    My experience with Options was exceptional! Too bad for the other companies because Options Plumbing has earned my family business! I had a simple rubber stopper that prevented my pipes from draining. Brian came within one hour and fixed it complimentary due to the quick 5 minute fix!     Brian did a great job at a great price. Cleared old 1972 drains. Repaired one brass toilet flange and replaced another and reset two toilets. Fixed wobbly kitchen faucet. Very thorough and kept me informed of all options throughout the process. Ill never call anyone else.

    Great service by Chance Hill. He called at 8am and said he should arrive by 8:20am and he showed up exactly at that time. Quickly dove into the issue and provided me the estimate for repairs. I agreed to proceed and left the house to go to work knowing he would get the job done without my supervision of being present. Chance texted me with updates of progress providing pictures of findings and again once job was completed with final pictures. Service was outstanding as times before.     We are first time homeowners .. just closed a month ago. Obviously an intimidating part of being a homeowner is being responsible for repairs! It’s always stressful thinking about getting reliable contractors. I feel SO relieved right now that we found our plumber. I called at 9 AM this morning about a leak. Brian arrived at 11 AM, and before he knocked on my door found the source of the leak in our front yard. He gave me a quote, waited while I called my husband, and then got to work.     Perfect as ALWAYS! They were on time. Our appointment was from 8a-10a. They got there at 8:30a. And got our new toilet installed and our shower serviced in less than 30 minutes!!!     From the moment I made the call to the moment the plumber left my home they were nothing but kind, professional and FAST! My ac drain line was clogged causing water to back into the house.     Water heater busted on a late Thursday night. Called my usual plumber but he couldn’t get out until the following Monday. Apparently he’d left a previous job in the area and was headed back to the office. And it’s a great bonus to me how clean he leaves the work area! They do a great job!

    I was in urgent need of a plumber and just did a Google search, Option plumbing came up. I called the Plumber Hunter answered and was at my home within 15 minutes.
