    My shampoo bowls at my salon have been leaking and decided to give Brian a call. Great service, fast, explained everything and gave my options.     I had a faucet leak and Brian was quick to help me out. He fit me in his schedule and did everything he could to get my problem fixed. He gave me options and explained each one thoroughly. I ended up buying a new vanity and faucet and he went above and beyond to get the vanity installed as well as all the plumbing.     We had a problem with our shower with the angle pipe for the shower head breaking off! After trying to fix it myself to no avail, I gave Callahan a call! I had never used them before, but Brian was very friendly and was at our house within the hour! Explained what needed to be done and fixed the problem! Actually works better than before! He cleaned up the mess and it was ready to use immediately!!! Thanks Brian for the great service! I’ll will call them again!!!

    We had a new dishwasher put in and the installer suggested we the shut off valves replaced. Got in touch with Brian and he came out the next day. He explained to us that he could replace the one shut off or go ahead and replace both. Since they were over 20 years old and plastic we opted to replace both. Brian explained everything as he was doing the job and showed us what he was replacing. He checked everything for leaks and made sure all was working properly. He was kind, professional and very conscientious about not tracking on our carpet and cleaning up. I would highly recommend Callahan Plumbing and will definitely call him for any future plumbing needs. He also replaced our pressure tank in 2017. Thank you for your help.

    We had a couple leaks in our shut-offs and the line to our washing machine. I called another plumber on Friday and no one was here yet the following Tuesday so I googled plumbers in the area and Callahan and Son popped up and I had gotten their name on Sunday while walking and talking to a couple local people so I read the reviews and texted them Tuesday night. Brian got right back to me and said they would call in the morning on Wednesday and he did !!! Brian came and had what he needed and fixed us up! Very nice guy and explained what hardware he was using and why . Reasonable prices ! 5 stars and will definitely use them again but fingers crossed no plumbing problems in the near future! Thanks Callahan and Son Plumbing!Update: I had to give Callahan plumbing again cuz we found more leaks and again Brian got back to us and explained he couldn’t make it that day but would asap and it wasn’t a super emergency but really wanted it done in a couple days and they came thru again! Brian kept us posted and came over in the next 24 hours and Brian and Zach got the job done and cleaned up!

    Our downstairs toilet starting backing up into the shower one evening and these guys were able to stop by the next day. They fixed everything very efficiently. Even though the work extended beyond their regular hours, they still only charged us the normal rate. Hopefully no more plumbing emergencies come up anytime soon, but if they do well definitely be calling Callahan Plumbing

    My husband phoned Callahan & Son Plumbing the morning after we discovered a leak had become serious. Brian was able to rearrange his schedule and come right away. He assessed the situation, gave us a few different ways to deal with it, and his suggested solution. We have always been happy with Callahans service and Brian, again, did not disappoint. He is super focused on making sure everything is installed and repaired to the max! Always explaining the technical stuff so even I can understand, Brian even fixed a few issues he noticed hadnt been done the best way in the past.     Brian and his dad do great work! I love that Brian uses technology to his advantage and was able to ascertain our problem simply by sending him photos. I got a second opinion to his recommendations and was told the information I received was 100% accurate. When performing the repair and installation of a new hot water heater, he and his Dad were friendly but didnt waste time chit chatting too much. They are conscientious of billable hours and that was appreciated. Fast, friendly, and they squeezed us into their hectic schedule last minute. No issues and we love our hot showers! :)

    Our new cabins toilet began leaking & backing up a few weeks after we moved in. My huband got referred to Brian by 2 other local plumbers. He was at the cabin as soon as we could coordinate calendars. The project turned into something much larger and most plumbers would have walked away. He & his assistant fixed the multiple problems, were very respectful, explained everything and cleaned up too. Highly recommend!!

    I recently had my sewer lines serviced by Brian after I started having water pooling in cracks in the cement flooring of my basement. He was very prompt in returning phone calls and messages on arranging a time to come out to assess the problem and do the work. He was thorough in diagnosing the problem and inspecting my basement and plumbing to figure out the cause of the issue. I ended up having tree roots grown into my pipes in several areas of my line. Using a camera and cutter equipment, Brian was very thorough in clearing out the line. He was transparent in the work he was doing, and through the camera I could see how clear my lines got to be, and got an idea of how much the roots were impacting the drainage of my sewer line. He kept me informed on the cost throughout the process. He did a very thorough job, and now my pipes are draining fabulously with no issues! I was very pleased with the quality of work he did, and would absolutely hire Callahan Plumbing again. Thank you, Brian!

    (2020)His son Brian fixed my leaky tub faucet. The screw was stripped and plastic knob was cracked so he said he would have to break it to get it off. They dont make those kind of knobs anymore. So, luckily he keeps some used ones around and didnt charge me for a used one! It wouldve cost $500 otherwise to take the wall apart, put in new pipe and faucet. Instead my bill was less than $200! Im so relieved and wont be losing anymore water out of that faucet anymore! Thanks to the best plumbers in town!Update (2024): Brian came to fix my goose neck kitchen faucet. Did a great job and always goes above and beyond to help his customers (like having the city mark water lines just in case because I have an old house and older plumbing) while keeping cost low. Thank you so much!

