    This was my first time using Lessner Plumbing, but it certainly wont be my last! Adam provided a detailed and thorough inspection and analysis of my toilet issue and was both honest and reasonable with his pricing. More importantly, despite having to deal with an older home with 100 yr. old pipes, the work he did was top quality. On top of that, Adam is a reliable and all-around nice guy to work with. I will certainly be using Lessner Plumbing for any future plumbing needs. Two thumbs..way up!

    I dont usually go for people with only a few reviews but last time I used one of the big guys I ended up waiting for three hours past their appointment time and they had to repair their installation job two weeks later. Seriously glad I did in this case. I wanted a new well pump installed (a SUBSTANTIALLY bigger job than just installing a new toilet) and saw Lessner had good ratings and enough positive reviews (see my moms review below since I finally convinced her to add a review) for me to give him a shot. I called him up to get a feel for how he acts and he was respectful and professional the whole way through. He also was ACTUALLY on time which was great (cant believe Im celebrating that but oh well).The process of installing the well pump went smoothly and he was super thorough about it. He checked all of the connections through the system to ensure there werent any surprise problems down the line and found one of our adapters was seriously corroded. He showed us the damage and fixed it on the spot for us. From what we saw, his spotting that probably saved us a huge bill down the line, so thanks Adam! After the job was done, we tested the new system and found the water pressure was even stronger than what we remembered when we first moved in. All in all he did a fantastic job and I plan to call on him for any future plumbing jobs.Pros:-Professional-On time-Thorough-FriendlyCons:-Not a ton of reviews so it was scary trying a new person. Totally worth it.

    After 27 years in my home, my well water is finally set up correctly! I have improved water quality and pressure, and I have Adam to thank. Clearly when my house was built, the builder plumbers just wanted to get the job done and didnt really care about how my system was set up. Adam took the time to evaluate my entire system, and made recommendations based on what would work best for us. It was a big job, but it was finally done with care and knowledge, and it was done RIGHT! We wholeheartedly recommend Lessner Plumbing.

    I called Lessner Plumbing because my shower had very little water pressure. Adam showed up right on time for the appointment and made short work of adjusting my pressure settings and inspecting my well water system for me. Super nice guy, extremely knowledgeable and very professional. Would highly recommend!

    Adam was recommended to me by an experienced HVAC contractor friend of mine who told me he was honest, fairly priced and would do a great job, no matter what the problem was.The job was an emergency and turned out to be a complicated project which took several days. Adam was diligent and efficient and did a top notch job. I could tell he was very experienced and really took pride in his work. He did a wonderful job and left the house and grounds immaculate when he was done. The icing on the cake is that he is super nice and very pleasant to deal with! I will recommend him every chance I get!!

    I had an emergency job. Adam was very professional and asked all the right questions to handle the job efficiently. He asked me to send him pictures and we discussed exactly what needed to be done. That way, he arrived with the necessary materials and did the job quickly. He is a good communicator and took care of us promptly. His price was very fair. He is now my go to plumber and I can highly recommend him.

    I woke up on Thursday morning to no water pressure. I called Adam and he came right out and diagnosed me with a bad well pump. Not only did Adam diagnose the problem, but he got right on the repair since he did not want me without water. The poor guy didn’t get done here until 11pm since the whole operation threw him a few curveballs. I really thought that I was going to be without water for at least a few days, but not with Adam Lessner on the job. He’s a really cool guy, an excellent plumber, and a real life saver!

    Lessner Plumbing is the only plumber you will need to call. Mr. Lessner is OUTSTANDING. We had multiple issues at my house; from leaking shower behind the wall and into the basement to clogged main line. And even a simple cut off valve. He can do it all. And with care and understanding. I even broke an outside faucet while he was there. He ran right out and got a replacement and fixed it on the spot.Plumbing issues are not cheap, and if you have to spend the money to fix something, this company will do it right and clean up when the project is done. Just like finding that reliable mechanic for your car, This company will be your forever plumber.There are times in life when you come across someone or something that you will use for the rest of your life, Lessner Plumbing is one of those things.     Adam is an amazing man. Ive used him many times. No matter the time I call, he always comes to help. He replaced the water line to the house on the coldest day of the year. He ran the line under the driveway saving us a ton of money. I wouldnt consider using anyone else for my plumbing needs!.

