    Bryan did a wonderful job servicing my boiler. He not only fixed the issue, but also inspected additional components to ensure everything was in safe working order. He took the time to explain everything in detail and presented me with multiple options to address the issues.Communication was also fantastic, as he called ahead of time and arrived on time.We will be using RCL for all our future HVAC and plumbing needs.     David and Max were awesome! Had them over to discuss replacing a water heater, gave me lots of information and explained a lot. As they were leaving mentioned poor water pressure in the showers, they checked them out, mentioned the valve body could be the issue, gave me a price to do it today. I accepted. They went to the supply house and came back and hour later to replace. Had previously mentioned this to another plumber it they wanted to replace the entire shower for 5x the cost so I had held off. Their receptionist staff were great to work with to schedule the appointment. Highly recommend RCL Mechanical for your Plumbing & HVAC needs.

    RCL Mechanical stayed till the job was done. It turned into an all day installation. New furnace, blower motor was bad, had to replace it. Even with a new motor the furnace still had problems. The brand new furnace right out of the box was wired wrong at the factory. Not their fault but their installation. It is up and running. Sincerely David OConnell

    Great work Jesse and the RCL team! Jesse was amazing! Installed a new boiler in one day due to impending snow storm the next day! He worked without complaints and still answered my questions. Jesse is professional, friendly, courteous, respectful and very experienced at his work! I’m so pleased with all the hard work he and the team put in!Office staff also very friendly. I spoke with Jessica at the office by phone two different days and she also was so nice and answered all my questions.     I read about RCL and there hundreds of 5 star reviews. I had the best experience from them answering my call with trained professionals who were extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. I booked an appointment to come look at a VRV Samsung system that wasn’t turning on, and you can’t get a more highly technical system to work on than a VRV. They sent out a technician named Lucas and another technician. They were extremely polite guys who are very skilled technicians and they figured out the problem in less than an hour. It was just an overall positive experience. Thank you Lucas, and your partner.I’m the owner of an HVAC company, so this isnt easy for me to write or to let others know that I needed help and wasn’t available. Thank you guys for such a great experience. I strive to be as good as RCL mechanical.

    Jeremy gave us a call to let me know he was on his way and arrived on time. He asked if I had any questions or concerns before starting and immediately addressed the few questions I had. Maintenance was completed in a very timely manner and the area was spotless when he was finished. He provided me with a quote on some future work I asked him about and also emailed me a copy of the quote. Very professional yet friendly, look forward to working with RCL in the future.

    We called RCL for an estimate after having a new central Air Conditioning system for 5+ years installed by someone else. Every year the system had an issue, always needed Freon and never cooled the house below 73 on a hot day.Devin came on for the initial estimate and was very professional, he checked every part of the system and recommended what was needed. He explained everything in detail and took time to answer our questions.We had a hiccup with scheduling which we were going to cancel moving forward but Devin left such a positive impression on us I felt it was only fair to let him know.He called me later that evening and rectified the issue. He is very prompt and shows he will handle situations when the ball gets dropped.Stephanie called in the morning from the office and scheduled the appointment, she was very upbeat and courteous.Lucas and Anthony came out and installed the new system as the old one was no longer working. They were both professional as well.I want to note, we chose the prior company because he was supposed to be a family friend.I would highly recommend requesting Devin for the initial appointment,Lucas and Anthony for install and Stephanie in the office.Thank you to all of you, we will recommend you to others and also call for future issues because of this part of the staff that makes a company like RCL efficient.

    RCL is great and deserves their high ratings. I have now met 5 of their staff and spoken to two of their phone support staff and everyone is unfailingly helpful and focused on solving my HVAC problems. They always take time to answer my dumb questions and educate me. Yes, RCL is on the more expensive side of providers (but not the most expensive either), but their work in high quality.

