    The team over at Great Precision Handyman installed crown moulding in a couple of our bedrooms. Philos did an excellent job! Our walls and ceilings were certainly not square, which has caused difficulties with other contractors. However, it was no problem for Philos and crew. They kept their workspace clean and organized. We will be reaching out regarding future projects.

    Had a great experience working with Philos and his crew. They did a great job replacing my broken bathroom exhaust fan despite a very difficulty removal of the old fan. Work was done quickly and professionally and they cleaned up afterwards. Will use them again.

    I recently had Great Precision Handyman do some painting on the exterior of my home. I am very impressed with his professionalism, attention to detail and overall meticulous execution of the task.     I cannot recommend Great Precision Handyman highly enough. We had an issue with our stairs, called several companies, all of which sort of hemmed and hawed. Not Philos. He responded promptly, scheduled a time to look at the problem the next day, gave us an EXTREMELY reasonable estimate, and came to fix it a day later. And the work looks amazing. My wife and I are so pleased & relieved!
