    Access to Independence is amazing! I cannot say enough good things about this business. They treat you with respect and are so helpful. I have gone to them for multiple medical equipment needs and they are always able to assist me. Jennifer and Tim went out of their way to help find and fit me for a wheelchair. Everyone there is super friendly and accommodating. I always recommend them to anyone looking for medical supplies or equipment. They are fantastic!

    I’ve been looking for a power chair that fit all my needs ( inside/outside use, transportable in vehicle, light weight/portable, and within budget) access to independence had been recommended to me previously and boy I wish I would have contacted them sooner! After a quick phone conversation a representative named Jennifer was able to make an in home visit (same day) with the chair she had recommended during our phone call. My experience with Jennifer was outstanding! She genuinely cared and took the time to explain all the features of the chair and even walked around the neighborhood with me while I was on my maiden voyage in the chair!I felt so confident in making this purchase due to the tremendous customer experience I had from start to finish!     I cannot say enough amazing things about this team of wonderful people at Access to Independence! Jennifer, Faye and Tim and everyone were so kind and helpful throughout the entire process of finding an appropriately sized wheelchair for my father’s former 6 foot frame. Jennifer was the first person to even take his measurements. Not only did Jennifer find him the perfectly sized chair, she and her team were able to remedy the initial situation, overcoming a hurdle with ultimate success. Excellent service, excellent problem solving, excellent people, excellent company. Whether you are in need of a wheelchair or anything Access to Independence provides, they are the best in my opinion! Thank you to Jennifer and the whole team for a super experience!

    The folks at Access to Independence never let me down. I needed new wheels for a portable chair my Dad bought years ago. That chair is no longer manufactured. But the staff found me a replacement set. And installed them in one short visit. That wheelchair is now ready for the next person who may need it. These folks get my highest recommendation for service. And I am always surprised at how much inventory they keep, so I can see the merchandise in one stop.

    We stopped in for a new rollator for my wife. They were very kind and helped her find the rollator most suited for her needs. Jennifer is a fall prevention specialist so we were able to trust her judgement and guidance. Im sure we will return for any further medical equipment needs. Very satisfied with their service.

    What an incredible experience my husband and I had at Access to Independence!!Jennifer made our experience easy and light. She spent time listening to us and helping us prioritize our needs.     My moms lift chair died this morning and we needed it replaced asap. The employees were so incredibly helpful and made sure we took home the perfect fitting chair today. We also picked up a shower chair, grabbers, and a few other things. I highly recommend access to independence!

    I am so glad I found this company! After searching companies that accepted my prescription & health insurance for a rollator, I finally found Access to Independence. Jennifer and the rest of the staff were so committed to helping me get a quality rollator just right for me. The staff was very pleasant. Jennifer showed me the other side with durable equipment such as walk in shower models, & beds with latest technology for assisting people with various needs. They are very patient, friendly, & take time to help. I would definitely recommend this company for durable medical equipment.

    From the initial consultation to the follow-up call, we have been so satisfied and impressed! Tom and his crew installed our track lift; even changing a couple things last-minute as the project developed and we realized a better fit for the track. They were incredibly quiet for such a lot of work and cleaned as they went - no dust or debris left behind. I appreciated that they greeted my sister (the client) and acknowledged her as the project concluded. Jennifer came out to instruct us on the use of the equipment; she gave very thorough and clear explanations and offered advice on best-practices to prolong the life of the equipment and protect the comfort and well-being of my sister. The whole process took only a few hours and after a week of using the track-lift instead of my back to move my sister, we are BOTH feeling a lot better!!

    I just received my Golden Eagle GR595 and I am thrilled. I have a rather unique situation where I must walk out to my barn 3-4 times a day to care for my animals. At age 70, on ice, in the winter, it has gotten a bit scary so I started exploring my options, The Golden Eagle was the perfect solution. Kane and Vinnie took the utmost care in delivering it and making sure I knew of all of its incredible features. I took it out for a test run and have now had it on concrete, grass, and gravel. Our 400 ft. long driveway was a bit of a challenge because it is downhill, gravel, and very uneven. Forty years of riding horses came in handy in understanding how to handle the Eagle on this type of terrain.I spent 20 years in professional medical sales selling artificial kidneys and kidney dialysis machines. Believe me, I know excellent customer service when I see it. Jennifer and the team at Access to Independence are truly what customer service is all about. They are the real reason that I purchased this machine from this company. I know that this is the beginning of a long-term working relationship. I cant thank Jennifer enough for the concern and care with which she handled every detail to ensure that this was the most positive of experiences. I cant recommend them enough.

    These people were so kind and helpful. I had been to other medical supplies and couldnt get the things I needed. They took the time to show me how to put on medical support socks I had no idea how to do it. They took time to show me. Im so thankful.

    We ordered a walk-in tub from Access to Independence. We worked with them to have it put in the way we wanted. They were wonderful. The gentlemen who installed the unit were very nice and polite. Everyone in the office was very kind as well. If you are in need of having equipment for someone with disabilities, this is the place to go. We are blessed to have them in Portage County.

    Today when you walk in a store, you are lucky to get a “hello!” I hobbled in this store, and I got so much more than a greeting ! Jennifer taught me how to use crutches!! Thank you Jennifer ❤️The store people were not only kind and knowledgeable, but they were loving, caring people who really took the time to help me. I get the sense that they take time with everyone that walks (or hobbles) in, whether your purchase is $25. or $2500. DO NOT HESITATE TO COME TO THIS STORE!!     Wow great place that goes above and beyond to help the customers. Went looking at beds for a assisted living facility and they explained a lot of options.Next day setup for us and delivered great service at setup.Lots of choices for equipment and no pressure sales make them a champ. Even closing time before the holiday that stayed late to make sure we made the proper equipment choice.

    I suppose I cannot say enough WONDERFUL things about this place. If you can “think of it”, they “have it”, plus more! Loads of displays and products to know you are making a great decision! Jennifer has the sweetest laugh and camaraderie with her peers & clients. We had so much fun. The ladies in the main room were lovely and Tim was the icing. He made sure our purchase would fit and went that extra mile. The owner came out on a couple different occasions to talk but also to walk us out. The owner-walked-us-out. Unheard of.
