    I have nothing but the highest praise for this company and their employees. They came by a few years ago for some minor repairs and did a full inspection at that time; I was finally able to bring them back for a major overhaul of the house. From start to finish, they have provided superb service. Scheduling with Amy was very easy; Chris came out only a few days later for the second consultation and drafting of the work; and he, Stan, Jonathan, and Erick did the extensive installations and repairs, from a new circuit panel and grounding to updated outlets and switches in every room, to replacing and installing outdated fixtures and appliances. The work was fairly and competitively priced and absolutely top notch!Throughout the process I have been overwhelmingly impressed with the workers, their expertise, their professionalism, their conscientiousness, their care, and their consideration. They are polite, friendly, very knowledgeable, and.extremely hardworking. They have also been exceptional in cleaning up thoroughly after each days work.     Diego arrived to provide a detailed estimate for the work we wanted done and did a thorough inspection! He is full of knowledge and taught us so much! There was a lot of diagnosing and problem solving with our very old condo. Diego was more than professional, respectful and a truly hard working electrican who LOVES his work and company!     I called Safe and Sound 1-day before I wanted to have some electrical work done in my condo. Stan was the electrician to come out. He was right on time, courteous, and professional.     After installing a powerful dehumidifier in my basement, I began noticing strange odors near the electrical box. My previous electrician was unavailable so I called Safe and Sound for an electrical inspection. Stan and his partner Mison did a thorough diagnostic assessment and made recommendations for upgrades to address the code and potential safety issues he uncovered. He gave me a detailed explanation about his findings, was upfront about cost and prioritized what needed to be done so I could make an informed decision on how to proceed. It is an older home, so I decided to take all of his recommendations and am so glad I did. While working on the recommended upgrades, Stan uncovered issues that would not have been found otherwise. The source of the odor was a burnt circuit that he only discovered while making other adjustments in the panel. While working on a quality connection analysis, he discovered the wiring behind many of the outlets were originally done incorrectly and they had to be rewired. I am so grateful to Stan and Mison for their attention to detail to make my house safe. An added bonus is that they were pleasant, polite, tidy and punctual! I highly recommend them and Safe and Sound Electric.

ON STONE.- Re-feed a 4-way switched fan-light combo from an always-on circuitRobert showed up as scheduled /on time.He took the time to LISTEN, look at, discuss, and quote, the work I wanted done on the spot.As promised, he returned at the scheduled time, took the extra care and time needed so that there was no spackling, painting or patch work required by others, AND CLEANED UP when the work was done.Im thrilled, and will not hesitate to call SnS Elec. when the need arises.From what I can tell, Amy (in the office) works hard and runs a tight ship.Thank you SnS!

    Ive now used Safe and Sound Electric twice, both times I had Stan come out and hes been very reliable in getting what I needed done/fixed.     Stan Medina of Safe and Sound did an excellent and timely job of installing a Tesla charger in my garage. Overall my experience working with Stan was exceptional. He was courteous, he took the time to explain things and he was a pleasure to work with. I also believe Safe and Sound was able to install the charger more quickly than Tesla, at competitive prices. Expediting the timing on the installation was a critical issue as the Tesla was being delivered 3 days later. Otherwise, I would be roaming around looking for a public charging station.

    John Anello and his assistant, Ryan, installed the charger for our new electric car (Tesla) in our garage. We received multiple bids and went with Johns because while he was slightly higher, he was most professional. We were very glad that we did! They did a great job of installation and were very prompt and courteous. They went above and beyond to make sure that we got the extra cord we required that same day although it required a second trip. My family are 3rd gen electrical contractors in California, so I truly appreciate quality electrical work.

