We had an emergency with our toilet and every other place I contacted told me itd be days or even the following week before they could send anybody out. Christopher at Shelby had somebody out that same day and they were able to resolve our issue, as well as give some good advice for if the problem crops up again. Would recommend.

I had an emergency leak on Sunday that was flooding inside & outside my home. I called several plumbers including the emergency number to my property agency and he was the only one answered. He was in the process and of leaving church and still made it to my home within the hour. He explained what was going on, the issues my Lanlord needed to repair and did the repair all within a couple hours. He called today to check to make sure everything was working good and inquired about if my Lanlord was gonna do what they were supposed to. He not o my did the job but provided excellent customer service.

Christopher was great and very professional. He was able to come out on a Sunday afternoon and fix my requested issue at first and notice another major issue, which he agreed to come back the next day and fixed. Not only did he save me from major house repair from water damage he answered all my questions and concerns and was very courteous. I will most definitely call him again in the future if needed.

Like a lot of people, I try use youtube for DIY projects and repairs. This time it went all wrong for me so in an emergency I contacted this plumber. Of course it was after hours and a Sunday but Mr. Chris came right away. I explained my problem, sent him picks and when he arrived he knew exactly what was wrong and how to repair it. I was pleased with the knowledge as he walked me through the repair, the professionalism, and the repair time. The cost was reasonable and I was given a warranty and guaranteed if any other issues arise he would be of assistance. I highly recommend this company. Im satisfied.

We are very pleased with Mr. Shelbys level of service. He asked questions and then explained what he would do. He even explained the worse case scenario. Thank God it didnt go there. I highly recommend his service 24/7. He is now our family plumber and I advise anyone to seek him first.

Called Christopher in a crises on the July 4th. No one else would help us! I called place after place just to even get advice on how to turn off my water heater because it was flooding and I couldnt find any information anywhere on how to turn it off or stop it.. He actually took the time out of his day when I called him to help. He even downloaded duo on his phone to help show my son what to do quickly and effectively! Ever other place was closed, rude, or not willing to help! Will definitely recommend! Very friendly, and informative! Ill give 20 stars if I could!

I was very satisfied with the professionalism, honesty, and the quality of work that was provided. The crew was awesome and everyone was willing to answer every question. It is not easy to spend money doing a pandemic, COVID-19, but I was willing to spend the money because they were willing to answer every question and walk me through the process step-by-step.I will definitely use Chelby again if I have any other plumbing issues and I am also willing to highly recommend them to family and friends!I wished them the best and may we all stay safe through these trying times!
