My parents were having issues with their nest doorbell, staying on, and despite our own effort to figure out ourselves, we quickly became overwhelmed.Fortunately we were able to call platinum electric and set up an appointment the next day they were able to resolve my parents issue.In addition, they corrected our installation of our doorbell and it looks a lot better.10 out of 10 would recommend them for anybody looking for electrician in the Rigby area.

Platinum Electric’s team wired my basement to add a kitchenette. I know working with existing structures can be more difficult, but they handled it with ease and enthusiasm. I really appreciate how detail oriented they were…always checking with me before moving ahead, to be sure I understood what they were going to do.The entire team was very quick, efficient, and professional. All attributes that can be hard to find when construction is booming and most people are hard pressed to get a contractor to return a call.Give them a try!

Great service when it comes to everything electrical. They relocated my power line to under ground, ran power to a new shed, ran new power and upgraded box to my ditch pump. Platinum Electric helped with locating all my light, outlet, and switch locations in our addition and getting it all roughed in and trimmed out. I would highly recommend to anyone!!
