We were very happy with our panel installation. Our salesperson, Mike Symmes, explained the costs, benefits, and the installation process thoroughly. And then...... everything went exactly as planned. The crew came on the scheduled start date and finished ahead of schedule. Have had a wonderful experience with this crew from sales, installation, and follow-up. The system has been up and running for several months. PG&E bills are zero $. Any little issue is immediately addressed by Loren in the office and next or same day service from Jeff, Louie, Tommy, Jose, and Darren in the field. Couldn’t be happier with the Sunpower system and the service so far.

We signed the contract last March with Wade at Sea Bright Solar. We knew that it would take long to install with all the supply chain issues happening, and it took sending a few emails to get updates, but we finally got our solar panels installed last Oct. 16-18. Anthony and the rest of the crew (sorry I didnt get their names) were able to install 20 panels in one day. Jason and Victor installed the electrical. They had to switch off the power for about 1-2 hours, but they asked us first when would be the best time so we can schedule it. Finally, Mike came in to patch up and paint the walls in our garage. Their work was very professional looking. Our garage even looks better now. We had the solar panels working on day 3, but right now, we are still waiting for the city to approve the installation and enable the battery. Were very happy with the solar installation and with Sea Bright Solar!

Sea Bright Solar did an excellent job installing my solar panels and system. The crew of Rene, Joseph, Hector and Max were outstanding. They finished the entire job in 2 days, answered every question we had and explained everything they were going to do before they did it. They also left the jobsite exactly as it was before they got here - going so far as to paint the ugly metal conduit which is now hardly even noticeable. I will definitely recommend Sea Bright Solar to all of our friends and neighbors.

SunPower by Sea Bright Solar just finished the installation of my (2) Tesla Wall Batteries and 16.5kv Solar system. Chris Palmer and Emma Stadler did a fantastic job being my go to from sales through Permission To Operate. The hand off between sales to construction was well coordinated and I always had updates along the way. This is the second time I hire Sea Bright for similar size projects in the last 2 years. I highly recommend you call Chris Palmer if you need an honest assessment and estimate.

I had my solar panels installed by Sea Bright Solar, a SunPower master dealer on 6/14/23. Sea Bright Solar successfully filed the interconnection documents with SCE to get my house grandfathered into NEM 2.0 before the 4/14/23 deadline, as they promised. The installation crew, Joseph, Hector, Sal, and Adan, showed up at 8am and completed the 24 solar panel installation and main electrical panel upgrade by 4pm on the same day. The crew was very professional and excellent to communicate with, they explained everything clearly and answered all of my questions. Still have to go through inspection and putting the solar panels into service, but so far I have been very happy with Sea Bright Solar.

Very good process from start to finish. Chris Palmer was the main sales person I dealt with and my experience with him was great.The approval process through the county was a bit slow, but understandable, especially with COVID and government shutdown. Not Sea Bright Solar’s fault in my opinion.Once we had approval for installation, I had a great experience with the install team. Renee and his crew were awesome and I had no complaints.Overall and if I had to do it all again, I still would choose Sea Bright Solar by SunPower. I will definitely refer their service to my family, friends, and neighbors!

The installation process was AWESOME. Sal, Efrain, Aaron, and Erik all did a fantastic job. They were totally polite, professional, and personable. They took extra time to explain everything to me after the instigation was complete. My 6 year old liked all of them too because they payed so much attention to her tortoise. All of them had a smile on their face from start to finish and you can really tell they love what they do.I also want to give a shout-out to Chris and his partner who installed the new electrical panel. Yesterday a SunPower team, the Green Team, came out to install our new solar panels. Rene, Jesus, Efrain & Adam did a great job! They arrived a few minutes early, Rene told me exactly what would happen and they got to work immediately. They worked hard and fast to get the job done. We were inside listening to them talk while they worked. They seemed like good friends or even family. The yelled out questions and commands like a crew sailing on a boat! They were finished before expected, cleaned up everything afterward and answered all my questions before saying goodbye. This is how work should be done. This is how contractors should behave - kind, efficient and helpful. Great job and kudos to the crew, you make SunPower/Sea Bright look good where it counts the most!

Very professional. Joe found the best placement for my panels and it looks clean.Update : paid for a 8.5 kwh system that has never generated over 6.5 when they were installing I was told there was a bad processor or inverter which they installed just never fixed. This sucks cause the whole point was to generate excess power however I am still having to owe to edison and now have a a solar payment as well. There communications is great till they get your money then nobody will return calls or keep you updated on any part of this process. I hope someone will finally reach out after 4 months of calling and attempt to fix these issues.

