We had two of the nicest guys out here today. They replaced the weather head , a new upgraded breaker panel and a new outlet. Very efficient and clean project. Highly recommended at a very good price. We did get 4 estimates for this work. A+ Thank You ! Will call them back for any other electric work in the future

My technicians were great. It did take 2 days from my initial call to get a call back to schedule appointment. However, they are busy. Everyone was very nice. Technicians arrived early, fixed several different issues pretty quickly. Prices reasonable. And I have working lights again!!

I rarely write reviews. I will go to every place I can to sing this companies praises. The quality of work, the speed it was done, the value in price all 10/10. The guys were great that came and I was very impressed with Todd. He immediately was able to start diagnosing the issue and get to fixing it. This will always be the place I go to for any electrical issues.

I rarely write reviews but wanted to make sure that I did in this case for Waibel and Chris my electrician especially. We had a bad experience with a contractor that left us in a bad spot without a working kitchen light. Chris spent two days testing and correcting mistakes made by the contractor in my house. He is beyond professional and very good at what he does. Kept me informed the entire time and was adamant that everything was correct before he completed the job. Great experience and they will be the only company I use from now on!

After a certain big box retailer botched a dryer hookup, Waibel was able to send out someone within a day to fix the issue and even uncover a bigger issue with the washer! Chris was fantastic - professional, personable and definitely getting more of my business as I learn more about this old house!

Waibel always does a fantastic job. Weve had them out to install electricity for our hot tub, and for moving our over-the-range microwave to its own circuit so wed stop blowing the power every time we had the microwave and vacuum running at the same time. Waibel is always prompt, professional, and quality.

I engaged Waibel to repair a light switch and install a GFI in my bathroom. Eric arrived on time and completed the work within 1.5 hours (including having to leave to purchase a part). Eric was friendly, patiently answered my questions, and even provided some suggestions for my son who is looking to become an electrician after high school. I was pleasantly surprised at the cost for the work, and think it was reasonably priced. I will be using Waibel for all my future electrical needs. I highly recommend them.

Terrific and I did not end up using their service. To explain, I had a short in a residential circuit. I replaced the breaker but that did not work. I checked the boxes on the circuit an nothing was wrong.That is the extent of my electrical ability so I called three companies. The first two were internet listings and both answered by phone mail. I have yet to hear from either. I then called Waibel Electric since, I have seen their trucks around for years.To my surprise a real person answered the phone and was able to verify that they would make a service call for my problem. She passed me on to the service supervisor. He took the time to ask me the nature of the problem. He then asked whether I had an attic or whole house fan. He explained they often are the culprit. Sure enough that was the problem causing the short. I was able to fix it myself not requiring a service call this time. I really appreciate the professionalism and help extended over the phone and will call / recommend Waibel if I ever am asked for a referral or need electrical help. This kind of professionalism is rare. The least I could do was follow up on my very positive experience.
