Dan came out today and fixed my tiny issue with no fuss, and integrity! I was so nervous about needing to replace my water heater but it was just user error. He gave me some great tips about maintenance and taught me about my machine! Ill definitely use them from now on because they are honest!

I needed a new water heater installed as my water heater was old and leaking. I called Ohio Water Heaters and they had someone at my house in about an hour and a half. Chandler Favil showed up in a marked company van and in a company uniform. He looked at my heater and talked me through the options that were available to me. He explained the pros and cons of the different options. I elected to go with a tank heater replacement. He had all the tools and the heater already in the company van. He began to install my new heater right then. He was polite and professional. It only took about an hour and a half to remove the old heater and install the new heater. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs a new water heater.

Had an error code on a on-demand, tankless water heater. Called OWH and Mike called me back within 5 minutes, and was able to walk me through the steps to clear the error code and return the unit to normal service. Exemplary customer service!

I cannot say enough good things about this company!!I woke up yesterday morning to my water heater leaking. I called Ohio Water Heaters and Tammy answered. She wasn’t even in the office yet but took care of us right away. Dan and Jordyn were out to our house very quickly. We needed a new pressure reducing valve, an expansion tank, and opted to get a new water heater as well since ours was on the older side. Dan came the next morning to start working. He realized that our water shutoff inside the house was broken, so he prepped everything and did what he could while we waited for the water company to come and shut it off from the road. Once the water was shutoff he had everything installed and fixed quickly. He waited on the water to be turned back on and flushed the air out of the lines before leaving. Dan did not charge me for parts or labor for fixing the water shutoff in the house. He did it completely free. He was very professional and very informative about any issues that could possibly arise. I would highly recommend Ohio Water Heaters to anyone and everyone. They are amazing!!

It was good to see Jordan again and meet team member Chaz... again another great experience with OWH! shut valve replaced, and a tank float valve replaced. Ill be calling again in a couple of months! Thx!New post.. 03-13 2024 It was good to see Andrew and Chaz again... new bar sink faucet installed... no more leaks! Btw Tammy... I shared one of the conversations wrt chili 😋 hee heeOpps left out the under sink shut off values that wasnt added when the home was built

Highly recommend Dan Bohman from OH Water Heaters!! He came out to fix our backyard water spigot & valve that leaked into our basement. Love that he sent a text confirming his arrival time (and he was right on time). He was quick to find the problem, explained what the issue was and how to fix it while showing me the busted pipe. He gave great tips on how to prevent future issues and possible home owners insurance coverage of our shutoff valve. Dan was polite, knowledgeable and even adjusted the final price to appropriately fit the work he did! I highly recommend Dan & Ohio Water Heaters!!!!

What a great company. From Tammy who answered my call to the guys who came out to do an emergency repair. Everyone was polite. Explained exactly what could be done and gave me choices of repairs allowing me the ability to pick what was best for me. Andrew did an awesome job.I highly recommend this company. Weather it’s an emergency or replacing equipment, give these guys a call.

Called looking for a quote for a 80 gallon hybrid, Mike was so helpful over the phone and explained everything. Chris and Garrett arrived on time the next morning and were very pleasant and professional. They left everything cleaner than when I arrived and did an excellent installation. He is always highly responsive (even when I text him random questions) and took the time to guide us on each decision with clear and thorough communication. Excellent experience getting a new water heater! Blake Tayerle, the technician, was outstanding. He was courteous and explained what he was doing every step of the way. He also answered all my home owner questions with a smile. I liked Blake so much that I had OWH complete some additional work with Blake as the technician.This was a professional experience from the first call to finish.

What an amazing local company! My water heater had reached its last days, called Ohio Water Heaters for help, Chris and Garrett were here within a couple of hours and installed new water heater. They were prompt, efficient, and reasonably priced. Will call them for my plumbing needs.