    I had no hot water, I knew it was time to get it replaced. I called RCL Mechanical, they scheduled a plumber to come out within the hour. His name was Sebastian, he was very thorough in checking other things such as checking a few of my electrical outlets. He was very nice, my water heater was replaced within few hours, best service yet!I called back RCL to have the valve in the shower replaced. David came out immediately the next morning and replaced it, that stopped the continuous dripping in the shower. David was very knowledgeable and quick to get it done. Dependable service!

    Jeremy was awesome. Once he got past my killer cat he figured out what I think was a very challenging and obscure issue with the wiring and thermostat. He communicated everything with me and was friendly and helpful.The best thing is I called them yesterday for the first time ever. Today, my AC is fixed. Other companies I called were scheduling into Sept.I recommend Jeremy and RCL if you have problem with your central air conditioning.

    Matt and Nick got me up and running today!     RCL Mechanical was great! Jesse and the others did a great job installing two mini splits, and the condenser. They showed up on time and started working right away, and they were working hard!     RCL Mechanical installed a Samsung 30k BTU Heat Pump and 4 Samsung wall mounted units at my home. William the installer at RCL was very polite and professional. William cared about the quality of the installation and made sure the line sets and piping were aesthetic to the outside house and also the inside mini splits. William was very accommodating to my suggestions during installation and very supportive in making sure the customer (me) was happy with the outcome. William worked overtime to get the job completed and didn’t rush the complicated installation. He was neat and cleaned up after themselves.RCL should be very proud to have an employee like William.Also a shout out to Doug at DMC Electric for the sub panel installation to handle the Heat pump and Mini splits.     Last Sunday my heat just died I could hear water draining from heater pipes I tried to reset boiler, I could hear boiler trying to start but nothing , that Sunday was warm outside so didn’t panic I went to google and tried to get in contact with about 10 different companies and no answers. I called again Monday got 2 call back but nobody available. I didn’t want to call the first 2 number on google rcl was 1 or 2 cause I thought would want the most money. I finally called rcl on Tuesday they answered right away and told me they could get someone on Wednesday but I needed morning so Thursday rcl worker came and fixed my boiler for me in about 30 mins amazing work very very professional and great price wow I will be using rcl for any plumbing or heating problems in the future.     RCL mechanical in Raynham Ma. Has been hands down my best Home Improvement experience to date. My initial consultation with Lucas was very professional and extremely knowledgeable of his trade and kindly answered all questions I had regarding my Trane heating and air conditioning system being installed which set the pace for a very overall pleasurable experience. They treated my home as if it was their own never left a mess at the end of each day and the end results was awesome.     My wife and I had an emergency plumbing issue at our house over the weekend. We contacted RCL Mechanical, and there was a technician there within a few hours. Kevin showed up at our house after already working all day, and he was incredibly helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. The situation was unfortunately worse than we thought, and we needed to install a new section of cast iron pipe. The supply warehouses werent open, so we concluded that we would have to wait until Monday. Monday came, and Sebastian arrived at our house. We showed him the area where the issue stemmed from, and after some drywall removal, the crack in the cast iron was located. He told us that he would need additional tech to help him and to grab some supplies from their warehouse. Less than an hour later, both techs were back and went right to work. Not long after that, Sebastian informed us that they were all done. Everything was fixed, the areas were cleaner than when they arrived, and everything was documented. We couldnt be any more pleased with how we were treated and how well everyone from RCL communicated with us and explained everything. So much so that we are having RCL back for another job, and were currently becoming a member of their annual membership program. Very polite, professional, and highly recommended!