First off: we had our solar installed durring a VERY busy period, right after the switch over to NEM 3.0. Even with a few minor glitches (the city, in particular), they did a very fine job. I felt bad for all the techs and installers having to work in °100+ temperatures. However, they powered through it without complaint.Id like to thank Joseph, Adan, J.D., Damaris, Rick, Mike Symmes, and all the other technicians and installers, who did such a good job.I would recommend both SunPower and Sea Bright Solar. Were already seeing the savings on our electric!

I have my SunPower system installed and up and running for a little over a month now. I contacted Sea Bright solar and talked to Chris Palmer around end of June 2022. Chris is an amazing guy specially coming after talking salesmen from three other solar companies I found out that he was different. No sales push, listened to my questions and answered all my questions professionally. He is the kind of guy you feel like you completely trust and he is. I signed the contract 06/28/2022 even though it was several thousand dollars over the competitors. I was told before signing the contract it would be 8 to 12 weeks before my system gets installed and I was good with that as from my research the standard timeline when it comes to installation of a solar is around 3 month.In between, communication from the office was barely there and even when you call or send e mail. I didn’t expect any update up until 3 month passed from the time the contract signed. But as we were going to past 4 month plus I felt like sailing in the dark. I was not even sure when it was going to be installed at all. Finally I had to escalate the matter due to lack of communication and Chris and Ginny Resman from their New Jersey office gets involved and help speed up the scheduling and subsequent installation. I would like to thank them both Chris and Ginny for that and their subsequent follow up.Now the actual team from Sea Bright who did the installation were amazing. It took them 7 days as there were rainy days in between to install the solar panels and upgrade my electrical panel. City of Redlands inspection was quick right after installation and it passed right away. Installation was done from 11/03/2022 to 11/10/2022. SCE gave the PTO just in under 2 days after the office submitted the paperwork. My system is running since 11/24/2022 and production is great even in the winter time. Unfortunately the monitoring system is showing only production- no consumption or grid export data. This is because the installation team forgot to install the consumption CTs/meter. I have reached out to Sea Bright Solar to install the consumption CTs and I am waiting for them to schedule the installation.In addition to Chris and Ginny, I would like to thank Damaris,Kassy and Rose from the Redlands office as well. The reason for the 3 star is because of lack of communication and responsiveness between signing the contract and start of installation, the uninstalled Consumption meter I am waiting for and a panel layout not reflecting the modifications done in the actual installation. The panel layout in the picture is the initial planned layout but this has been modified during installation and is much better than this one. Other wise it is both aesthetically beautiful and very efficient system so far.Update 01/06/2023Sea bright Solar has installed the CTs and the monitoring system is now performing as promised giving me panel level data, solar production, home consumption and grid import/export. Thanks Darell, JD, Tim and Eric who came out and completed the job. As such I have changed my rating from 3 to 5 star.

Great jobs to Sea Bright SunPower for processing my solar project sooner than I thought. Thank you Chris Palmer for coming to my house and providing me all information I needed to initiate my solar project. Thank you the technician group, Sal, Anthony and Max for being able to install all of the solar panels on the south side as I preferred. The only thing I am still concerned is the monitor box installed outside of my garage. It might be damaged by intensive heat in the Summer. Keeping the monitor box inside the garage could be safer in my opinion.

It has taken me a few years to finally decide to go Solar but Im very happy that I finally did and even more happy that after investigating and meeting with several companies that I chose Sea Bright Solar. Michael Symmes was our salesman and he was great throughout the process. He answered all questions that I had , was available via phone, email, and text, and he didnt try to sell me other products like several other companies did when met with them ( that was very annoying ) . The installers were very courteous and professional and also willing to answer any questions that I had as they worked . The process took a little longer than estimated but that is to be expected in a major project like this and was not unreasonable . I HIGHLY recommend Sea Bright Solar

SAL , EFRAIN, AARON AND ISAIH are true professionals that you should be proud of ! SAL especially ! Explained everything when I asked stupid questions and kept the other guys in line ! I overheard him explaining to one electrician to always leave a neat work area ! Don’t leave tape and wires hanging ! It was a tutorial that should have been taken easily without any ill feelings ! Patience of Job but leans on em if he has to ! I was impressed !We are business owners so I was more intune to the give and take between them . SAL needs to be promoted !Your office, on the other hand is very lackadaisical ! I had to call them to find out an install date . And the the day before I had to call them to find out what time someone would descend on my house ! Keeping your customer up to date should be top priority , but it’s not ! I had to make a pest of myself by calling them ! And the phone rings too long ( almost hung up ) when a girl finally answered ! That need fixing !Just waiting for the inspection now and I’m assuming someone from your office will call me regarding a date and time ! RIGHT ??? !!

