    Mountain Valley Electric did a very good job from the beginning. Starting with the estimate and finishing with the installation. East Idaho is undergoing a building boom. So many Electrical companies DON’T need your business. I am 75 years of age so I can’t fix things like in the past. They did a great job and would recommend them to anyone.

    We have used Mountain Valley Electric a few times now, each time the communication and service is A+. Today our tech was Andrew to replace an old baseboard heater. Andrew was extremely professional and did a great job. We highly recommend both Andrew and Mountain Valley Electrical.

    Excellent service. Professional, courteous, knowledgeable. Technician was able to quickly identify and repair the issue and the price was a lot less than I was anticipating. I will definitely use them again if needed.

    These guy’s actually answer their phones. They got me scheduled and kept me informed with timely texts along the way. Ben arrived on time, got right to work and did a great job adding the 220 line for our heater in the workshop. Very friendly - I’d use these guys again and would recommend them to family and friends.

    Had a whole home Generac generator installed a few months ago and it turned out great !Andrew and Alex were very good at their respective services. Highly recommend Mountain Valley for any electrical work !

    We recently moved into a new home in Ammon and the basement was only framed in. We called a couple different electrical companies for quotes and Mountain Valley has gone above and beyond from the very beginning! Andrew was the electrician who came for the initial assessment thoroughly explaining the whole process, offering recommendations as well.Today, I called to let them know we are ready to finish the job and Bree was awesome! She is so personable and quickly scheduled us. About an hour later, she called back telling us Andrew had finished a job early and could come today and start finishing up our basement! I really appreciated that she thought of us and helped meet our needs sooner than expected.Once again, Andrew was great! He is professional and courteous. His attention to detail was very much appreciated. We would happily recommend Mountain Valley Electric and would definitely use them again!

    I was surprised that Andrew was able to come to our home three hours ahead of his scheduled appointment. Very nice! Andrew was presented with a difficult request to install GFI circuits in two bathrooms. He found a very innovative way to do it which I thought was genius! His finished work blends right into our existing home as if the outlets had always been there. I was very impressed. Yes, Id call on Mountain Valley Electric again and highly recommend them.

    Had our A/C installed and an electrician from Mountain Valley Electric came out to do the electrical work. He was very knowledgeable, very kind and courteous with me as well. Especially since I had to call my husband to verify information and we had to wait to get my husband on the phone. Would absolutely recommend this company for your electric work. It’s neat and tidy and looks very well done. The electrician even updated the space above our breaker box with the fire prevention foam stuff that was actually missing.

    We opened up a business and somehow the lighting wasn’t setup at all. We drove 6 hours and had 4 people waiting around. We were absolutely panicked.We called Ben and he drove (3.5 hours mind you) the very next morning and worked Sun up to sun down fixing the electrical work and setting up our lighting. He was there at 8am so he had to have left around 4AM which is just a testament to this man’s work ethic.After his help we were able to open our shop and make our grand opening deadline. I cannot thank Ben enough for the AMAZING job he did along with his kind and friendly demeanor. He took the time not only to explain what was wrong but how he was going to fix it which truly put our fears at ease.Thank you Ben, you did a phenomenal job. The lighting looks superb and it’s crucial for our product to be in the best lighting possible. 10/10 will absolutely be a repeat customer.

    Zach was absolutely amazing! Our dryers receptacle was broken and almost caught on fire. He came within 45 minutes on a Friday night after hours to help us replace it! He was so kind and pleasant. He even helped me hook up the dryer to the vent and place it back. Zach will be our go-to electrician forever!

    Ben was knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient! He came out to repair a ground wire that had been cut by a crew I had working in my home. He went the extra mile and called an inspector determining it was better to run a new ground wire. Five stars and more! I will definitely use this company again!
