    Brian B. Quick is our preferred expert for plumbing. For this particular service - our second time hiring them - it ended up being being a cartridge replacement for our shower. From my call to book an appointment until the job was finished I felt respected and a sense of concern and urgency to be sure it got done right and quickly. Kristina was phenomenal in listening to me describe the issue, diagnose the issue and explain to me what she was doing and why, set expectations for what the solution might entail, then walked me through the solution and gave me a solid estimate to consider. With a part having to be ordered, she was able to return the next day to completely solve the problem. Were so pleased.

    Great job! We had a new kitchen faucet installed after the old faucet broke. Removing the old faucet was a challenge due to corrosion and accessible workspace. We predicted it would take 2 hours but Keith knocked it out in 40 minutes. The cost was a little pricey but everything was upfront when presented. No surprises. If youre looking for plumber, keep these folks in mind.

    I had a leak that I needed to get repaired so I did a quick Google search and came across Brian B. Quick plumbing. They had scheduled to come out the following day where I had met Kristina the technician. She was really friendly to talk to and very knowledgeable of the issues that I was having. Unfortunately, my issues turned out to be contractor related rather than a simple fix. I asked Kristina for some advice on a few things around the house and she helped me out a lot.     Excellent service on top of work completion on a Sunday! The person who took the initial phone call was friendly. We received a text on day of service to inform us that our tech was arriving. Kristina was on time, very helpful and she answered our questions patiently. She was very knowledgeable and completed the work efficiently and cleanly. She replaced three aging toilets as well as a garbage disposal.We will not hesitate to use Brain B.Quick again for future plumbing needs and we highly recommend them!

    I would highly recommend Brian B Quick, I was able to get scheduled and service the same day. Michael (Mike), the service technician arrived earlier than scheduled, was a true professional, took time explain what was needed and suggested replacement parts when the original werenā€™t available.     Terrific service! Called on Monday afternoon and plumbers were there on Wednesday morning to fix my shaky toilet. The work wasnt cheap, but were used to paying city prices in DC. Overall, great experience, and I look forward to calling again the next time we need plumbing help.

    We were not at all familiar with Brian B. Quick Plumbing. We have a well and had a leak in our holding tank. We needed someone right away. They were able to send Ray out within a couple of hours. He figured out the problem quickly and was able to get a replacement tank within a short amount of time. He also advised us on what to get, should our hot water heater go out. He was courteous, attentive, competent and just generally a nice guy!!!! Brian B Quick is now definitely our go-to plumbing company.!!!!

    I had a leak from an old sprinkler pipe inside my house that forced me to shut off the main water supply Friday night. Saturday morning, I called several Plumbing companies who only had availability on Monday morning or later in the week. I had stopped looking for a plumbing company and my wife and I were looking at getting a hotel for the weekend, but after thinking about all we need to complete over the weekend to be prepared for the week, I decided to try one more company with great reviews on google, Brian B. Quick. I called and they said they could have someone come out in a few hours. In about an hour I received a text message with the ETA of the technician and gps tracking of their location. Jamie was the plumber who came to my home explained how he does business and provided excellent customer service. He had more than one solution to repair the leak that day! He gave me options to save money on the repairs and shared his knowledge of the plumbing in my home. He was able to complete the repair in less than an hour. I plan to do more business with his company and I will be sure to share that experience as it will be a much larger project. Jamie you came at the right time and it was best service I have ever received. My wife and I thank you! The only regret I have is that I did not call your company first.

    Jamie was wonderful!!! He was transparent about pricing and went above and beyond to address my concerns. He helped replace my water heater and fixed a pop-up assembly in my sink.     Had a great experience with Brian B. Quick, and Bruce! Not only did they fix the issue right away, they tried to do it with the cheapest solution first (cleaning and tightening), before moving to a replacement.     Ray and Jay were wonderfully professional, honest and knowledgeable. After having Horizon come and charge us for the service call, we were then told we had to pay extra to get a diagnosis (I mean, what was the service call for if not a diagnosis?), we were surprised that Brian B Quick charges nothing to show up (on time!) or to fully diagnose the problem with our well. The quote Ray gave us was very reasonable and he and Jay were ready get to work right away. Their commitment to delivering quality workmanship, and even working late into the evening to finish the job, is the mark of true professionals. We will only use this company from now on!     Paul from Brian B Quick was fantastic!!! First of all I was contacted by text with a link that showed route tracking information for their service person and he showed up on time. My plumber was Paul, very knowledgeable. I explained what was going on, which was clogs in two areas, and he took it from there. Not only did he clear the clogs but he went above and beyond to flush the pipes after. He gave me insight to preventive measures for maintaining good plumbing in the house and he explained everything. He was very professional and his customer service was on point.     I canā€™t say enough good things about this company. Kristina was kind, informative and so helpful. She guided me through the process of getting in touch with someone to repair the water damage and answered all my questions. She did not charge me for anything unnecessary and was very transparent about what needed to be done. I have never encountered a company without a minimum fee. They only charge you if they do work. The first time I called them for an unrelated incident, the person who came out said there was no need to repair anything and did not charge me anything. They were my first call because of that.     I am in my 70ā€™s and have owned a few homes in my days. Over the years, I have worked with a number of Plumbing Companies for various repairs. I must say that out of all the Plumbing Companies I have worked with, non can compare to the level of service that Brian Quick offered.Their representative plumber, Christina arrived at my home with her apprentice and offered a very friendly greeting at the door. They were both dressed neat and clean and put on ā€œbootiesā€ before coming in.Their work was impeccable, diagnosing the issue, then setting out to repair the issue. Then entire time they were here, both were very nice to speak with, but Christina has to be the kindest plumber I have ever met. They solved our issue, then cleaned up every bit of debris, including wiping down the area, leaving little trace of them being here at all.The actual work performed was spot on and the repair looked fantastic.     Kristina Sterling has performed above and beyond more than 5 plumbing jobs in my home. Replaced water heater and relocated location of my waterheater to make my closet space much more useable. She replaced my faulty sump pump and placed a sink in my laundry which makes my laundry much more efficient. Replaced my primary shut off water valve when it sprung a leak. Very timley which saved me money on my water bill. Very much appreciated. Replaced my primary bath tub faucet and shower with hose sprayer making it more efficiently placed so elderly can still make use of tub baths. Greatly appreciated her suggestions and placement of bath friendly shower holder! Replaced 2 hosebibs outside with newer type that are much more resistent to freezing temperatures. Place a senior friendly toliet in 1st level bathroom! So much easier on my knees!     Brian B Quick seems to be a good business. It started off a little rocky to me but only bcuz the operator said someone would be by in the morning. I had to call around 1130 to confirm but I was informed that the tech would be there early afternoon, which is when he arrived. Jamal is very knowledgeable and didnā€™t waste any time getting to work. Heā€™s efficient and knows his stuff. We did run into some snags during the work which made us very nervous but he was able to work it out and fixed our problem. Heā€™s very friendly and easy to talk to. There were some extra things that he recommended needed to be done but he did not pressure me which I very much appreciated. He spent a good amount of time here and worked every second of it.
