    I had completed a few projects around the house and was about to tackle the chandeliers, but decided that doing that alone was probably not the best idea. They are pretty large, and very high up.To be safe, I decided to call for some help and called All In 1 Handyman. They were able to get a crew out to the met he same day. And its good that I did call, because they found a couple issues that would have prevented me from doing it on my own anyway!Justin, Angel, and Guillermo were super friendly, professional, and of course, knowledgeable.     Ryan and Terry (I think) arrived a little ahead of time. They gave me a heads up text message. They installed the new attic ladder quickly and correctly. Its very solid and sturdy. I actually feel safe climbing up into the attic now. They actually installed it in less time than originally suggested. Both guys were friendly and professional and obviously good at their job. My only disappointment (and not with either of them) is that the old ladder was NOT hauled away for me. I had just assumed I guess that would automatically be part of the job. Maybe that was bad on my part not to confirm that up front. But Im still pleased with the quality and professionalism of the work.

    This company from the front end (the initial call) all the way to the end was so professional (they explained very well about their process & how it works up front. Transparent!). I was skeptical at first because there was no estimate via phone BUT thatā€™s actually best. How can you estimate or quote until you actually see it? Thatā€™s what these guys do. And they go over it with you before they start and make sure you agree BEFOREHAND. Super key!The techs got to the site and assessed the job. They were early NOT late. Never had that before. When Ryan & Terry arrived i knew I was in good hands!! I could tell how they spoke to me, broke things down and knew their stuff. They were very patient as after the quote I took things out and Ryan had to re-do it but the system they use makes that very easy. These 2 techs were hands down the most professional Iā€™ve ever had.I was a bit smaller of a project than I think they are used to but Ryan & Terry made it work and did not make me feel bad about it. They worked with me. Iā€™ve had so many bad experiences, I canā€™t express how Well this company has it together. So impressed. I will use them again! And I really do highly recommend. You wonā€™t be disappointed. Not with Ryan & Terry but Iā€™m sure they are all amazing! And I am tough when it comes to expectations. They exceeded them. I am extremely happy:)

    This is a very professional business. The gentlemen are prompt arrive when they stated to be there. Quickly and efficiently provided a survey and estimate of things I needed done. Their van is fully equiped with tools and anything one might need. For me it was working 9Volt batteries. Even did the very extra -- hanging a swag on the front door. Very good experience! I would definitely recommend.

    I hired them to install a new over-the-range microwave in place of an old vent hood.Both workers were very friendly and professional, which is nice as a single female homeowner. I felt totally safe with them both, and I also felt like they had abundant knowledge and experience in what I needed them to do.They ended up having to cut into my upper cabinet and install an electrical plug for the microwave, but they were careful, clean, and didnā€™t damage anything. I think the installation was very well done and Iā€™d use them again for anything else.

    Best contractors around! Very professional and smart. Ive had dozens of contractors marching through my house for months during a remodel, but none were as competent as the All in 1 folks.     I used All in 1 Handyman to replace an awkward attic staircase and they did an amazing job. Aaron did a great job getting me setup and reassured me I was ordering a staircase that would make it easier to access the attic. Andrew and Angel installed the staircase with such detail.     We had an extensive plumbing re-route and cap off of drain lines at our home, including our laundry, where we needed new drywall with insulation and the wainscoting put back on and hoses re-attached and machines tested, a door latch fixed, a hole under our sink from plumbing changes filled in, and a section of roof gutter packed with leaves that had to be disconnected and blown out. Andrew came to review, provide a detailed estimate and we were aware of their service fee yet experienced sticker shock at the estimate and hourly rates for our list of items. They were able to start immediately and we went ahead and it was so worth the money and lessened the time spent! I would like to see everyone get paid their worth in the future but right now not all can afford to ...gratefully, we could. Its all about what you value or are trained to value and fixing things requires knowledge, experience and skill. Anyway, we ended up having a team of 2 at first then 4 working cohesively and they literally got everything done and tested thoroughly in a bit over 4 hours (we learned they were right on with their approaches/estimate- items were not as simple as we thought they were) and it was quality all the way! If we would have gone with a less expensive handyman service it would have dragged out, maybe other things messed up, and we were already overwhelmed with our month-long plumbing project and ready for some peace. They clean up after themselves, are highly skilled, intelligent and friendly as well. It was actually a joy to watch them all in action! We recommend All In 1 when you need jobs done both thoroughly and fast! The old saying is true: You can have it cheap, you have quality, and you can have it fast, but you cant have all three, so pick two.

    All in 1 Handyman did a great job installing a replacement set of attic stairs. Team Leader Andrew was there at precisely the time promised and he prepped the scene while waiting for the rest of the crew to arrive. As it turned out, I had purchased a set of stairs that was too small and Andrew was able to get his crew to go to Home Depot to purchase the correct one. I really appreciated the fact that they did NOT mark up the stairs, in fact, they charged me a lot less than I would have had to pay if I had purchased it on my own. They were extremely professional, did a great job with the installation, and even reconnected my alarm system perfectly. I would HIGHLY recommend All In 1 Handyman to anyone for the services they perform (there are a lot of them). I know that I will be reaching out to them again the next time I have a job that is beyond my capabilities.