    Our house was built 11 years ago and up to this point we never had our gas furnaces serviced. It can be hard to find a company you can trust, so I figured Id wait for something to break first. I found RCL through an Instagram ad of all places, and with the furnace service special they were running, and all the positive reviews, I figured itd be worth the (small) gamble.Chris came right on time (a little early even) and was incredible from start to finish. I showed him the furnaces and one of the issues I thought one of them had, and he got right to work. There was a smallish issue with the furnace in the basement so he fixed it for a reasonable price (after explaining what the issue was and why I should repair it).     The team at RCL recently completed an install of mini-splits heating/coolers in our home. From the first phone call to first home visit we were impressed. The home walkthrough was smooth and thorough as they took pictures of each room, discussed the work that needed to be done, and described the equipment that would be installed. Our installer Lucas, and his crew, may be the most professional, polite, and helpful contractors that have worked on our home. The team of workers were efficient in everything they did. Everyday they had a plan, shared the details with us, and fulfilled that plan. Their punctuality was far beyond what we have experienced with other workers-on time everyday. They moved about our home with great care, laying down cloth to keep the floors clean, and were incredibly thoughtful of the times that we needed certain spaces to live as we are a large, busy family. The install itself looks like a work of art. The crew followed the natural house lines with the wiring and conduit so everything blends in perfectly. After the install all the boxes and pallets were gone-something you might expect but not always done by other contractors. If you are considering having any service done by RCL I wouldn’t hesitate to have RCL complete the job. A top notch company with terrific employees.

    Andrew did my annual furnace maintenance and explained everything very thoroughly for me. He also helped walk me through my options for a new cooling system. I would definitely recommend!

    Cesar and Dakota were wonderful! They did such a nice job and quickly too. They walked us through our options for our plumbing issue, keeping in mind the project plans we had in the future, and were really helpful.     This business is awesome! Andrew came over to handle an issue that should have been straightforward but it ended up turning into a nightmare. In the middle of his work, a significant issue occurred, and I wasn’t sure how I would handle it. I was going to ask Andrew to stop the work order. However, the company jumped into action on my behalf. Andrew (tech) got on the phone with Matt (manager), Matt called Marc (the owner), and within 10 mins, they resolved the situation, fixed my oil burner, hooked me up with a few other things I wasn’t even considering, and left with a smile. I couldn’t be more happy with RCL. They were a lifesaver. It says a lot when a company goes above and beyond when they don’t have to. I plan to switch to ductless in a few months, they will be getting the call and they have customer for life. Thank you RCL!!!

    We had a very good experience with RCL. Devin came out to the house and provided us a quote the same day. We received several quotes and when I asked Devin if they could get us quote on a different system from the one originally quoted, he sent us a new quote the next day. I got a call the next day after we accepted the quote telling us they could get the equipment and be at our house the following week. There were 2 gentlemen that came to our house to deinstall what we had including removing our water heater. It took 2 days to do all the work including deinstall. An electrician who was part of RCL came in to work with them and get all the electrical work done. We did have a couple of minor hiccups after installation, but every time I called RCL, I talked with someone, sometimes Devin, and a Tech was sent right away. Sebastion came back twice to check on the system when we had the concerns. He was very gpod at explaining what he was doing and why. Sebastion showed me some things I could do in case I needed to. He also talked to me about the Home Care Club membership that sounded like a no brainer for maintenance and service calls. All around a very good experience with the RCL team.

    Really appreciate RCL Mechanical and Lee Brito for their hard work on our home. Very professional, timely, and knowledgeable. Lee called on his way to visit. Called once he arrived. He took his time to walk us thru what was going on and best course of action for us to take. Not to mention the service fee was best we could find and they got to our house within 24 hours from the time we initially called. I look forward to working with RCL and Lee moving forward.

    Tech Andrew came to my house after hours, instantly knew my issue. I was hesitant but instead of getting frustrated he went ahead to prove to me what the issue was by finding a way to fix the equipment temporarily I had, to fire up my boiler system. Once everything was running perfectly he actually took the time to describe what each component was and how it works because Im trying to be a DIYer. My two toddlers have warm bathes now, and I couldnt thank RCL enough for this. Will now be my go to for ANY needs in this aspect. Cheap, and affordable!!!! Dont over look them!! Thank you again RCL!