    Came out for an emergency water line repair. Adam and his crew did a great job despite problem after problem — hard to access location where the water line came in; other services in the way; giant concrete pad over a main section of the line... They were able to hand dig everything and replace the line and fish it under the concrete pad all in a day. Got our water back on quickly, and cleaned up everything nicely at the end. Adam was helpful in understanding what the complications were and what the possible options for fixing things were. Anyway, happy to have had Adam and his crew help. Would call them again for my plumbing needs in the future.

    We came to know about Lessner Plumbing during a plumbing emergency - our water heater was spraying water throughout the basement. This occurred during a family event on a weekend night. So, you can image the level of stress we were experiencing when we called Lessner. Our call was greeted by a calming, friendly voice who assured us that help was on the way. Within 45 mins a truck pulled into our driveway and an hour later the problem was fixed. Now several years later, we call on Lessner for many non-emergency plumbing needs and we experience the same prompt and friendly service every time. We have referred Lessner to many friends and family and they have all experienced the same quality of service that is often hard to find these days.

    I returned home after being away for a week on vacation to find a leak in my house. I called Lessner Plumbing and they talked me through a fix over the phone to get my master shut off valve back and operational. They were respinsive, helpful, and caring. Couldnt recommend them more!!

    I had a clogged toilet and called them. He couldn’t come out until the next day (it was Sunday night this happened) so when I asked for tips on how to fix it myself, he told me something I could try. I went to Loews to get the $10 tool and fixed it myself and he never had to come out. Saved me his quote he gave me over the phone. Love this company.

    We called Adam Lessner as others had and he was able to unfreeze the meter. The meter cover that I struggled with was not the real meter. It was a fake meter designed to frustrate me and force me to call a plumber. When I got the cover off the fake meter it was full of dirt to the top. I started digging the dirt out only to find a large root going right thru it. I was convinced this was a fake out meter hole. So I start looking for another meter cover. None to be found. Tossing my arms up in the air I get on the horn and call Adam. Upon arrival he too is convinced the hole I opened was a fake but also cannot find another meter cover. The ground is hard as a rock, but he starts probing in the vicinity of where he thinks one *should* be. Eventually he finds it. It is buried about 8 below grade, frozen grade that is. He literally chips the dirt away with a chisel and hammer and fully uncovers the access cover. Opens and is pretty confident the meter pipes are indeed frozen. Applies a blow torch (do not try this at home!) and after a good 30 minutes of heat, tada. Water started flowing in the house.While Adam was working I was finally able to get the City on the phone. Told them Id opened a call on Sunday and still no water. They said the record indicated someone came out at 02:34am this morning and determined the meter needed to be replaced. The task was referred to another department. So the meter that the city stated needed replaced was fine and just really cold. Photo shows the hole Adam dug to get to the meter.Of course his advise was to leave some hot and cold water running when it has been cold like that if you are going to be away. Risky as who wants water running in their house when they are not home. My plan is to run the facets in the wash basin in the garage in case there is a drain problem. That way if it runs over it is not in the house, will run into the driveway.Well, that is my story. Lots of lessons learned about our new house. Will be much better prepared next time. Adam did a great job and I would surely use him again.

    Adam was very responsive and was able to come out and look at our clogged kitchen sink the same day. He first tried snaking the drain from the kitchen, but was not able to make turns of our pipes, so he ended up snaking the line from the roof. This did not prove to be an easy feet either, but he did eventually clear the line, which is good since next step was opening up the dry wall and we werent 100% sure where the pipes were. The only reason I took away 1 star was the price. He was here almost 2 hours, but the single clog cost me $650. Im told this is because he thinks the clog moved all the way to the main line, but thats a little confusing to me as nothing else in the house was backed up, which I wouldnt think to be the case if it was in the main line. Regardless he worked hard and was able to clear the clog without opening the drywall, just more than I hoped to pay for something like this.

    My water main broke on friday night. It was outside of the house but some water was dripping in and my front lawn was becoming a swamp. I called two of the guys you see advertised on TV. One said they could get to it on monday or tues. The other wasnt even coming out for an estimate till sunday. I called Adam Sat morning, was able to facetime to show him the issue and he had it repaired by sat eve, for $600 less then the big guys! Repair looks solid and would highly recommend him for any plumbing issues.