    Amazing guys, both Ryan and Ricardo did amazing jobs on repairing 3 doors for my 96 year old Mom. One door needed to be completely rehung because it wouldnt close. They took the frame and door apart and put it all back in perfect working order. They dont do sloppy work, each door they repaired was perfectly aligned within the door frame and functioned better than they ever had before. They also did an amazing job on caulking around the sink, I mean an absolutely perfect job, no slop or globs, just perfect. Their prices were probably on the lower side of average, but the job they did was well worth the cost. I cant recommend them any higher and will be using them again for other projects around the house. Im going to recommend you to friends and anyone that asks. Thanks Ryan and Ricardo for treating our house like it was your own.

    Mr Cronje and his partner/assistant were great. They arrived on time, gave us an estimate and after we approved the estimate, they went right to work. Were very pleased with the quality of the repairs they did; nothing was too small for them; they treated us with respecdt, didnt appear to think our lack of tool talent was a problem. The amount we paid seemed kin of high, but we didnt get other estimates, and he was ready to reduce the amount when it took him less time than he originally estimated; then we asked him to look at the garage door; so Im happy with what we paid and the overall quality of the repairs. We would readily use them again for anything that comes up.

Two door frames pretty much had to be rebuilt from scratch because the existing ones were so crooked, and they also replaced the door to our garage with a much heavier, fire-rated door. They also did some drywall repair and replaced some baseboards and doorstops. We also appreciated that they worked clean and tried to prevent covering the house in drywall dust. Would recommend!

    I have used them multiple times and they are always very professional. They know how to problem solve and make the necessary repairs. I would say they are an elevated level of handyman work and can handle more complex problems than just simple work. You get what you pay for with All in 1 Handyman. They are not inexpensive but they are very capable. I appreciate the appointment email and text confirmations as well as the text updates when the guys are en route.

Not only did All-in-1 have tools and expertise but they also hunted down the materials to match from a local building supply company. Iā€™d say these guys have carpentry level skills which is tough to find. Great, efficient, and transparent process!

    I saw the all in one reviews and hired them, honestly, A little apprehensive on how the job will be on my new home. I am so so happy I went with them, I went for some panelling shiplap and painting services, and I could not thought of a better or more excellent way the job could have been finished !! The services are a little expensive, but to be honest the quality is so so worth it, I would use them for any other services, I know I will recommend Jaco and team to anyone I know.

Andrew and Ricardo worked hand in hand for two days at our home fixing it up to sell. Their skills and knowledge were amazing. The communication was excellent.     They were excellent! I highly recommend their services. We had wall shelves and an old sink in our laundry room. We wanted an upgrade and hired All in 1 Handyman to install new cabinetry and a new sink.The cabinets that we ordered were an 1/4 inch too large for our laundry room, but they knew what to resolve this issue. High attention to detail. They made sure that the cabinets were aligned perfectly and sealed gaps with caulking where the cabinet meets the wall for a clean look. Very professional and pleasant to work with. We will definitely hire them in the future! Andrew and the other guy (canā€™t remember his name) did an excellent job. Very happy with the results!

    I gave All in 1 Handyman a call to get a quote on an attic ladder install, and after a few questions had an acceptable quote and a next-day install date. This was appreciated since some other installers I approached wouldnt provide a quote without a visit.The installers let me know pretty early that they were ahead of schedule and checked if it was okay to arrive early. They were both very professional and about 3 hours after I showed them where to work, I had my new safe attic ladder installed.No downsides in my experience with them, and would not hesitate to use them again for similar jobs.

    I used All in 1 Handyman to flip a door leading to my laundry room so that it swung out instead of in to the room Jaco was very responsive and professional in all my interactions with him and was able to explain the process and provide me a quote based on pictures I texted him. Theres more that goes into flipping a door than I realized and he did a great job explaining every detail.On the day of the service, his communication was excellent, from an update on when he would be arriving to explaining every step of the process including some hiccups they encountered and swiftly dealt with along the way.     We needed a whole bunch of different things done, from fixing doors that didnt shut, to doors that would get stuck shut, to fixing leaks, to installing a sink, to fixing wobbly chairs, and Jaco did it all and with a high level of excellence. We even needed a piece of sheetmetal installed over our air conditioner to protect it from condensation dripping on it from the floors above us and he installed that as well. Really a jack-of-all-trades, and a master of using a paintbrush, a drill, screwdriver, wood plane, you name it. At the same time, he answered all of our questions so that we knew better how to take care of some of these issues on our own in the future since our landlord doesnt provide the best maintenance services (hence us hiring him!). If you need a handyman, THIS IS YOUR GUY - hire him!

    I had a piece of wood come off my house during a storm (some kind of vent cover or something) & I had an exposed hole on the side of my house and just a few hours before the next storm was supposed to hit. I contacted All in 1 and Jaco was able to come out on a Saturday within just a couple hours of contacting him. He had a ladder that could reach way up near the top of my 2 story house. Thank goodness he came when he did because we were in between storms, so he got it sealed back up just in time before the next storm hit. I appreciate his attention to detail and regards to my issue. He removed all the old nails, reattached the piece with screws, & added a sealant as well. He is very personable and professional. So thankful for his help with my time sensitive issue.
