Bill and Marlo arrived to change our kitchen lights. Once we opened the box of fixtures, it was clear that they wouldnt fit. I was so frustrated, having had to live in the dark for over a month. They were so patient that they STAYED while I drove to Lowes and got new light fixtures! I was amazed that they would do that.I would highly recommend Precision--and ask for Bill or Marlo.A very pleased customer,Mary Kay Kusner
