From the start the staff at covenant made our building process go so smoothly! This was our first build from start to finish as a newly married couple and we were so excited to see the process and it went so smooth. Kenny our project manager was so attentive and personal. We had plenty of questions and concerns with it being our first time and he always gave us his full attention! We loved every bit of it and we love our home so much! We are celebrating 4 years this year in our new home and highly recommend Covenant building & design!

Building Your Dream Home with Covenant🏡It has been a wonderful experience working with Covenant and their team. Even though we moved into the house ten months ago we still pinch ourselves and can’t believe this is our home! Covenant exceeded our expectations in every way, from the design and construction to the maintenance and support. We appreciate their professionalism, Craftsmanship, attention to detail, and personal touch. Danelle was a joy to work with, her knowledge and ability to explain the design process was awesome. Nathan oversaw the construction of our house, if there was an issue, he would spot it and correct it promptly!We love our home as much as the day we moved in, and we have enjoyed the process of turning it into our familys home and all the special memories weve created thus far. My wife and I have been in our Covenant built home for 5 years and have throughly enjoyed it. The quality of the home is unsurpassed and the Covenant support received is outstanding. If we should one day decide to contract the building of another home our first choice would be Covenant.

We were fortunate enough to have chosen Covenant Building and Design to build our dream home after we retired. Our experience was a breath of fresh air from start to finish. Their attention to detail is unmatched and their customer service is impeccable. Adam and Megan make the perfect team of build and design and went out of their way to add that caring touch. We were as happy with CBD at the end of our project as we were in the beginning and I think that speaks volumes on their integrity, honesty, talent, and work ethic. They’re the best of the best.

My husband and I recently met Katlyn with the Yeatman Group at Parade of Homes. We have a lot and are looking to build a custom home. Katlyn was extremely welcoming, patient and easy to talk to. She setup a meeting with Jason and they both allowed us to pepper them with many, many questions. Katlyn spent 4 hours with us walking through Covenant models and answering our questions. Although we havent decided on which builder to go with yet, Covenant is a strong contender for us because of our experience with Katlyn and Jason.