Saving $$! My husband and I talked to 5 solar companies before deciding to go with Sea Bright. Sea Bright had the lowest cost per kilowatt hour. Sales staff was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. Customer service communicate every step along the way. Installation was on schedule and went great. Approval through Edison was no problem either. Very happy with our decision. They system looks great, and we will be saving money from our monthly bill. Thanks Sea Brite.

Just got solar powered up 12/14/22. The original estimation for completion was July and it took until Dec. Some parts of the process are frustrating but waiting for the final inspection with Riverside Utilities was part of the hold up. Demand for solar is very high now as well. Chris Palmer (sales rep), Joe Wilson, Rose and Fabian got it completed and I am very happy with my solar panels!

I am in the market for Solar and Sea Bright Solar was recommended highly from a friend. I want to start of by saying I have had quotes from 6 different Solar companies (not going to advertise those here) and what I liked best about Sea bright is they didnt come to the house acting like a car salesman, there were no tactics involved no sales pitches the representative (Mike) I had was awesome, he was very genuine and a realist. I wasnt able to use Sea Bright Solar due to my own financial issues but hands down, If my credit was better Sea Bright Solar would be installing my Solar panels this weekend.I had 6 quotes from the biggest names in So Cal Solar and Sea Bright was not the lowest priced but they were priced right, they had the equipment I wanted and the brands everyone prefers SUNPOWER. They had nothing to hide. I asked for sales contracts and warranty info to validate the information stated and Sea Bright was thee only company that obliged with my request.....You will not be disappointed with Sea Bright

We interviewed 7 solar vendors when we decided to finally install solar panels and Sea Bright Solar was the most informative and they were also the best priced, so we went with them. Great staff all the way around, from sales person to their office administration. They walked me thru the process which turned out to be extremely easy as they dealt with SCE and installation vendors. Everything was seamless. One of the HUGE perks was the tax rebate at tax time which we are grateful to say we took great advantage of. We are already saving TONS of money by having gone solar with Sea Bright. Our monthly bill before going solar would exceed $400- during summer time (we have a pool pump that eats lots of electricity) to now being a mere $20-$25 which accounts for mostly city/county and connection costs. Sea Bright Solar is definitely a company I would recommend if you are considering going solar. You help save the planet, save money, and never feel guilty when enjoying your A/C

My system was just installed a few weeks ago... i did my research before finding SunPower. So when I met with Wade, I felt we spoke the same language. He was able to clear up my few remaining questions and reinforce what i though i already knew.... the actual purchase and installation process was then pretty quick and easy. i was late in the calendar year and, for tax credits, i really wanted it done before 12-31. they stuck to the time frame and made it happen. during the weeks leading up to the install, called a few times to make sure i was on target. im not sure if my calls were necessary, but i wanted to understand the steps (loan, plan design, permit, install, inspection, activation, etc) before they happened. they were clear about what and when things would happen. i ended up on time and on budget. im yet to receive an electric bill so i dont know how everything will balance out, but i trust it will....

I had a tricky HOA in order to get my solar panels approved. This company dealt with my HOA without any complaints even though the HOA kept delaying their responses over and over. I had a lot of trepidation about solar. There is so much information out there that it’s very confusing. From my research I knew that sunpower was top tier product so I expecting to pay a ridiculous premium for their panels. Wade Bischoff was the reason I went with sunpower. He was well prepared with his presentation, could answer many of the questions that I had about performance and reliability and delivered on an offer that I couldn’t refuse. The quote came back competitive with the other quotes that I received and with premium products. Plus I received a rebate! Everyone from the corporate office to the installers were easy to work with.Best advice I can give is to do your research. I basically took the time to learn about solar panels. You may have a great quote on the table but is the product and warranty going to withstand the years?

Sea bright solar is the company to go with. I had semper Solaris and two other companies come out, by far Sea Bright was the best in terms of sales team and customer support. They were actually $6 higher than semper Solaris but they split the difference to meet me halfway. The biggest difference I saw, was how they position to solar panels far, far better than was quoted by semper Solaris. Semper Solaris actually quoted putting the panels on the back side of the house where they would get no sun at all during the winter and im still confused as to why they thought that would be best . Do not go anywhere else and stop at Sea Bright because they are phenomenal and you will not be disappointed They have a great staff and they assist everyone every step of the way. I am in sales and I know a good deal when I see one

Sea Bright Solar installed our ground mounted SunPower solar system.We are pleased with the result. The workers were courteous, diligent,and knowledgeable. The installation was high quality and professional, with concrete footings and steel pipes that support the panels. Expect the process to take a little longer with a ground mounted system compared with a roof mounted system.
