because a new compressor would cost thousands and take weeks to order and install. I cant thank him enough!! He is the man! - Dr. Aaron

After an initial meeting to review our problem, Roger sent back a quote and then came back with the crew a few days later. They were able to knock it out in one trip and were more than patient and willing to listen when I had questions.
