    Tri County Development Group does outstanding work. I was a single mom who had bought a 100 year old historic home that needed a gut renovation from top to bottom. I was in trouble. The home didnt have a certificate of occupancy and was considered a fire hazard. I was nervous and distracted by two small boys. I had to install AC, insulation, replace knob and tube wiring, fix support beams that had been eaten away by termites and there was no kitchen or bathrooms. It was a nightmare. I met with Ken and I trusted him. The work he did was stunning and he came in under budget. He knew it was going to be a rental and knew what to put in to attract renters. He put in two full bathrooms, a brand new stunning kitchen and opened up the whole front floor. He made a second floor laundry room. I had no problem finding a tenant and my dad used Ken on a project at our house. The part I am most thankful for is that Ive been in a jam at the house (animals took up residence inside the lower part of the roof, the tenants put a hole in the wall, tenants clogged drain, etc...) and Ken, and his son, have responded to every single text and its been two years since the renovation (2015-2017). If you hire this company, youll get outstanding work, a completely finished project and within your budget. I cant speak highly enough of this company. They become friends. An honest contractor is rare and Tri County is a unicorn.

    What a perfect experience I had with Tri County Development Group who just finished my upstairs laundry room addition!The room turned out beautiful, and each person who came to my home to work on it was such a pleasure to have in my home- professional, respectful, courteous, and friendly!Tri County Development Group was my choice because they built my friends beautiful kitchen. She promised I would be happy with the end product, and that the process of building would be a positive one too, and she was absolutely right!I already have a more plans for Joe and Ted in our new house. Next up- doors, shower, and kitchen!

    Integrity, quality, and attentiveness. We just finished a complete remodel of a 70s style original kids bathroom with Tri County Development Group. From our first contact with Tri County to the completion of this project, working with Trevor who was our project manager was an absolute pleasure.For starters, Trevor returned all phone calls promptly. This is almost unheard of anymore and it was greatly appreciated. Any and all concerns were addressed by Trevor every step of the way.Initially we had concerns because Tri County does work with sub contractors for certain parts of the renovation. We were worried about who these subcontractors were, and also about being squeezed in alongside other larger renovations and almost did not go with Tri County for that reason. This was a baseless concern. Not only did their subcontractors arrive first thing in the morning on their assigned days but they were ALL wonderful. Trevor did a fantastic job of coordinating and orchestrating the many moving parts. The workmanship of all team members and subcontractors was excellent. Additionally everyone we had in our home was professional and courteous. There was never a mess in the house at the end of the day.Did it all go as planned? Of course not. We hit some snags along the way and the project wound up taking longer than anticipated but these things happen in any renovation. What sets one contractor apart from another is how that contractor deals with the bumps. When unforeseen surprises arose they were dealt with without issue. Trevor promised wed be happy with this renovation and he truly delivered. Would absolutely call them again in the future and recommend them to friends.The pictures posted are the before and after of this recently completed renovation.

    We worked closely with the owner, Joe. Our Project Manager was Ted. We could not be happier with the work they did in our new home. We had our master bath completely re-done. We moved plumbing, added electrical, added a state-of-art all-new huge shower, all new tile on the floor and up the walls, custom cabinets, lighting, you name it, we replaced it. The craftsmanship was top notch. The end result looks like a luxury spa retreat. All of the subcontractors were great (thank you, Jeff, Jill, Brian, Barry, George, etc.). And Joe & Ted were super responsive, patient, and provided tons of peace of mind throughout the whole process. They came in under budget, and right on time. They made what could have been a super stressful process very smooth. And they stand behind their work, always responded when we reached out with questions, and accommodated our schedule. I highly recommend Tri-County Development Group for any projects and renovations. You wont be sorry. Such a pleasure to work with with professionals of this caliber.

    We just finished another great project with Ken at Tri County Development Group - this time, they renovated our 1990s master bathroom and turned it into a more modernized, spa-style bathroom that we have fallen in love with. Buddy did a great job managing the project. We still cant believe its ours! They always go above and beyond in terms of creativity, flexibility, responsiveness and attention to detail - everything we want in a general contractor and a partner!

    The TriCounty Team did a fantastic job on our renovation. We removed a wall to create an open floor plan, renovated a kitchen, full bath, mudroom and laundry room. I had several estimates done and theirs was the only one that broke down the job into the detail. Ken worked with us on our budget and communicated through our the job. The contractor team plumbing, electrical, sheetrock were all top notch talent and professional! The cleaned up every day, always on time and were there in a pinch, especially in the end game when the kitchen need a lot of timely coordination. Highly Recommend!

    Tri-County remodeled our 3rd floor and then our entire 1st floor. They were outstanding. Excellent craftsmanship and knowledgeable members of their team who can explain challenges when encountered and help to develop solutions. Considering that remodeling by nature is a messy business, Tri-County is neat and regularly cleans-up. Their workers are polite, engaging, on-time, work diligently and provide work schedules to which they adhere. We feel fortunate to have selected them and now consider them to be our friends.

    Tri County recently completed our master bedroom suite and we are very pleased with the results. Mark and his crew were respectful of our home and communicated the next steps with us all along the way. We found them very easy to work with and very responsive when we had concerns. We will use them for other projects and would recommend them to our friends and family.

    Whenever we have a home remodel project at the house we pick up the phone and call Tri County! So far they have done an entire first floor renovation, a major kitchen remodel/expansion complete with 22 foot center island and just recently a full basement project including a movie theater, gaming area and a She Cave! Next onto master bedroom and bathroom! The most trustworthy guys in the business!!! We would not call anyone else after experiencing the best!

    Tri County completed a beautiful 3 season room addition and kitchen remodel for my family in Marlton. The level of detail and professionalism is second to none.     I had my kitchen done approximately 15 years ago. I recently had an issue to replace a microwave and had to have some trim removed. Tri-County was extremely cooperative and took care of the matter. This shows that they are a quality company even after so many years of having the project done
