Power went out last week from the huge storm that came through. We had some breaker issues once the power returned. All electricians in the area were super busy. They made a point to call me back (that same day) when they could get a tech out. Tech was amazing. Didnt try to upsell us on anything. Explained our options and was clear about costs and needs. We had an extensive amount of work needed on our box and the tech stayed as long as it took to get it done. Excellent work. Excellent service. Pricing was reasonable for the work. I was very satisfied with the experience and they will be a go to for any future electrical needs.

I appreciate Robert finding out the problem fixing it and then when another problem occurred, I was able to contact him and he came out the following day to fix that issue as well. We had an electrical pretty much emergency last Friday night pretty late. The owner answered the phone. We had Chris out electrican come out early afternoon! He was through and kind very professional. We had to have a follow up due to DTE electric issue. Darius came out today and took care of the rest! I highly recommend this company!!!!!

I contacted Robert around 2:30 this afternoon and told him the issue we were having with partial power. He arrived the same day with another worker and within 30mins determined our automatic transfer switch was bad and one of the main power connections had burned up. In addition, it was discovered not only was the workmanship piss poor during the initial installation the generator itself was also damaged. Needless to say we will be replacing the complete system in the very near future and will be using National electrical and will not hesitate to recommend them to others. .

Need a full panel replacement and National Electric came out same day and got the job done on the spot.I also had them add a hook up for a new appliance and I mistakenly had them add the wrong hook up. Totally my fault. They came out next day and got me all hooked up and fixed my mistake. Would highly recommend.