    Callahan and Dad very professional. Called for not an emergency, they showed up on my day off. Flexible nice. I had a clogged sink and the had it fixed in half an hour. Did explain as they went and suggested resolution to it. They did not try to over sell you they wanted you to make the decision. I also had a small leak in the toilet which was using 25 gallons per day. Fixed it in no time. I will have them back again. If you have a plumbing problem they are the best!!!

We did not know where our leak was coming from, and from our evening conversation over the phone, Brian was able to diagnose to problem from a distance.     We had an issue where we couldnt use our kitchen sink, it had plugged up on both sides with no issues 2 minutes before. We tried fixing it ourselves for 2 days with multiple ideas.     I cannot say enough amazing things about this company. Their response time blew me away. I have never been treated with such respect, understanding and kindness in all my years by a plumbing company. My request for service was made on a Sunday, they took the time to listen to my situation, explained to me what they could do, and what there normal procedure would be. Their pricing for a service call, and time spent, answering our many questions, during and prior to the service call, as well as going above and beyond during this service call. Our expectations and standards have now been very highly raised. You probably will never meet more genuine, honest company that will perform the services like they would on their own homes as well as they treat you as if you are family. The price you pay for their services is honestly very reasonable considering the services they provided, as well as their expertise and knowledge of plumbing. The way this father and son, bounce ideas off of each other and give both their professional opinions, so you have many options to go with and explanations on why you could choose either or, it was like I was at a plumbing expo, and they were demonstrating how things work, and what could go wrong and why it would go wrong. The were able to cap off our vanity sink, install new shut off valves in the master bathroom, remove an old water softener by-pass, find and repair various leaks, all within an hour or two, it honestly felt like 15-20 minutes because they were so kind and treat you like family. You cannot put a price on a safe home, trust me. Water damage is almost as dangerous as a Fire Hazard/ Fire Damage, because when it comes to the structural damages, or mold exposure/growth that water can cause, in the end your home will have to be replaced or it will be extremely costly to repair regardless. If you are going to hire a professional to install, repair, or inspect existing plumbing. I highly recommend this company, with my whole heart, and I will put my hand on The Bible and bet, this company would never do harm to anyone or their home on purpose. They will, and would do everything to make it right, and fair. I normally never write a review, as it doesnt really help me or hurt me, but in my time of need and timely matter, this company did not disappoint and they, helped me and my mother more than they probably will ever know. Again, I cannot explain to you my experience with them fully, but it definitely was not your average plumbers, just cranking a wrench saying its fixed and then handing you a bill and leaving. You can tell they both, love their profession, and care about their customers livelihood, homes as well as their duty to safety.

    100% Professional’s, 100% Masters of Their Trade. I discovered a slow drip on a pipe leading into my basement from our well. I contacted Callahan & Son Plumbing shortly after and they were very helpful over the phone and asking questions to help them better understand the situation prior to showing up. When they arrived they were very upfront and said that their was more issues with my older plumbing system than just a leaky pipe fitting.I am one who believes in an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure. I asked if they would be willing and able to fix it all that same day. They said it was not a problem and they pulled their tools off their truck and quickly got down to business. I kept out of their way as they worked but along the way they were keeping me updated and showing me parts of the old plumbing that where on the verge of going bad. I found that their willingness and being so sharing with their findings along the way to be extremely eye opening to not only that the pipes to my older well system were a ticking time bomb but that with their decades of experience showed they knew that their was more than just a leaky pipe that was the issue. It seemed like they were in and out in no time and cleaned up after themselves leaving no trace that they had been there except for their amazing craftsmanship. For the quality of work that they did I feel I got a great price for the amount of top notch service. Also they referred me to a great water well company who was able to help me replace my 30year old well pump. After having seen first hand the quality of work, pride they took in every last thing they fixed and extremely high level professionalism that Callahan & Son Plumbing brought to the job I will never be looking for another plumbing company and will only be recommending Callahan & Son Plumbing to friends, family and strangers.     My mom had a broken pipe under her mobile home, and we couldnt find anyone to go help her. She is 70 and had been without water for 5 days and called 9 local places, and they were either booked up or wouldnt work under mobile homes. Then I found Brian Callahan. Although my mom was out of their normal work area, they made time to help my mom and squeezed her into their schedule the very next day. They were so kind to my mom and so caring. Very professional. My elderly mother was so very grateful and she expressed to me how kind they were to her and that they checked everything else in her home as well to make sure she was good.     I called Callahan after I noticed my hot water heater may have went out. I received a call back from Brian within less than half an hour on a Friday evening! I never expected a business to return my call so late in the day especially on Friday. He listened to me describe what I was experiencing and diagnosed the water heater needed to be replaced. I texted him a couple pictures so he could get the information he needed to order a new one. He stayed in contact with me so he could get it ordered the same day (without even having to come to my house) and said it would be in by Monday and it was! Within about 2 hours on Monday morning it was installed and I was able to take a hot shower! These men were so friendly, efficient and professional! It was truly heartwarming to see how they cared and were genuinly concerned about my horrible inconvenience of being without hot water. There are truly a team of hardworking, trustworthy and caring men. Im so thankful to them for their concern and understanding of my situation. I would gladly recommend them to anyone in the future!     Our sewer backed up into our basement. Brian came out and identified that our septic line had tree roots growing up into it. He and his crew spent hours cutting through them and clearing it all out. I would highly recommend him. He was reasonable and thorough.