    Stan and Ryan showed up and were very professional, Covid respectful and were very honest and diligent. I appreciate their work and glad it is warrantied for 3 years but dont expect to be using that since their work was so dependable. If you have electric issue in your home you have this sinking feeling that either you will get someone dishonest or the quality of the work would not be the best but when Stan and Ryan from Safe and Sound Electric showed up the cleared up any questions I had and took care of me and my home.     I lost power to a portion of my house after getting some roofing work done and could not find a solution on my own. Being a new resident to Stamford I didnt have any insight on a good electrician in the area, so I did my due diligence and scrounged the internet looking through many reviews for quite a few companies. Safe and Sound Electric was rated very highly and the reviews seemed quite genuine. I spoke with Amy who returned my call so quickly that I was still in the middle of leaving a message on their machine. She was extremely pleasant and professional and with that I already began to feel good about my selection. With a spot opening up that same day I called, two techs were available to work on finding my issue. These two gentlemen (Stan & Ryan) were phenomenal. They worked extremely hard trying to find what was wrong so they could solve the problem. In doing so they were very professional and took the time to listen and provide valuable information to safeguard my home. It was not only their professionalism that stood out to me but the fact that they seem to truly care. After much searching which included both techs having to crawl around in a very tight and uncomfortable attic they found that my wire was cleanly cut where the roofers added an air filtration system. Stan and Ryan showed up the next day on time and finished the job of running new wire which returned light to that portion of my house 🙏. I was extremely happy with the service I received especially with Stan and Ryan. Safe & Sound will definitely be my go to electrician service from here on out. I look forward to doing more quality of life work for my home in the near future with S&S.

    Diego from Safe and Sound was my first positive experience with an electrician after getting quotes from many other companies. He is beyond friendly and explains all of your options before proceeding. Hes improved our home so much as weve discovered many electrical quirks in our 1950s home and I could not recommend him more! Expanding on that, I signed up for their membership, and Safe and Sound has returned to my home multiple times helping me figure out my unique electricity needs in my home studio with a lifetime warrantee and no service fee.     We are new home owners and had lost power to a room in our home. After going through numerous reviews from different electric companies, Safe and Sound stood out from the rest. I called the company and informed them of my dilemma. The friendly lady said she currently didn’t have an available appointment for the same day but was going to see what opened up. I just happen to get super lucky and before the end of the day I had two electricians at my home; Stan and Ryan. They were wonderful and put my mind at ease. They walked me through each step of the process and educated me as to why I had the issue to begin with. They showed some much care as if they were working in their own homes.     Had a great experience with Stan. We opted for a Nest doorbell and our existing (very old) wiring was a mess. Stan was able to troubleshoot and spent a considerable amount of time doing so, and at first we were unable to finalize given quirks with the Nest application and transistor. He came back the following morning as part of the initial scope to see the job thru, and most importantly, genuinely cared about making sure everything was done properly, working in the end, and that we were happy.

    Diego is very professional. He cares deeply about his work. He replaced our attic fan and did a thorough inspection and gave clear, easy to understand explanations about things that needed to be addressed. He went above and beyond.     I am extremely happy I found Safe and Sound electric! I am a new homeowner so their safety check was just what I needed. We found tons of safety concerns and were able to resolve many of them on the same day the check was conducted. This gives me great peace of mind. Diego was the tech assigned to my house and I really appreciate that anything I need down the road will always be taken care of by the same person. Diego is very skilled, punctual, and hard-working. He is good about wearing his mask while indoor and boot covers too. He is patient and explains everything thoroughly to me. He goes above and beyond to make sure I am happy and projects get done while staying within the budget. One of my major projects is replacing my electrical panel. For this larger project, I had three different companies come to give me quotes. One never returned my call, one came to inspect but then never followed up with a quote, and the last gave me a quote. It was a comparable rate as Diego quoted us for but the tech was less friendly, less understanding of our concerns, and Im sure it doesnt come with as much attention to detail as Diego will deliver. Amy in the office is always kind and responsive. They go the extra mile to work with my schedule and update me if sooner slots open. I will be sticking with Safe and Sound electric forever!

    I had a great experience with John from Safe and Sound Electric Co. He came to a office I worked at and changed a fluorescent lighting ballast that had blown. The ballast was making a loud noise and he was able to quickly diagnose the problem and resolve it at a fair price.     John has helped troubleshoot our new home when we lost power over Thanksgiving weekend! He was back out when it happened again a few months later (no fault of his) and was able to pinpoint exactly where the faulty connection was occurring. John gave us clear information that we were then able to relay to the generator company to completely solve our homes power issue. And while he was there he fixed a broken outlet for us as well.     My first call to Safe and Sound Electric was an emergency call. I came home one afternoon to find my meter box sparking and smoking. When the fire department and CL&P responded they disconnected the power to the house. John came out immediately to see what needed to be replaced even though a blizzard was quickly approaching. After surveying all the outlets, two not up to code (gfi), and two wired backwards were detected.
