    That worked diligently for a week installing my replacement steam boiler and did a wonderful job. They are very professional, prompt, kind and considerate.     Cory is absolutely phenomenal! He came to give me an estimate on different types of heating options. My house is very unique. After several companies stated that couldnt do anything, Cory stayed over 3 hours racking his brain, walking the basement, attic, interior and exterior of the home trying to figure it out. He actually cared and his work ethic shines. Hes sweet, punctual, kind and very knowledgeable. It is going to be a pleasure doing business with Jones Mechanical if every employee is like Cory!3 month Update: With this horrible, frigid weather we had, Cory came out afterhours and got my heat running again.     Kevin & Jake more than met my expectations today. I called your office at 8am about my hot water heater bursting a leak. Cindy who answered was very pleasant and reassuring then Cheryl called back and felt like I was treated with respect and I felt like I was a valued customer. Instead of purchasing a replacement hot water heater I got what I really wanted a tankless system. Kevin arrived about 9:30 and Jake later assisted with installation and were completed by 5pm!     Chance did good work. He installed a faucet and did some repairs on my mother-in-law’s kitchen sink. Then he came back later in the week with another technician when we learned that she needed a more extensive plumbing repair in order to install her new washer. They were prompt, respectful, cleaned up the mess, and took the trash with them. I also had great service over the phone with Kelly (I think). We were out of town and they coordinated very well with us and with another family member who needed go to the house to meet them. Not cheap, but very good service. You get what you pay for.

    Really good service. The first time they came out it did not fox the issue. With their 30 day warranty the technician came back out and fixed all of the plumbing issue free of cost. Very good job and much appreciated

    Jones Mechanical has exceeded my expectations. From the owners Susan and Andy Jones to the installation and office staff this business has been outstanding to work with.I had a high efficiency furnace and air conditioner , on demand hot water heater, extensive ducting modifications (zoning) and several other add-ons (air scrubber and humidification system) installed in my home by Jones Mechanical. From start to finish everything was done professionally. The bid provided to me before any work commenced was what I was billed. The installation staff are all highly qualified, knowledgeable and task orientated. They are also customer conscience and were never to busy to stop what they were doing and answer any and all question I had about the work they were doing for me.Now after the installation is completed I can relax knowing the warranty services provided by Jones Mechanical are outstanding. Ask them about their Club Membership. For the next 10 years Ill have virtually no cost to me should any repairs be needed. If you want the job done right and on time you cant find a more professional business than Jones Mechanical.Id highly recommend you call them. I couldnt be happier.

They also repaired my air conditioner last year and I was very happy with the results too . At this point I would never use anyone else than Jones Mechanical!Jones Mechanical is always fast and efficient. Got a whole new furnace during our blizzard over Martin Luther King day. Cory came and looked at it the first day it went out and by the end of the week we had heat! They are very fast and professional if you have questions about ANYTHING.....Chrys is super nice and made sure that we got it as fast as possible!     Plumbing review. He looked at my ongoing problem with water in my basement. He was not able to tell me exactly where it is coming from. But he estimated the cost of repair to be between 4-6 thousand! I was disappointed not to have more of a definitive origin of the water source. I may have to consider a second opinion!

    Jake and his helper technician (I cant remember his name) showed up right on time. I had called late in the afternoon yesterday, and they were able to get me in at 8am today. Jake and helper quickly and efficiently diagnosed my furnace issue, replaced the blower motor, and waited at the house to make sure everything was working correctly before they left. Jones Mechanical charges for a service fee and for what services are performed, not by the hour, unlike the local HVAC and plumbing company I had used before. I was given a written list of cost per item to be replaced/repaired before they started so that I knew exact cost before choosing to proceed. I also loved the appointment emails and texts that were sent out immediately from Chrys, their receptionist. I even received a text when Jake left Red Oak with his picture so that I could confirm his identity when he arrived. They are ordering me a brand new furnace that I can have installed next week for a great price and I have no doubt that the service will be as excellent as today.

    I started with a different company who became unresponsive in the middle of the job. Jones mechanical returned my call and set up an appointment right away. The tech who came out was patient and professional dealing with coming in to the middle of someone else’s work.I also had a different tech out to fix some plumbing issues. 2/3 items they replaced were done well. The 3rd thing they did had a small leak that I noticed later that day. I called them back and the tech was back out first thing the following morning (I didn’t bother trying to get him back out that evening with how small the leak was) and had it fixed in 10 minutes.

    Jones Mechanical is a great business. I called another company and was told she didnt know when they would get here. Not good when its freezing outside. Called Jones Mechanical, and Cory was at our house in 2 hrs. When we found out the furnace was shot, we were told that they associate with a loan service that could process a loan quickly. Then Cory drove to Omaha to pick up my new furnace and had it in by the end of the second day. These people go far above and beyond!

    Jones Mechanical has been our go to heating and air company for service and installation since they opened their doors. Andy, Susan and their crew are great to work with. They have always been quick to answer my calls and show up when they say they are going to.We have used them for repairs on our geothermal unit in our house, installation of heaters in our barn and our most recent project was installing a radiant floor heating system in a 130 x 50 building along with an on demand hot water heater.Andy, as well as the other technicians, are good at explaining what needs to be done in a way we can understand. No job has been to big or to small for them. We have recommended them to all of our friends and family with zero hesitation.

    We had Jones Mechanical install a multi head mini split system in our older home that never had central air installed. We didn’t want to tear up our historic home to put in ductwork for a central air system and Andy explained how the mini split system would eliminate the need for ductwork and be even more energy efficient. All of the staff were very easy to work with and we would highly recommend Jones Mechanical!

You receive texts on the day of service to let you know your appointment time and that they are headed to your place. Kevin and another guy worked on my bathroom and both were awesome! Got down to business and finished my bathroom project shockingly fast. They did great work. Couldnt say enough good things about my experience-an extremely appreciative customer.Had another encounter with Jones Mechanical now a year later and the service is still just as excellent! Chance inspected our leak, gave recommendations, and came earlier than scheduled/expected as he was available at the end of the day! Love Jones Mechanical, I wont use anyone else.Update: This is my third experience with Jones Mechanical. They yet again provided excellent service. Robert & Chance came to clean out our sewer and after many hours of work the decision was made to dig up the sewer. They returned promptly and worked all day to fix our sewer line ridding it of tons of tree roots and installing an outdoor access point. They took extra care to not tear up the yard anymore than they had to. Professional, didnt leave until the job was all done, and left us with NO clean up whatsoever. Cant praise Robert and Chance enough for the work they did for us. We are happy customers! Highly recommend!
