    A real neighborly and professional family business that took care of replacing our Mothers old heat pump system. We live out of state and were visiting when we discovered that her A/C was not working. We contacted Blain and their service technicians were prompt in showing up, troubleshooting the system, and determining what options we had available to deal with the old unit.We determined that we needed to replace the unit and shopped around. We found that Blains cost was very competitive and their finance options were very good. After meeting with Scott and hearing all their options for a new system and the financing in their office we went with the 12 months same as cash option. I enjoyed meeting and working with Scott and knew that our mother would be treated like family when they installed her new system.We had to leave for home one day before the installation was done. I just got off the phone with Mom and just as I expected, Blain Service treated her like she was family. She was impressed by their cleanliness, manners, professionalism and the final product - her new heating and air conditioning system. I had an old AC unit freeze up and cause water damage in my building. They promptly got me a quote with options and kept me updated while they waited for the order to arrive. Installation was on top and very professionally done. The amount of communication throughout was what I really liked. They also took care of some minor electrical and other AC issues at another location.     We had our AC unit stop working at the worst time. We ultimately had to get a new system but they were fast to work us in, address the issues and get us back up and running temporarily while we waited for our new system to come in. The new was installed in 1 day and is working great. All of the workers who came to our home were friendly, helpful and professional. It was a hot day and they worked through to get everything done and cleaned up.

Blain rescued us from a company that replaced two AC units incorrectly which left us with no freon in 100 degree heat and then promptly went out of business. Blain not only repaired them but gave us a huge discount on all the freon they had to replace. I trust them enough to have them in my home while I am at work. Look no further for a company you can count on for years to come.

    Steve Blain and staff are great! Steve is as good as his word and pleasant to be around. The staff is always nice and professional. They are reliable, reasonably priced, and available in a timely manner. No one wants to wait on someone to fix your AC in 100 degree heat. Luckily, we never had to. They are usually on the way within an hour. I would recommend to anyone. My family and I are blessed to have such a valuable asset in our community and on speed dial.

    Had a air flow coil go bad 1month out of warranty 2000,no help from original installation company.Called several a/c companies was quoted 2k ,Steve said they would do it for half the price.Decided to purchase new system (American Standard).Said he could have it installed Thursday,hoped I could get it We’d, 730 we’d arrived to install now my husband and I will sleep comfortably tonight! Installer never took a break stayed with it all day.I normally don’t write reviews (take them with a grain of salt)If they live up to warranty of service will definitely use them again,if not will let you know.
