We had an issue with our panel and were very worried it was a significant failure. Steve arrived within 30 minutes of placing our call and resolved the issue completely and a lot less expensively than what we were anticipating. First rate service and an excellent customer experience. We will be using Kilowatt as our electricians moving forward. -

The guy that came out to my house today was very knowledgeable and pleasant to talk to. (Im sorry I didnt catch his name)He got my power up and running after making sure to check every possible thing that could have caused the power issue.I felt so bad for the fact that it was -15 out and I couldnt shovel the snow out of the way for him before he came. However, he was very kind and didnt seem to mind.He also didnt seem to mind that my house was a bit of a mess due to the power going out mid cleaning. I know this doesnt seem to be a huge deal to most but I get anxiety over weird things like that. And his demeanor put me at ease.With that being said, he got me up and running and I have heat again.Im very thankful to him and to Kilowatt for getting someone out within an hour of my call. -

Hired Kilowatt Electric on two separate occasions in January 2018. Jared installed a new outlet above my kitchen cabinets for accent lighting, rewired a two way switch that hadnt worked for ages, replaced 2 dimmer switches and trouble shot two additional problems. Second occasion Jared and Matt installed a long needed security light on my garage that required running wire from an existing power source and installing a switch. Works great and I feel better knowing that I finally had one installed. They topped off the same visit by installing four new exterior lights that needed replacement. Timely service, quality results all at good price.Wouldnt hesitate to hire them again. -

Electrician was at my house within 20minutes of my first call (I live out of town) He introduced himself, was clean and tidy, very professional and allowed me to follow along and answered all my questions. Everything was fixed and checked over before he left. Thanks for a job well done. Highly recommend this company, they do good work. -

We hired a different electrician, for a new construction job. And unfortunately something happened and he became incapable of finishing the job. I feared the wiring was too much of a mess and already sealed behind drywall another electrician would need it all gutted and removed to fix the errors. I was recommended by a family member to call Kilowatt, They sent out an electrician on short notice and got the job sorted and done within an hour or two. The price was fair, the electrician was very knowledgeable on the subject at hand (as he should have been, but that wasnt the case with our previous) and he even fixed a few other cosmetic errors from our previous electrician. Plus we didnt have to take down any drywall. I couldnt be happier. And will DEFINITELY without a doubt hire Kilowatt again the next time I need an electrician. -

Tom did some service work on a home we recently purchased. Arrived on time, listened to what we wanted to accomplish, gave us some good suggestions and then did the work. Cleaned up after themselves and did it for a reasonable price. Well pleased and would use them again! -

We just used Kilowatt Electric to wire in a building sign at our new location in Rapid City SD. They were easy to work with, did high-quality work, and even drove by after dark to make sure the sign lit up correctly. Tom then even emailed me a picture. Thats service that goes beyond the expected, and well now use Kilowatt Electric for anything we have in Rapid City! -

The lady who answered the phone was a godsend!! I thought we had a catastrophe going on. Came home from shopping and half the house was not working. All breakers on, of course on a Saturday. She quickly diagnosed a phase failure and advised calling BHE. We did so, they did a temp fix that day, fixed the line on Tuesday. Was a BHE problem so cost us nothing. Would never had thought to call them without her help. Thank you so much!! -
