    Dillon was fantastic. Very attentive and always checking in on the project as we moved things along. We went back and forth on paint and had to work a little harder on getting color matching just right, but we all got there in the end.The painter, Hugo, was wonderful - very kind, thorough, and kept everything very organized and clean as he worked over the course of several days.

    Alphonso from That 1 Painter was a joy to work with. His team tackled deferred maintenance at our 8 unit condo complex (3 buildings) including removal and replacement of a lot of rotten wood, fence repair and staining, painting all trim and power washing. He and the crew lead, Javier, were able to recommend solutions which saved owners time and money. Tackling a job like this with 8 individual units is difficult to coordinate without strong communication. All owners are extremely pleased with the transformation and we look forward to working with Alphonso and That 1 Painter on future projects.

Decided at the last minute to paint a 1,000 square foot Production Area before new equipment arrived and That 1 Painter Dallas, responded within minutes on a Sunday afternoon, promptly arrived and provided an estimate Monday morning and completed the task Wednesday as soon as we had the space vacated. They did and excellent job while leaving the area clean and ready and resume full production, despite working around others working in the area.     Great Service. Alfonso is a man with integrity. I told him what I needed for my renovated kitchen and he delivered. His policy is, the client has to be happy with the work, and I was. They were on time and worked until the job was completed and I was happy.     That 1 Painter did some painting for us on a bathroom remodel we did. In my effort to take the old wallpaper off myself, I pulled off a good amount of the sheetrock with it. Needless to say, the walls were damaged pretty badly. They came in and fixed the walls, added some texture back on, painted them, and made them look perfect. They did our baseboards as well. We couldnt be happier with the results. April and Alfonso are honest, fair and caring. That 1 Painter is a family owned business and hold themselves to very high standards.
