Tyler took our initial phone call and was very professional and responsive. Ryan arrived promptly within the window of time provided and was also very courteous and professional. He took the time to actively listen to our project requirements, quickly put together a bid, and thoughtfully answered any questions we had. Ryan performed the work very professionally, and in a timely, efficient manner. He was well organized and even had a small vacuum to clean up as he went. Spotless!We highly recommend Griggs and would use them again without hesitation. It was a real pleasure.

The job had a couple rough spots come up unexpectedly but they took care of the issues and the end result was great. Good people who obviously love what they do. The prices were very reasonable and work was done very quickly and professionally. Tyler and Ryan ended up needing attic access, they put back all items correctly and cleaned up the insulation on the ground. Our center was left better than when they first arrived. We will not be calling any other company from here on out!

They were great!! I called extremely worried about having my house serviced. They answered immediately and were SO helpful. They were able to come the next day and asses the issues I had. Ryan was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and professional. He went over every inch of of my home and discovered the problem with precision. He fixed the minor issue we had and advised us what we needed to do with the electric company to fix the other issue that he couldnt. These guys will be my go to if any other issues arise with my house!
