Steiner Plumbing & Electric added a 50amp service outlet to our garage. We called and scheduled a date and time for installation. I have used Steiner several times in the past but most recently they installed a new water heater for me after mine went out unexpectedly. They were able to fit me into their busy schedule very quickly, which was greatly appreciated! I highly recommend using Steiner for your plumbing and electrical needs. All the technicians who have come to my house have been so friendly and so helpful. They take the time to explain everything to me and really care about my house. Cant recommend them enough!

Steiners has helped us on several occasions, from repairing a very leaking bathtub on short notice, to installing new duct work during a remodel to our most recent service; proactively adding a shutoff valve to a dishwasher. Monica is really responsive on the phone and always able to connect me with a technician, and the technicians themselves are professional, thorough and helpful. Steiners was well-recommended to us, and in turn I happily recommend them to others - weve been very satisfied with their work and the reassurance of knowing who to call when we have plumbing, heating or electrical needs.

We have an older house and our water main valve started leaking. Steiner was the only company who was willing to help us. Kevin Brehm came out from Steiner and did an amazing job! We were told by another plumber it wasnt fixable and they couldnt help us. Well, Kevin fixed and replaced it without any issues and it looks great. Thank you, Kevin and Steiner!

Steiner Plumbing and Electric is very responsive to our needs. We sent an email at 5:30am and received a response by 7:30am with a plan to service our HVAC system. Because we serviced with them before, they already had an understanding of what the problem might be. Very knowledgeable, professional, and efficient.Steiner came out again on 8/15 for a plumbing issue. We greatly appreciate the kindness they present when helping with an issue.

We have been using Steiner Plumbing, Electric, and Heating for 12 years. They are our go to for everything in our home. They have installed a several items ranging from a garbage disposal to a new Venmar system. In fact, they quickly responded and installed a new hot water heater when our water ran cold in the middle of January! In addition, they provide timely and professional regular maintenance on our HVAC units. We highly recommend!

Love these people! I moved into a home 2 years ago that needed a lot of attention to our geo-thermal unit, installing a instant water heater, adding a new generator, replacing a boiler on a weekend, etc. Every technician we had I wanted to invite to stay for dinner as they were all so kind and professional. Working with the office staff via phone or email is prompt and easy. Estimates are totally accurate and exactly what I am billed so there are no surprises.. I am totally impressed and very pleased with every aspect of our interactions.

Steiner Plumbing was the only plumbing company where I was able to get an actual person to answer the phone and set up an appointment, so I knew exactly when someone would be able to be at my home. My garbage disposal was leaking and I was unable to use my kitchen sink for three days--of course this happened on a Friday, but was happy to wait as long as I was able to speak with a real person and set up a time that worked for me. Kevin arrived promptly on the day I had set up with the office person .He was very helpful in explaining what was actually happening. He had the new part I needed. Before he actually installed the disposal, he went over possible problems that could happen with the unit and explained in detail what I could do to resolve any issue. He was very careful to clean up after the installation and make sure everything was working and not leaking. I really appreciate the help I received from Kevin and the office help in order to get my problem solved.Thank you team Steiner.

Our furnace quit working and we called and they were able to come out the same day. We have 3 zones and a wire had come out so the upstairs zone was not working. They tuned and cleaned the boiler, checked all 3 zones and we had heat again on the main level. Orv was very courteous and really knows a lot about boilers. We would definitely recommend Steiner.

Thank you Steiners! Our geothermal cooling system went out. Orv & Shayton came out next day, contacted manufacturer & diagnosed defective part. Monica went to bat and got us manufacturer warranty coverage on valve which Orv & Shayton installed. Start to finish took only 2 days to get us back to cool comfort. Professional, knowledgeable, responsive and friendly people.

Called about a leaky kitchen faucet and info on our soft water tank. Spent 30 minutes explaining the soft water set up to my wife, made a small adjustment for hard water, and then fixed our leaky faucet. Amazed me that he had the part for the faucet in the truck, as it needed a new cartridge. Everything works great!
