    I called Express Electric and they arrived the same day! I had a quick turn around time and Jacob worked tirelessly and put on a LONG day and got it done! My entire garage was due for a complete overhaul. Jacob made it neat, tidy and SAFE. The house was built in 1950. He cleaned up everything beautifully and even offered to install another fixture the following week that I had forgotten to purchase.     Very professional service Jacob & his helper Mike went above & beyond the service they performed in our home. It was a intensive job that they took on & were so hard working in the heat.     I contacted Express Electrical to have a technician come to service my home. Saul was professional from the moment he walked into my home to the end. He listened to what problem I was having. He explained to me what he thought was the problem and pointed out the outlets. He said the outlets were too old/outdated for the power I need. He showed me the difference of the outlets. He was really professional. I have no complaints. I will be contacting the Express Electrical to replace more of my outdated outlets. Thank you very much for your service. MR

    Jacob provided excellent service!He was very attentive to all of our concerns and sought to find the best solutions, both for whats best for our home and pocketbooks. He was realistic about which projects could be done in one day (we wanted a chandelier serviced) but still explained how we can proceed in the future (returning with one other worker to do the job safely). Jacob works efficiently and quickly and is also very friendly, our cats like him too!

    Prompt service call and a great technician, Jacob did a great job and offered several different options. 489 dollars to replace a circuit in my opinion is expensive but what can you do. Four stars for Jacob, minus one for the companys pricing

    Jacob and Michael were professional, very knowledgeable and friendly. Clean solid work with no mess. Ran electrical wiring with switch and installed 2 ceiling fans. They also checked and made sure electrical outlets in those rooms were working properly, checking voltage etc…. Finished in a little over half a day. Definitely would call them again if other projects arise.

    I needed to add an outdoor lamp lighting fixture. Jesse added wiring from the circuit breaker and prepare the wiring in both side in front of the garage same day while I search and order the lamp. He came back as soon as I got the lamp by mail and installed my new lamp with care. Jesse was patient and willing to work around my specs. I can count on Jesse to show up when he promised. Dont hesitate to work with Jesse for your electrical needs.

    This was our second time working with Saul J. We needed to get a new line and outlet for our new electric dryer and without hesitation we reached out to Saul, because he did such a great job with us last time. He was able to come do the job the next day and it took him about 2 hours to do it. He once again educated me on how everything works, the reasoning behind the way he needed to do things and once he was finished showed me everything he did. He always focuses on the little details and labels everything! He leaves everything clean. We will continue to reach out to Saul for any electrical jobs we have at our home!

From the moment our electrician (Jacob) showed up the level of professionalism was above and beyond what you would normally expect from any company. His recommendation and plan for the issues our home developed after a huge power surge was thorough and accurate. Jacob and his team were punctual , completed all repairs, and left everything clean. 200 amp panel upgrade and all dealings with the Riverside Power went smooth .     Awesome service. Very polite and honestly about the issue. We worked with Wallace and Lisa this time. Was very quick to respond and patient. We had a partial power shut down to our house and they were able to be here on the same day to help us inspect the issue.     Amazing service. We endured no-shows from another local company for about 4 days before we decided to give Express Electrical Services a call. Mona, Kate, Hope, and Anna were very helpful over the phone ensuring us that even though it was a Saturday, someone would be arriving to see what happened to the power in our home. Within minutes Wallace arrived and quickly resolved our breaker issue within 30 minutes as well as checked a DIY fan installation. He was polite, thoughtful, and very professional (Mom insists I also add handsome). Thank you for all your effort and wishing you the best!

    I have used this company for year when I used to live in LA. I recently moved to Riverside and so happy to find they cover this area. so I called them to check why my air conditioning wasnt working. They were able to come the same day and were on time.     Jacob arrived on schedule, masked, cheerful, and ready to help. He asked a couple of questions, tested several outlets, and determined that a GFCI reset (that my husband was unaware of) had been tripped. He reset it, retested the outlets, and was done in under 10 minutes. And wouldnt accept payment for his trip. I will most certainly use his services again. Thank you, Jacob!

    In May 2022 I started having some electrical issues. I found Express Electrical Services thru Google and gave them a call. One day after my call they sent Wallace to my house. He evaluated my problems and gave me 5 options. He never pressured me to choose one option over another. Because I had had some electrical work done 1.5 years ago he suggested I contact that Contractor for any possible warranty.Because my house is 45 years old and the Meter Load Center [Breaker Box] was the original along with most of the breakers, I choose to have a new box with new breakers installed. Wallace started the installation the next day.He was at all times Professional and neat in his work. He placed a tarp on the concrete driveway under the old box so nothing would fall and do any damage. When he had to go into my attic he placed a tarp over the carpet to protect it. It is the little things like this that show true Professionalism.Because of Covid he wore a mask and gloves whenever he had to enter my house. He also wore botties over his shoes to keep from tracking dirt in. Again, the little things.The job took about 4 days. After installation I checked his work and found it exemplary. All the wires were neatly installed and bound in neat bundles with wire ties. Each breaker was labeled for which circuit it controlled.I was very pleased with this company and especially Wallace. I would recommend both to anyone looking for a fast and reliable job.Robert Porter

    The Express Electrical Service Technician, Wallace, that helped me with my house’s electrical problem was very thorough in checking out all possible causes of the problem. He explained what he was checking for and why. He was willing to answer my questions. He took the time to explain and answer questions regarding multiple finance methods. Regarding COVID-19 pandemic protection methods: Wallace (and all technicians) wear gloves, special face mask, and booties over their shoes (inside the residence). Also, they use red carpets on counters and flooring as they work. Upon completion, they vacuum up the dust that was created. I would recommend this company to care for electrical needs.
